Anthony Anderson Responds to Allegation of Assault

Anthony Anderson is under criminal investigation. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that it received a report against the Black-ish star, with The Blast writing that Anderson is accused of assaulting a woman last year after an event she catered for him. Inside tell the aforementioned website that the unnamed victum met with Anderson a second time after the event to discuss future opportunities. This is supposedly when the assault took place, although no other details are really known about it at this time Sources tell The Blast that the woman reported the incident months after it allegedly happened, as she was inspired by the #MeToo movement to finally speak out. “We have a crime report listing him as a suspect in a crime. It is an open investigation,” the LAPD has simply said in response to this story. A spokesperson for the star, meanwhile, has issued a statement on Anderson’s behalf. It reads as follows: “It’s unfortunate that anyone can file a police report, whether it is true or false. “The authorities have not contacted Anthony or any of his representatives about this matter. Anthony unequivocally disputes the claim. Back in 2004, Anderson and assistant director Wayne Witherspoon were accused of raping an extra on the set of the 2004 film “Hustle & Flow.” However, the charges were later dropped when the judge ruled that there was no probable cause to try the case. This has no practical bearing on the latest charges, we’re just reporting a few facts. Anderson was just nominated his fourth Emmy Award for his portrayal of Andre Johnson, the patriarch on the ABC sitcom Black-ish. He is set to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame later this year, as well. On the small screen, Anderson’s resume includes appearance and/or starring roles on Guys with Kids, Treme, Psych, Shameless and The Shield. On the big screen, he has had roles in The Departed (2006), Kangaroo Jack (2003) and Transformers (2007) and Scream 4 (2011). Anderson is married with two kids. Man Pulls Out Penis In Court To Prove His Innocence A Connecticut sexual assault suspect pulled his penis out in court to prove that it didn’t match his accuser’s description. He was found not guilty on Friday. Jurors in New Haven cleared Desmond James, 26, of three counts of sexual assault, this comes two days after he whipped out his willy to prove that he doesn’t fit the accuser’s story of being raped by a black man whose lil bits were lighter than the rest of his skin. James’ lawyer, Todd Busser, said to The Post following the verdict, “If it’s not the light one, it’s not the right one.” The victim picked James out of a photo lineup after reporting that she was raped while walking home one night in 2012. Her troubling description of the man who did it was a “dark-skinned black male with big lips and black-people hair,” Busser said. “There were a number of troubling aspects in terms of the allegation. It evoked negative racial stereotypes. We felt in general that it didn’t describe our client.” The biggest mismatch of all, though, was the description of the attacker’s nether regions. So, the only evidence Busser offered to prov James’ innocence was to have his client stand in the middle of the court room with his penis out. The testimony was “embarrassing” for James, but worth it in the end. “If your liberty is at stake, he was willing to do that,” Busser said. Though he got off this time, James didn’t get out of serving hard time altogether. He’s already doing 65 years behind bars for breaking into a house and raping a 10-year-old girl, according to records. Sheesh.

Eliot Spitzer Was With Russian Call Girl At Hotel Before She Ended Up In Hospital Some folks never learn! Former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer is caught up in another scandal , this time involving a 25-year-old call girl named Svetlana Travis who returned to her native Russia within days of being hospitalized following an incident at the Plaza Hotel in NYC where she told hospital officials Spitzer attacked her . She has since recanted her statement via an email apologizing for the allegation. The email was released by Spitzer’s lawyer, Adam S. Kaufman, which said: “I just read the news, I’m so sorry. My report was all fake. You tried to save me.” Kaufman gave the Manhattan District Attorney a copy of the email. The former governor also released a statement saying that the 25-year-old was not his girlfriend. “The woman who initially made the allegation was not my girlfriend. Lis Smith was my girlfriend, and I had and have deep affection for Lis,” he said. Spitzer and his girlfriend, Lis Smith, 33, broke up in December. Damn… When will they learn?!?! Also, as far as this girl changing her tune — is anyone really surprised. We’ve watched enough ‘House of Cards’ to guess what happened there. And conveniently enough the girl is now back in Russia. According to the latest issue of In Touch Weekly, the reality star is upset that she failed to make relationships work with both Lamar Odom and French Montana and, as a result, she’s now “eating her feelings.” “She’ll chow down on her favorite comfort foods,” an insider tells the tabloid . “Smoked turkey legs, pasta, chicken wings, cookies-and-cream ice cream and her go-to candy, Skittles. She can’t stop eating!” This allegation runs counter to Khloe’s own words , of course. She recently told People that being “single is really healthy for people… I think people who go into one relationship to another, I don’t know if they have a healing process or know what went wrong or how to better themselves.” An online witnessed Khloe and her froend chowing down on “steak, sea bass, mac and cheese and much more” at Stack in Las Vegas on December 30, telling the magazine: “She looked heavier than ever. Ray J Speaks on Arrest, Blames Claustrophobia For Assault on Police Car Window

Borderline successful R&B artist and legendary Kim Kardashian sex tape co-star Ray J insists he has a good explanation for his arrest over the weekend. Ray J was arrested after an altercation at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel and charged with breaking a police car window and spitting at an officer as well. Where to begin. Police were apparently dispatched to the swanky hotel bar after a girl complained Ray J was playing grab-ass with her and she wasn’t happy. Responding officers concluded any ass-touching on Ray’s part was accidental, so he was actually in the clear … until he was asked to leave anyway. He did not do so, as Ray J feels the allegation was made up by hotel management to get him out of the bar because he and his friends were too loud. After throwing a fit and declining to depart, the cops took him into custody. Ray J and Joan Rivers Sex Tape Parody Since the star has spent tens of thousands of dollars there in the past year alone (his Joan Rivers sex tape spoof was filmed there), he felt disrespected. Ray also denies that he spit on anyone, but admits kicking in the cop car window after he began to feel ” very claustrophobic” inside and needed fresh air. Granted, most of us don’t smash the window when we feel cramped or carsick and need some air, but hey. At least it wasn’t meant to be personal. The quasi-celebrity was booked for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. He did not appear concerned as he left jail. Probably because he hit it first. Or fifth, but who’s counting: 9 Guys Who Got it in with Kim Kardashian 1. T.J. Jackson T.J. Jackson, Michael’s nephew, was Kim’s first love. It’s believed that he was her “first” in the physical sense as well.
