In the uncomfortable sneak peek featured here from this Sunday's new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Khloe has just welcomed her first child into the world. This should be a special and blessed time, right? Yes, and it still is for Khloe. But she also must deal with the fallout from Tristan Thompson having cheated on her many times throughout her pregnancy. As you're probably well aware of by now, Khloe learned about this scandal the day before she went into labor — which really is pretty insane. It's probably the most dramatic, non-scripted storyline to ever air on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Previously, we saw Kim Kardashian and other family members arrive to the hospital and awkwardly greet Thompson for the first time since the scandal hit, a scene you can witness for yourself here: In the case of this latest clip, Tristan is not in the room. But his presence is everywhere. “I just have to get out of here,” Khloe says to her sisters inside her hospital room, texting on her phone and checking her messages. “Is everyone writing you?” asks Kourtney. Yes, replies Khloe: “Too many people, but writing about both things, I'm like shut up. I don't have the energy for that right now. I'm like, everyone leave me alone.” Kourtney tries to assure Khloe that everyone just wants to offer her support and she knows that, but… “It's also everyone has their own shit that I know nothing about and mine is thrown on the public of everything and it's just a lot harder to filter through stuff when it's this public and when I gave birth the following day. “It's just too much.” We really do feel badly for Khloe. Khloe Kardashian clearly had very bad luck in getting impregnated by a man who then cheated on her a bunch of times. But E! then had some rather terrific fortune in having its cameras on hand and rolling when various family members found out about Tristan Thompson sucking a whole lot. What are the odds, right?!? In the clip featured here from this Sunday's new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, we see Kim, Kylie, Kendall, Kourtney and Scott Disick all discover that Thompson has been stepping out on his pregnant girlfriend. “Stop!” Disick exclaims early on to Kendall as they ride in a car together and the latter looks at her phone in shock. “Bro, that’s pretty serious, isn’t it? Is it for sure, for sure?” Kim, meanwhile, just happens to be filming a confessional when she finds out this awful news, remaining calm at first while sifting through her phone. “Yikes,” she says to producers. “There’s video of Tristan making out with a girl last night. … Khloé’s gonna die.” As for Kourtney? “I mean, I can’t even imagine being in Khloé’s shoes. Just how, like, reckless it all seems,” she says, adding: “This is really shocking and obviously heartbreaking. The whole thing makes me disgusted.” Same here, Kourt. Same here. We also learn something for the first time in this video. We learn who actually tells Khloe, who is so very close to giving birth, just what has been going on with her dishonest boyfriend. It ends up being Kylie. She explains why: “No one had the courage to tell Khloe ‘cause we knew she was days away from giving birth. A British woman who has claimed in the past to have had sexual intercourse with 20 different ghosts now says she has found The One. Indeed, Amethyst Realm sat down this week with The Sun and explained why a ghost she met several months ago on a trip to Australia is the last apparition with whom she’ll ever be intimate. “I’d not had a phantom fling for a while and as I was away on business, starting a new relationship was the last thing on my mind,” the 30-year old psychic said very seriously to this publication. But the heart wants what the heart wants. And you simply can’t fight true love, even when you can’t see the creature you’re in love with. “One day, while I was walking through the bush, enjoying nature, I suddenly felt this incredible energy. A new lover had arrived,” Realm told The Sun . Sadly, however, Realm had to head back home to Great Britain, heartbroken over leaving her very spiritual lover behind. “From experience, I knew spirits tend to stay in one place, but something amazing happened,” she said, detailing how she felt the presence of this ghost on the plane and adding: “I was happy and excited – so excited that we had to do something about it. So we headed to the plane loo and, well, I am now a member of the Mile High Club.” Realm went viral in December of 2017 when she appeared on ITV This Morning and told the hosts that she had been sleeping with Casper-like individuals since 2005. Another NBA season is upon us, which means Tristan Thompson will be spending much of the next several months traveling with the Cleveland Cavs. And it seems Khloe Kardashian is not too keen on the idea of spending her winter wondering if her husband is sleeping around. As you’re no doubt aware, Tristan spent much of last season cheating on Khloe while she was pregnant with his child. Against