Will Smith’s 17-year-old son, Jaden is in the middle of a shocking drug scandal! “The karate Kid” star’s cradle-robbing squeeze, 20-year-old Sarah Snyder, was caught on tape snorting a white “mystery powder” in an alarming video obtained by The National Enquirer! On the damning clip, leaked by one of Sarah’s “pals,” the pretty blonde looked into the camera, bent down and used a $1 bill to inhale a white substance laid out in a line! A voice in the background is heard laughing and saying, “Say no to drugs!” Sarah then looked directly into the camera and shrugged as the off-camera voice added: “That was cocaine, by the way!” The video has sparked a big rift in the Smith household, sources said, with Will and wife Jada Pinkett Smith blasting their son for hanging out with Sarah who’s had a few brushes with the law.

BOSSIP Exclusive: Ex-NBA Star DeShawn Stevenson’s Bank Account Seized Over $400K Credit Card Debt

Former Atlanta Hawks Baller Had Just $62 In Bank Account Former NBA player DeShawn Stevenson is refusing to cough up more than $384,000 to American Express for unpaid credit card bills – and now the company is on the hunt for his bank accounts. American Express Centurion Bank sued Stevenson back in March 2014 in Florida’s Orange County Circuil Court. The bank accused the ex-NBA star of breaching the agreement he had with them over his line of credit. The American Express Centurion card – aka the exclusive members only Black Card – is issued to cardholders who have a certain net worth and spend more than the average cardholder. DeShawn, 35, famously posted a photo of him on social media holding the exclusive Black Card back in 2008. However, it appears the free agent blew off his credit card bills with American Express, which then sued him for breaching their deal. The former Atlanta Hawks player also decided to blow off the lawsuit and never responded to the allegations he owed the credit card company money. As a result, the judge in the case granted a default judgment for $384,000.82 against DeShawn last May. Then last month, American Express headed back to court demanding the judge help them collect on the former NBA star’s six figure debt to them. Bank officials explained that that DeShawn hasn’t paid a dime on the judgment. American Express pleaded with the judge to allow it to issue a writ of garnishment against the NBA star’s bank account to collect on their money. The Florida judge signed off on the motion and allowed the company to subpoena Bank of America’s records for DeShawn’s account. The bank then responded by informing the court they only had $62.09 of his cash and plan on handing it over American Express to put a small dent in the $384,000 judgment. The credit card company will now be on the hunt for other banks or credit unions where DeShawn keeps his cash so they can get their money.

Accuser Said Derrick Rose Is Trying To Intimidate Her In Rape Case The woman suing Derrick Rose for rape said his bid to grill her parents under oath was his latest attempt to intimidate her into dropping her $21 million lawsuit against him. Lawyers for Rose filed a motion to force the unnamed accuser’s parents to give testimony as part of the rape case about his accuser’s state of mind and other issues, including the “traditional, religious” upbringing she referenced in her lawsuit against him. Rose claimed he served both the woman’s mother and father with deposition subpoenas but they failed to show up on March 23rd in Stockton, Ca. He demanded the court order the accuser’s parents to sit down and be grilled under oath during a deposition in the case. But earlier this week, the woman blasted Rose’s attempt to force her parents to answer questions about the alleged rape. The accuser’s lawyer, Brandon Anand, explained in court papers that Rose has been repeatedly informed that her parents don’t have any knowledge about the alleged sexual assault. Further, Anand said in court docs that the testimony about her religion that Rose is trying to get from her parents violates federal right of privacy laws.

“She’s Got Game” Co-Star Sued The Game For Assaulting Her A judge has ruled that The Game has lost a sex assault case after he never bothered to answer the accuser’s complaint. Priscilla Rainey – who was a contestant on the VH1 dating reality show, “She’s Got Game” – sued The Game for $10 million back in August 2015 for sexually assaulting her. Rainey said that last May, while shooting the show, she went out on an after-hours date with the rapper. The woman claimed that she went to a local bar in Illinois where The Game was out of control and drunk and high. She said that during the night The Game sexually assaulted her on several occasions, including him forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks. The contestant explained she never gave him permission to touch her and she felt degraded by the unwanted touching.

Sheldon Stephens: Kevin Clash Accuser Paid $125K Before Retracting Sex Allegations

Kevin Clash, the voice of Sesame Street’s Elmo, agreed to pay his accuser $125,000, under one condition – that Sheldon Stephens retract the allegation that he was underage. Stephens alleged he was only 16 when Clash began an affair with him. Clash admits an affair , but insists it started when Stephens, now 23, was an adult. Stephens recanted his allegation days later, but only after a secret settlement was struck between the two parties.  Under the terms of the settlement: Clash agreed to pay Stephens $125,000 .  He releases a statement saying he [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. If Stephens is asked by anyone about his relationship with Clash, he must only repeat the statement in the settlement that recants his story. Although Sheldon Stephens signed the document, he insists Clash, now 52, had sex with him when he was a minor and was pressured into signing the settlement. According to TMZ, Stephens was crying during the final negotiations with Clash’s lawyer and repeatedly insisted he didn’t want to sign; he did, however. It’s unclear who leaked these details to the celebrity gossip site, but it makes you wonder.

Kevin Clash Admits He’s Gay, Had (Legal) Relationship With Accuser

Kevin Clash says he is gay and has never tried to hide that, and indeed was involved a relationship with the younger man accusing him of inappropriate sexual behavior. The voice of Sesame Street’s beloved Elmo says the accuser was over 18, however, not underage as he has alleged. Clash took a leave of absence Monday. Kevin Clash , who’s performed as Elmo for 27 years, is 52. He admits he had “a relationship with the [now 23-year-old] accuser,” but not an illegal one. “It was between two consenting adults and I am deeply saddened that he is trying to characterize it as something other than what it was,” he said in a statement. “I am taking a break from Sesame Workshop to deal with this false, defamatory allegation.” Clash also confirmed he is “a gay man” and has “never been ashamed or tried to hide it, but felt [ my relationship with the accuser ] was a personal and private matter.” Sesame Workshop backs up Clash on one count, saying that after a “thorough investigation” they “found the allegation of underage conduct to be unsubstantiated.” Still, the family-oriented organization found that Kevin Clash “exercised poor judgment and violated company policy regarding Internet usage and he was disciplined.” The Workshop added that Clash “insists that the allegation of underage conduct is false and defamatory and he is taking actions to protect his reputation.” As for why he was disciplined by his employer, an email Clash wrote to his accuser reads, “I’m sorry I keep talking about sex with you, its driving me insane.” The puppeteer adds, “I want you to know that I love you and I will never hurt you. I’m here to protect you and make sure your dreams come true.” “I’ll have my assistant book a ticket for you to come to NY and we can talk about this in person.” To clarify, the email was written well after the accuser turned 18 ; the allegation made by the accuser is that the two were intimate before he was 18 . Clash denies any wrongdoing , while admitting a consensual relationship .
