This sends Dax on a mission to find the man, the myth, the legend UNCLE DREW, played by Kyrie Irving and convinces him to return to the court one more time, but first they have to put Drew’s old team together. During their chat Kyrie opens up about what it was like being in make up all day, where does Uncle Drew rank against other basketball characters and he also refuses to deny any of the rumors out there. He really doesn’t care what people think. Uncle Drew is in theaters everywhere June 29th.

Though everyone knew Irving was asking to get out of Cleveland, nobody expected him going to Boston; especially in a trade for Isaiah Thomas. Though this news broke and was supposedly official, now there’s been backtracking as far as how concrete this trade really is. Thomas traveled to Cleveland, took exam and flew back out of town, sources said. All players must pass physical, or a deal can be voided. — Adrian Wojnarowski (@wojespn) August 26, 2017 According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Cleveland officials are concerned about the status of Thomas’ right hip following a recent physical evaluation, which could possibly affect Tuesday’s blockbuster trade with the Boston Celtics. Apparently, after Isaiah Thomas underwent a physical ton Friday, the Cavs still evaluating injured hip and weighing options w/ completion of Irving deal.