all odds, the couple patched things up over the offseason, but it seems the peace they reached was tentative at best. Now, with Tristan returning his attention to basketball, it seems Khloe is harboring some serious doubts about the future of her relationship. “She very much seems over Tristan,” a source close to the situation tells People magazine. “Not sure how they went from fine to being apart for weeks, but Khloe is doing great.” The source adds that Khloe has not followed Tristan back to Cleveland, as was expected — but for the time being, everyone seems content with the current living situation: “It doesn’t seem to bother her that she isn’t with Tristan in Cleveland,” the insider says. “She seems to know what she wants in her life right now. And it definitely doesn’t seem like she wants to be with Tristan.” As for whether or not Khloe and Tristan have officially broken up , it seems the couple is remaining mum in the issue for now: “Khloe isn’t saying that she and Tristan split. We’ve heard that, deep down, Khloe Kardashian knows she can never trust Tristan again after he cheated on her with multiple women. But Tristan’s NBA career means that he is about to be spending a lot of time away from Khloe and True. Khloe has the perfect idea for how to steer him away from temptation: follow him everywhere and watch him like a hawk. HollywoodLife reports that Khloe Kardashian is planning to follow Tristan’s every move, even if it means touring with him during this basketball season. “Khloe is looking to ease her mind a little bit,” an insider explains. Considering what Tristan put her through during her pregnancy — and how the cheating story broke just two days before she gave birth — it’s understandable. Khloe’s anxiety is reportedly heightened “with the NBA season starting.” “And,” the the source says, Khloe is “actually is anticipating to join Tristan on some away games.” Khloe’s reported desire to be his plus one on his basketball adventures is about more than a fondness for watching balls sometimes pass through hoops and sometimes not. She’s more concerned about Tristan being surrounded by temptation while he’s beyond her reach. The insider dishes that Khloe fears this “especially when there is a couple in a row.” If he has consecutive away games, that means more time away to get lonely, horny, and to meet people she’d rather he avoid. The source says that Khloe wants to tag along “because she would like to keep tabs on Tristan.” Some places apparently have Khloe more worried than others. Khloe apparently fears that Tristan will face too many opportunities to cheat “especially in markets like New York.” New York is densely populated, full of beautiful women who are happy to meet hot, rich celebrity men, and thoroughly out of Khloe’s control. “She wants to be there,” the insider explains. “So nothing happens.” If Khloe is right there, he won’t be lonely and she’ll know that he’s faithful “and he isn’t out late night with any girls.” Khloe has apparently struggled with fears that Tristan will step out on her ever since she first learned that he’s the type to do it. “She is leaving no room for fault this time around,” the source affirms. Some, of course, would say that if Khloe wants her boyfriend to not cheat on her, she should find a boyfriend who won’t. There are presumably no shortage of men who take fidelity very seriously. Some of them are even hot. But it looks like Khloe is willing to run herself ragged and worry herself half to death in order to keep this particular stud in her life. We have a guess on why that may be — but hear what a certain Kardashian bestie has to say, first. Larsa Pippen recently tried to explain why Khloe is likely to move to Cleveland eventually. “You kind of have to go wherever your man is, where your family is,” Larsa reasoned. Tristan may be based in Ohio, but the vast majority of Khloe’s family is not. “I recently told her that she’s going to have more stress now,” Larsa revealed. She anticipates this “because her husband’s team is not going to be as good without LeBron [James].” “So,” Larsa advised Khloe “to keep that in mind as the season goes on so she’s going to have to be a little bit more patient with him.” Larsa also noted that she perceives Khloe as feeling “overwhelmed” by her newfound motherhood. We mentioned that there is a theory why Khloe would go to all of these lengths. There was a report that says that Khloe fears that Tristan will abandon True — or at least just be a part-time father to her. But she is said to be convinced that if she keeps him with her, he’ll be a full-time father to True instead of treating her as an out-of-sight afterthought. Khloe was very close to her late father, Robert Kardashian, and it appears that she believes that all children should have similar bonds with their fathers. Despite his engagement, he’s said to be feeling “confused.” According to what a pair of sources tell E! , Selena Gomez’s emotional breakdown and subsequent hospitalization is just too much for the Biebs. An