The Side-Eye: Frankie’s Publicist Says She Went To Jail For NOT Being On Drugs

So Frankie’s publicist has issued a statement about her recent arrest . Because Frankie, still being a guest of the state of Georgia, can’t speak for herself. Here’s the story they would have us believe: Unfortunately, Frankie was in a catch 22 situation – she missed probation because she was at rehab at Dr. Drew’s Pasadena center. That’s what lead to the arrest, not drugs as published. Frankie is 50 years old and I am doing what I can to help her change her image into a sober woman who has made regrettable mistakes. As she approaches the next phase of her life with grandkids and her new found children, I hope she does succeed. And here are our problems with this theory: if you’re on probation, and have to leave the state for drug treatment/work… wouldn’t you have to let your probation officer know ahead of time? And why do both the publicist and Keyshia sound unsure about Frankie’s current sobriety? Source

Cry Me A River: Arnold Says Being The Governator Hurt His Pockets

Now that he’s no longer governor of California, Arnold Schwarzenegger has revealed just how much he loved his job. According to TMZ , holding that job for 8 years seriously hurt Arnold’s pockets. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s time as the governor of California didn’t just leave the state in financial turmoil — it cost Arnie a huge chunk of change too! The Austrian Formerly Known as Governator told a newspaper in his homeland that his stint in Sacramento cost him nearly $200 million as a result of lost revenue from movies and endorsements. Arnold went on to say that it was all worth it in the end … not sure Californians would agree. Must be nice to be able to say “eff a paycheck” like that. Because we’re pretty sure he had an out four years ago.

Jesse James Wins Custody Fight, May Move Closer to Sandra Bullock

Jesse James effectively trounced ex-wife Janine Lindemulder in their custody battle when a court ruled he may take their 6-year-old daughter Sunny to Texas. That’s where his other, more famous ex, Sandra Bullock, owns a home. Lindemulder, a former porn star who lives in California, wailed when the Orange County, Calif., judge announced the decision . “I’ll move! I’ll move!” she cried. “I can’t get attached and let her go!” Whether she actually will move is debatable, since she just got out of a halfway house and is likely unable to leave the state without the parole board’s okay. James and Lindemulder faced off in a week-long trial. The motorcycle mogul claims that a move to Austin would be for business purposes, although he was quoted in an online interview saying another reason is so his three children can maintain a close relationship with stepmom Bullock. The two were set to adopt baby Louis together, but following the shocking cheating scandal that ended their marriage, Sandra will now raise the boy alone. Lindemulder accuses James of moving to exclusively try to win back Bullock, who is close with the child, at the expense of her own relationship with Sunny. The judge said James and Lindemulder will have joint custody but James can take Sunny to Texas at the start of her new school calendar, in mid-August. Until then, Sunny will be with her mom, who James says is a threat to the child , or at least could be if her recurring addiction problems surface yet again.

Jesse James Alleges Death Threat From Ex-Wife

The chilling Mel Gibson tape , in which he berates ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is apparently not the only celebrity death threat alleged this afternoon. Jesse James’ ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, threatened to kill him in the past, according to what his lawyer just told the judge in their nasty custody battle. Fighting for custody of daughter Sunny, James personally has been testifying on the stand this morning, but hasn’t mentioned the allegation … so far. The motorcycle guru bought a house in Austin, Texas, and wants to take Sunny there so she can be closer to his most recent ex-wife, Sandra Bullock. Ex-wife #2 is far from pleased about that proposed plan. At least Jesse James and Sandra Bullock split amicably and quietly. He and his ex-wife are at each other’s throats in court, and it’s getting uglier every day . Over nearly five years of marriage, Bullock developed a close relationship with Sunny and his two older kids before his cheating led to their divorce. Lindemulder, who just got out of a halfway house and can’t leave the state of California, filed documents trying to stop the planned move by James. Janine says the Sandra Bullock excuse doesn’t hold water because if she really cared about Jesse’s children … she would have stayed in California. We’ll see what a judge has to say about that, but we know James has alleged on many previous occasions that unstable Janine is a threat to Sunny . A big enough threat to bar her from all contact? Stay tuned.

Jesse James Claims Ex-Wife is Bigger Mess Than He

Poor Sunny James. The six-year-old girl recently lost her de facto mother, Sandra Bullock, after Jesse James cheated on the Oscar winner with nasty Michelle McGee and her ilk. Now Sunny is the subject of a custody war between James and her mom (his porn star ex Janine Lindemulder ), with both claiming that the other is a threat. Last week, Lindemulder, who just got out of jail and is seeking 50-50 custody of Sunny, termed James a master con-artist who does anything to get his way. She also says he is moving closer to Sandra in Texas, in part to get away from her, since Janine can’t leave the state, obviously. But now he is hitting back. In legal papers, Jesse paints Lindemulder as an unfit mother, to put it lightly, claiming that she was once drugged out of her mind with Sunny in the car. Jesse James was married to Janine Lindemulder pre-Sandra Bullock . Jesse’s sister, Julie James England, swears that two years ago, she got a call from Janine, ” slurring her words , telling me she’s letting my niece, Sunny drive.”
