It’s almost December, which means winter is right around the corner, and that sucks for anyone who doesn’t live in a warm climate. So here’s a little something to help keep your Seasonal Affective Disorder at bay for a couple more days (or at least the next 30-45 seconds): a new photoshoot featuring Hannah Ferguson and a few of her fellow SI Swimsuit issue model friends. I don’t know about you, but me and the Little Tuna are feeling better already.

DWI Attorney Shows Up Drunk For Work In WRONG Courtroom We guess in order to defend drunk drivers you gotta be one yourself???? Via KRQE: DWI attorney John Higgins is no stranger to the other side of the law. Most recently he’s accused of showing up drunk to work in a courtroom he wasn’t even supposed to be in. Metropolitan Court Judge Julie Altwies found Higgins in alleged direct contempt of court Wednesday morning. In a hearing Thursday, Altwies told attorneys Higgins was in her courtroom for 45 minutes before she called in a probation officer to test his blood alcohol content. His BAC measured .11; the presumed level of intoxication in New Mexico is .08. Sixty-nine year old Higgins had no appearances before Altwies Wednesday, though he did have two scheduled with other judges. “There were two cases that were continued by judges because he was not present,” Altwies said in court Thursday. “The reason the court found him in direct contempt because he did disrupt the proceedings yesterday quite a lot.” This wasn’t Higgins’ first run-in with the law either. He was convicted of aggravated DWI in 2009 , and was sentenced to 48 hours in jail. Then in 2010, he was accused of allegedly hitting his wife with his car – that case was later dismissed. Lindsay Lohan Says She Will Never Drink Again Either her 9,785 rehab stint FINALLY worked, or Hollyweird wild child Lindsay Lohan is just babbling to hear herself talk, because she says she’s a bottle-hugger no more. via THG Lindsay Lohan is determined to live alcohol-free. Like forever. The actress, who just got out of rehab but was warned by her doctors and a judge to stick with treatment or face certain failure, is apparently taking that advice. So committed is LiLo to her sobriety that she will insist hotel rooms, dressing rooms and even her mom’s home are dry when she comes for a visit. Dina Lohan’s house, alcohol free? That will be a tall order, but she checked into the Beverly Hills Hotel this week and did just as described above. Same goes for her guest stint on Chelsea Lately last week. She insisted her dressing room contain only non-alcoholic drinks before her gig on E! Lindsay also plans to travel with a “sober coach” for at least the next week. We’ll see how long this one holds up. In all fairness, it makes a world of difference to have people around you who have your best interest in mind so her crew making sure her dressing rooms, hotels rooms, etc. are actually free of alcohol will play a big part in Lindsay sticking to this proclamation. I love Mila Kunis and always will, I can even look past the fact that she’s still with that kid from Home Alone , so put her in a cowboy hat and some slutty outfits and I’m all over it. Here she is in the latest issue of GQ magazine looking like the kind of woman I could marry if I had money, a real job and wasn’t obsessed with celebrity boobs. Although, her celebrity boobs would probably fill my needs for at least the next ten years.