insider reports that Justin feels “conflicted and confused” over his own feelings. “They have both had emotional struggles,” a source explains. Justin’s angry outbursts over the years were well documented, and people close to him have spoken openly about his past struggles with substances. “And,” an insider details, Justin and Selene “bonded over that in the past.” Now, however, things are different. Even if Justin wanted to come rushing to her side, that doesn’t seem likely. “Justin and Selena are not in touch,” a source makes clear. That’s no surprise. For one thing, Selena is cut off from all but a few trusted individuals. “But,” an insider notes. “Him hearing the news about Selena definitely upsets him.” “Justin,” a source adds. “Also feels guilty.” Apparently, it is Justin’s innate nurturing nature, rather than merely their lengthy relationship history, that has him deep in his feelings. “He wants to help everyone,” an insider says. To him, a promise to get married is sacred. In fact, a source says that Justin raced to the altar with Hailey in an effort to “show her he was serious this time.” Ah, yes — the best possible reason to marry someone is to prove a point. So it sounds like Justin and Hailey’s engagement — or marriage , depending upon whom you ask — is secure for now. But how is Selena doing? An insider reveals that Selena is “already feeling better” now that she is receiving treatment. Selena is “getting the help she needs,” a source affirms. Lupus is already a hell of a thing, but we’re glad that she’s getting emotional support as she copes with it. “Depression is something she’s always struggled with,” an insider explains. Khloe Kardashian was swelling with both maternal and auntly pride when she shared a photo of five Kardashian babies in one spot . But, according to a new report, it turns out that her private life is being dictated by her fears about True’s future. Is Khloe clinging to Tristan because she worries that, if she leaves him, he’ll abandon True, too? RadarOnline reports that Khloe is clingy with her cheating baby daddy for one reason and one reason only. “Khloe’s worst nightmare is that Tristan will be an absent father to True,” the insider reveals. The report is quick to make it clear that Khloe is still dating him for her own reasons. “She loves him,” the source clarifies. “But,” the insider continues. “The reason she’s clingy is because she doesn’t want him to be a part-time dad to True.” Khloe’s fear is apparently that Tristan will be an absentee father to True “like he is to his son.” Tristan’s son, of course, is one-year-old Prince. Jordan Craig, pictured above wearing red, is Tristan’s ex. This report claims that Tristan doesn’t make time for his ex’s kid in the way that he does for his current woman’s child. The source says that Tristan only sees Prince “every now and then.” Apparently, photos like this one of Tristan with both of his children, symbolize what is most important to Khloe. “Every time Tristan brought gifts home for True,” the insider says. “Khloe reminded him to send some to Prince.” It is heartbreaking to hear even an unverified report that a father had to be reminded about one of his children. “She wanted him to spoil his son the same way he spoiled True,” the source explains. Good for Khloe. You should always love your children, not just whichever one happens to be in front of you at the time. Apparently Khloe’s concerns have a lot to do with her own issues. We hate to call them “daddy issues” because it’s sounds dismissive, but … they’re daddy issues. “Khloe was devastated when her dad died,” the source explains. “And,” the insider continues, Khloe “wants True and Tristan to have a strong bond.” Khloe wants Tristan and True to have a relationship “like she did with her dad, no matter what.” Robert Kardashian’s death was heartbreaking for his entire family. He was a good man who adored his children. Since the first — at the time, unfathomable — reports came out back in April that Khloe had not dumped Tristan’s cheating ass, people have wondered why. Even then, people suspected that Khloe’s own issues related to her late father made her reluctant to break up with Tristan. Some children are happy that their parents divorced, others simply adjust or cope. But others will spend their lives believing that it should never have happened. Did Khloe refuse to break up in the first place because her own experience with divorce made her believe that True needs both parents? We suspect that, on some level, even Khloe couldn’t answer that with absolute certainty. Is this report true? We … kind of hope not. Don’t get us wrong, it would totally explain why Khloe has remained with the man who humiliated her in front of the world at such a critical moment in their relationship. But the report almost suggests that Khloe is using her affections to secure a father figure for True. A real father — which we would like to believe that Tristan is — wouldn’t need Khloe’s smothering attention to remind him of either of his children.
