Father Beats 17-Year-Old Daughter and Boyfriend With Hammer Soruth Ali attacked his 17-year-old daughter and her boyfriend with a hammer after he discovered them in the house having sex. The father attacked the pair after he heard noises coming from her bedroom on August 21, and has now been jailed for 14 months after he admitted to actual bodily harm and common assault. The 42-year-old’s daughter is in police protection after the incident and has now been placed in care to keep her away from her “very religious and very controlling” father. Not only is he religious and controlling, but it was found out after he was sentenced at Bolton Crown Court that Ali had served seven years in 1995 for the rape of a 15-year-old girl when she was in her school uniform…. According to testimonies heard in court, Ali was woken up at 5am by noises coming from his daughter’s bedroom and opened the door to find her and boyfriend James Martin in bed together. He then grabbed a hammer and hit Martin over the head, after that, he punched and kicked his daughter Fathema before dragging her out of her bedroom by the hair while her family begged him to stop. In a statement to police, Fathema claimed she was forced into living two lives, one for her strict Islamic father at home and another outside the house. The court heard that on the night of the incident, Fathema snuck her boyfriend in the house thinking her parents were away, but when they returned he hid in her bedroom for the night. Ali has been banned from contacting his daughter for three years under the terms of a restraining order.

Octomom Nadya Suleman is ringing in 2013 in style. Topless style. Making good on her pledge to take taxpayers off the hook as soon as possible after announcing she’s back on welfare again, the mother of 14 is re-deploying her assets. Nads is reportedly being paid $20,000 to do a topless strip show at T’s Lounge in West Palm Beach, Fla., the same club she was in a legal dispute with last year. T’s lined up Octomom to take it all off last year (above) as well, only to sue her for breach of contract after employees trash talked her and she bailed on the gig. Obviously. Anyway, Nadya and T’s worked out a deal last month, and under the terms, Octo will perform four shows from February 14-16, getting paid twenty grand. In return, T’s will drop its lawsuit. Sadly (or thankfully), lap dances are not on the table for patrons, so if you’re gonna have to ogle a topless Nadya Suleman from a short distance. Sorry fellas. It’s no Octomom porn .

Kevin Clash, the voice of Sesame Street’s Elmo, agreed to pay his accuser $125,000, under one condition – that Sheldon Stephens retract the allegation that he was underage. Stephens alleged he was only 16 when Clash began an affair with him. Clash admits an affair , but insists it started when Stephens, now 23, was an adult. Stephens recanted his allegation days later, but only after a secret settlement was struck between the two parties. Under the terms of the settlement: Clash agreed to pay Stephens $125,000 . He releases a statement saying he [Stephens] wants it to be known that his sexual relationship with Mr. Clash was an adult consensual relationship. If Stephens is asked by anyone about his relationship with Clash, he must only repeat the statement in the settlement that recants his story. Although Sheldon Stephens signed the document, he insists Clash, now 52, had sex with him when he was a minor and was pressured into signing the settlement. According to TMZ, Stephens was crying during the final negotiations with Clash’s lawyer and repeatedly insisted he didn’t want to sign; he did, however. It’s unclear who leaked these details to the celebrity gossip site, but it makes you wonder.

Remember, the burden is much lower for a probation violation.” “Just the fact that Lindsay will be charged with a crime is enough.” As previously reported, Lohan rear ended a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway last summer. She initially tried to claim her assistant was the one driving. Compounding matters? The tow truck driver Lindsay rear ended, James Johnson, will testify that her camp tried to pay him off immediately after the accident. Johnson has also told cops that Lindsay was “absolutely trying to leave the scene of the accident without exchanging information with him,” an insider says. “Prosecutors are extremely frustrated that Lindsay continues to act as if she is above the law and feel the system hasn’t punished her harshly enough.” We’ll see if that changes. Actor must complete 16 hours of community service and enroll in a 12-month domestic-violence program. Brown/ Getty Images Mel Gibson and his legal team reached a deal with prosecutors Friday (March 11) that will see the actor avoid jail time after being charged with misdemeanor battery earlier in the day. The actor appeared before a Los Angles judge and pleaded no contest to the charges. Under the terms of his agreement, Gibson must complete 16 hours of community service, enroll in a 12-month domestic-violence program and pay an assortment of court fees and fines. Gibson also must obey a strict order to not annoy, harass or threaten anyone with violence while serving out his various punishments. The actor has already begun reporting to a domestic-violence counselor and was ordered to submit a progress report during a status hearing June 9. By that date, the actor is also required to compete his community service, which he’s scheduled to perform at the Mending Kids International facility. Gibson’s deadline to complete his year of counseling is March 30, 2012. The actor has 36 hours to turn himself in for booking. The deal concludes an ugly split between Gibson and ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva, the mother of his young daughter. The two dated briefly after Gibson and his wife of 26 years, Robyn, separated. Gibson and Grigorieva were ensnarled in a bitter custody dispute that was compounded by lawsuits the two filed against each other. Gibson accused Grigorieva of extortion and she alleged Gibson physically assaulted her.

On Thursday (November 18), the singer attended a progress-report hearing in Los Angeles, which was live-streamed by TMZ , in which Judge Patricia Schnegg lavished praise on the “Deuces” crooner. “Of all probationers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had thousands of probationers, no one has ever done a better or more consistent job than you have,” Schnegg said. “And I really want to commend you for taking responsibility, and for actually working diligently to complete all of the things the court has required of you.” Judge Schnegg also remarked that Brown has finished 581 hours of community labor and only has seven more domestic-violence counseling sessions to complete. Brown has another hearing scheduled for January 28 for what Schnegg called one of the last times she plans to see him in court. “You’ve done a very good job,” Schnegg said of Brown’s progress. Schnegg’s praise is consistent with other hearings in which the singer has received a positive progress assessment . Brown, wearing a striped cardigan and dark tie, was mostly silent throughout the brief hearing, nodding occasionally at Schnegg’s comments. Under the terms of Brown’s five-year probation sentence in 2009, the singer is responsible for 180 days of community labor and required to attend domestic-violence counseling for up to one year. He was also issued a stay-away order by the judge that bars him from communicating or associating with Rihanna. Brown’s career has been going well since his last August hearing as well. Production sources connected with Celebrity Rehab say Rachel Uchitel never uttered a certain golfing great’s name, and was a standout among the group! “She made a very poignant speech [ at the graduation ], and she has probably progressed the most among the group,” says a source close to the show. “Even though she briefly left the show , when she came back, Rachel was more focused, and realized the work that she needed to do on herself.” That’s what it’s all about, right?
