First she gets assaulted by Porsha Williams , and now this! Yes, Kenya Moore has been embroiled in all kinds of strange drama on The Real Housewives of Atlanta , but her latest episode may be her weirdest yet. On The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 6 Episode 21 , Kenya revealed that her beloved dog – a seven-year-old yorkie named Velvet – had died. Tragically, it was viciously attacked by a neighbor’s dog. It was heartbreaking stuff, and the ladies even had a full-blown dog funeral for Kenya’s departed pooch. As if somber piano music and a giant flower wreath for a dog funeral weren’t strange enough, this story has taken a bizarre twist as Kenya has been accused of faking Velvet’s death! That’s right – a popular Internet rumor states that Kenya’s dog is alive and living with her friend, Brandon DeShazer. DeShazer tweeted several photos of the dog in what appeared to be his home shortly after the episode, leading to speculation that Kenya enrolled Velvet in the Puppy Protection Program so that she could soak up some sympathy! DeShazer denied the allegation and issued a statement saying, “Anybody who has pets knows the kind of love you develop for them. Melissa Joan Hart Explains It All, Writes About Past Drug Use

Take note, Zac Efron : there’s hope for you yet. In an upcoming memoir – “Melissa Explains It All,” due out October 29 – former child star Melissa Joan Hart opens up about a past filled with steamy affairs and drug-fueled parties. “I experimented with weed, Ecstasy, mushrooms and mescaline for about a year and a half,” Hart tells Life & Style of what readers can expect from the book, adding that she once posted for a 1999 Maxim photo shoot while high. Hart says she ran with a “bad crowd” for awhile, but tried to draw the line when she could. The actress claims she once turned down an offer of cocaine from Paris Hilton , though a rep for that Z-lister denies the allegation. “I just didn’t enjoy taking drugs,” she says. “I don’t like the loss of control.” Among other tidbits: Hart enjoyed make out sessions with “man whore” Jerry O’Connell and Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter. She also isn’t a fan of Ashton Kutcher, saying she the actor made some “smartass remarks” back in the day and the two “just didn’t get along.”

Justin Bieber Nightclub Accuser Files Police Report Over Alleged Spitting

The DJ who claims Justin Bieber spit in his face inside of a nightclub in Ohio last week has hired a lawyer and filed a police report against the singer. The man behind the allegation, Addison Ulhaq, told police trouble began on July 13 when JB’s security team thought he was taking pictures of the star. Ulhaq, who’s a junior at Ohio State University and a neuroscience major when he’s not DJ’ing on the side, says he didn’t snap ANY Justin Bieber pics . JB didn’t buy it, threatened his life and spit in his face, he claims. The police report alleges that the victim, Addison, “stated that the suspect told him that ‘His mother was a bitch, his father was a bitch and he is a bitch.'” Addison’s lawyers say Bieber’s oral assault left saliva and mucus in Addison’s eye, nose, and mouth … and that he got tested for Hepatitis as a result. The test was negative, but still … rank. The victim, according to the police report, also “stated that he does not want anything done at this time and just wants to document the incident.” It’s unclear why the college student wished to document it unless he planned to file a lawsuit, which it certainly definitely looks like he will at this point. No charges have been filed … yet.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: Experiencing "Difficulties"

Over the past few weeks, they’ve been spotted at Coachella . And h’s given her an expensive present . And nary a tabloid cover has teased their break up. But all it not perfect in the world of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, according to a new report. “They are absolutely still together but are having some difficulties right now,” an insider told E! News yesterday, adding vaguely that the main source of contention is “priorities.” As in… she wants to work more and he wants to focus on their relationship? Or vice versa? It’s not clear. But it’s not hopeless, either. Far from it, in fact. “They’ll be fine,” the same mole says of Robsten . “I do not foresee a split, they are just crazy in love. This is just another bump in the road.” Last Wednesday, the couple flew back to California from New York, but they’ve been taking some time apart in Los Angeles. “He’s been hanging out with the boys a lot, and she’s been with her girlfriends,” another person in the know shares. “They seem to be living separate lives at the moment, I haven’t seen her around at all.” Have no fear, though, fans: a little space could be just what the pair needs.

Inmate Sues Taco Bell, Claims Idea for Doritos Locos

Gary Cole, a federal prison inmate in Northern Texas, has filed a lawsuit against Taco Bell because he says he invented the concept of the ridiculously popular Doritos Locos Taco. And Taco Bell and Frito-Lay stole it from him. According to a 35-page handwritten complaint, Cole insists he came up with nine product ideas in 2006. The second on the list was titled “Taco Shells of All Flavors (Made of Doritos)” and the document says he submitted it to Janice B Cole and Keoiana K. Cole four years later. It’s unclear who these people are. However, according to Cole, the letter was “stolen through the United States Postal Service Mail and submitted to Frito Lays [sic], Taco Bell, Pepsi Co, Yum Brands.” The companies supposedly gave this unknown individual “a check … for a large amount” for the rights to the idea – and proceeded to manufacture the Doritos Locos Taco, which so  far has sold over half a billion units for the fast food chain. Cole is asking the court to force Taco Bell to stop peddling the product and to turn over documents that will prove his allegation. Writes the store in response: “We have not been served with the lawsuit, but the claims we’ve read in online news sources are completely false and without merit.” And the company is moving full saturated fat/steam ahead with its next breakthrough as well: Yes, the Waffle Taco is on its way.

Kevin Clash Accuser Sheldon Stevens: I Want to Undo Settlement!

Sheldon Stevens, the man who accused Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, of having sex with him while he was underage, says he was coerced into recanting. He’s meeting with lawyers to ” undo the settlement ” with the puppeteer, TMZ reports. Clash and Sheldon Stephens entered into a settlement in which Clash agreed to pay him $125,000, but in return the agreement came with one condition. Stephens agreed that upon execution of the deal, he would retract his original accusation and state that his sexual relationship with Clash was consensual and adult. The accuser did retract the allegation at that time … but now wishes he had not. Stephens has met with lawyers and told them he was pressured into recanting, however, and insists he he had sex with Kevin Clash when he was underage (16). Clash has denied this from the start, while acknowledging he is gay and was involved with Stephens, now 23; Clash, 54, says his lover was 18+ at the time. Stephens says he would gladly forfeit the $125,000  to restore his name, and was literally crying during the final negotiations and insisting he didn’t want to sign. Clash’s lawyer had no comment. Kevin Clash Admits He’s Gay, Had (Legal) Relationship With Accuser

Kevin Clash says he is gay and has never tried to hide that, and indeed was involved a relationship with the younger man accusing him of inappropriate sexual behavior. The voice of Sesame Street’s beloved Elmo says the accuser was over 18, however, not underage as he has alleged. Clash took a leave of absence Monday. Kevin Clash , who’s performed as Elmo for 27 years, is 52. He admits he had “a relationship with the [now 23-year-old] accuser,” but not an illegal one. “It was between two consenting adults and I am deeply saddened that he is trying to characterize it as something other than what it was,” he said in a statement. “I am taking a break from Sesame Workshop to deal with this false, defamatory allegation.” Clash also confirmed he is “a gay man” and has “never been ashamed or tried to hide it, but felt [ my relationship with the accuser ] was a personal and private matter.” Sesame Workshop backs up Clash on one count, saying that after a “thorough investigation” they “found the allegation of underage conduct to be unsubstantiated.” Still, the family-oriented organization found that Kevin Clash “exercised poor judgment and violated company policy regarding Internet usage and he was disciplined.” The Workshop added that Clash “insists that the allegation of underage conduct is false and defamatory and he is taking actions to protect his reputation.” As for why he was disciplined by his employer, an email Clash wrote to his accuser reads, “I’m sorry I keep talking about sex with you, its driving me insane.” The puppeteer adds, “I want you to know that I love you and I will never hurt you. I’m here to protect you and make sure your dreams come true.” “I’ll have my assistant book a ticket for you to come to NY and we can talk about this in person.” To clarify, the email was written well after the accuser turned 18 ; the allegation made by the accuser is that the two were intimate before he was 18 . Clash denies any wrongdoing , while admitting a consensual relationship .

Cee Lo Green Denies Sexual Assault Allegations

Cee Lo Green has been accused of sexual battery. Details on the case are sketchy – neither the identity of the victim, nor the story behind the allegation are known, although TMZ confirms police has spoken to employees at a downtown Los Angeles restaurant – but The Voice judge has already proclaimed his innocence. “Nothing ever happened there or anywhere else,” Green says , adding that he hasn’t been to the establishment in question in three months. No charges have actually been filed yet and another Cee Lo insider simply cannot fathom they will be, telling the site: “I have never seen Cee Lo act in a physical way toward anybody.” We will update this story as more news breaks.

Did Lil Wayne Hire Security To Protect His Daughter And Ex-Wife From Her New Husband? All of K. Michelle’s antics may have actually gotten someone’s attention. Reports are claiming that when Lil Wayne heard of his ex-wife’s husband’s history of domestic violence, he hired guards at a rate of $10,000/month to keep a watchful eye on his ex-wife and daughter. The allegations submerged when Memphitz’s ex-girlfriend/ star of “Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta” revealed the domestic abuse she endured during their relationship. A source close to Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, LaToya Wright, revealed that Lil Wayne is concerned. “You bet that Lil Wayne is concerned,” they said. “He mostly wants to make sure their daughter never gets caught in the middle of anything.” The allegations of abuse, repeatedly denied by Memphitz, have been a prominent story line on the current season of VH1′s popular  Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta.  They were made mostly by R&B star and cast member  K. Michelle . And it so happens K. Michelle is a former Memphitz squeeze. A spokeswoman for Memphitz did not provide a comment for the allegation. We’ll wait to hear it  from the horse’s mouth before we actually believe this one…..but Wayne HAS always been pretty protective of his first-born…. Source

Toni-Ann Filiti, Sylvester Stallone’s Half-Sister, Dies at 48

Sylvester Stallone’s half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti, died Sunday night at age 48 after an extended fight with lung cancer, according to multiple news reports. It’s been a summer filled with tragedy for The Expendables 2 star, whose son Sage Stallone also passed away at 36 of yet-to-be determined causes. Filiti entered UCLA’s ICU August 10, where doctors had “done everything” they could. Prior to her hospitalization, she had been living with her mom. Filiti’s son and Stallone’s nephew, Edd Filiti, had accused the actor, on Facebook, of neglecting Sage Stallone in recent years. He recanted that claim. Filiti was married twice and had a son, Edd, with second husband Louis D’Alto, an actor who appeared in several Stallone vehicles. They split in 2001. Our thoughts go out to Stallone and his family.
