Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie will not be going to trial . Despite some ugly back and forth between representatives of the stars of late, Pitt and Jolie have managed to peacefully arrive at a new custody arrangement. Multiple sources have confirmed this news. “A custody arrangement was agreed to weeks ago and has been signed by both parties and the judge,” Jolie’s lawyer, Samantha Bley DeJean, said via statement on Friday. She continued: “The agreement, which is based on the recommendations of the child custody evaluator, eliminates the need for a trial. “The filing and details of the agreement are confidential to protect the best interests of the children.” To the surprise of so many, Jolie filed for divorce from in September of 2016. The exes share six children together: Maddox, 17, Pax, 15, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 10. Neither Pitt nor Jolie has said very much in public since their stunning and very sad split. But insiders close to the stars have traded barbs for well over a year now, with Pitt’s side alleging that Jolie is trying to keep the kids from their dad… … and Jolie’s side hinting here and there that Pitt is not exactly a great father. It was even mandated that Pitt only spend time with his kids under official supervision. At one point, Pitt accused his ex-wife of using their sons and daughters as mere media props. Things have turned very ugly between the celebrities. But this agreement must have been amenable for both sides to sign off on it. Says a source close to Pitt, talking to Us Weekly: “Brad and Angelina will have joint physical and legal custody of the children. Over a period of the next six to eight weeks, the monitored visits will come to a conclusion. “The children will immediately begin to have overnight visits with their father. “The monitors will be in place for those first overnight visits, and this was done at Brad’s request. “Brad recognizes this is going to be a change from what the norm had been and wants to make the transition as smooth as possible.” Jolie and Pitt had been scheduled to square off in court on December 4. However, Us Weekly also reported previously that Pitt contacted Jolie recently and practically begged her to meet him halfway. “He reached out hoping to persuade Angie that the hearing will cause lasting psychological damage to their children,” a source told this tabloid, concluding: “There will be no winners, no matter what the judge decides.” View Slideshow: 13 Reasons to Be Glad You Never Slept With Brad Pitt

Source: Tibrina Hobson / Getty Keke Wyatt was in tears on social media this past week when she revealed that her husband, Michael Jamar, asked her for a divorce. Keke said Michael told her this while she’s still eight months pregnant with their next child and while they have another kid in the hospital. Now, following Keke’s confession, Michael is giving his side of the story according to theJasmineBRAND . He said in a statement, “For over seven years I have been Keke’s husband, backbone, friend, confidant, and support system. I have loved, raised, supported, and cared for every child in our family (biological or not), including our son who is currently battling leukemia. I will continue to be that person and do all of these things, but I will not be her husband.” Michael then goes on to say that his split with Keke is necessary to avoid a toxic environment for their kids. “Because I love Keke, I can no longer accept toxic behavior,” he said. “A home should be a refuge of peace from the inequity and harshness of the world. Keke is much stronger than she gives herself credit for and she is a great mother. There is a healing that needs to take place and I have faith that it will happen.” Michael ends by asking for people’s prayers as the family goes through their split. “There is never a good time for a family to deal with harsh realities, but as long as we keep God first we have to know that our battle has already been won,” he said. “Now, as our family deals with these realities I humbly ask that you please keep us lifted in prayer, and when you comment please keep our children in mind.” Keke has yet to respond to Michael’s statement, but it seems like from now on their issues will be best handled privately. We’ll keep you updated if anything should change.
Source: Jesse Grant / Getty Jesse Williams and his soon-to-be ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee have had a bit of a messy split. After previous reports that Aryn wanted sole custody of their kids and the reported backlash from Jesse , it seems the two have finally come to equal terms. According to TMZ , the estranged couple will have joint legal custody of their two children. This means that all decisions regarding their kids’ health, welfare, and upbringing will be made together. The documents for the agreement were obtained by TMZ, which reportedly says neither parent can make derogatory statements about the other in front of the kids. They also can’t use their kids as messengers. The agreement also states that neither Jesse nor Aryn “shall introduce a person with whom he or she has a romantic relationship to the children until the relationship has endured at least 6 months.” The agreement doesn’t describe the physical custody arrangement. Jesse has been romantically linked to Minka Kelly , who could part of the tension between Jesse and Aryn. But thankfully, when it came to their kids, they were able to put differences aside to equally support them. We’ll keep you updated if more divorce drama should surface.
50 Cent Agreed To Pay Lastonia Leviston $6 Million As Part Of His Bankruptcy She once sued him for leaking a sex tape of her, and Rick Ross’ baby mama has accused 50 Cent of screwing her over once again. Lastonia Leviston has headed back to federal court to demand the judge order the rapper to follow through on their deal to dismiss their sex tape lawsuit and to pay the $6 million he agreed to in his bankruptcy plan. Recently, the rapper saw a federal bankruptcy judge sign off on his proposed deal to pay back a substantial amount of his debt to the various creditors, which brought the case to a close. The repayment plan will pay out $17 million to his former business partners Sleek Audio and $6 million to Rick Ross’ baby mama after she scored a judgment against the rapper for leaking her sex tape online. Before the plan was OK’d, 50 Cent had attempted to continue on with his legal battle with Rick Ross’ baby mama. He believed the $7 million judgment was excessive and wanted to drag Rick Ross into the case. 50 Cent said that his archenemy should be found liable for a portion of the judgment due to him allegedly being to blame for the leak. He also said the emotional distress claim by Lastonia – which she was awarded $500,000 for in the jury decision – wasn’t legit and wanted it thrown out. It appeared all their issues were settle once the judge signed off on the repayment plan where he was to cough up $6 million to Lastonia. But now it looks like things didn’t go that smoothly, and Lastonia has asked the bankruptcy judge help her force the rapper to follow their deal and him pay her the millions. She explained in her court documents that the deal she signed with 50 states both parties are to dismiss the sex tape legal battle in New York Supreme Court following the execution of the agreement. However, she says that she has repeatedly sought the cooperation of 50 Cent to dismiss the New York suit but he refuses because he wants to pursue a claim against Rick Ross in that legal battle, in hopes the court will find him liable for a portion of the $7 million awarded to Lastonia. She is furious that the rapper won’t follow his end of the deal and says nowhere in their agreement did it state he could pursue claims against Ross. Lastonia is pleading with the judge to order 50 Cent to dismiss the New York sex tape case and to cough up the $6 million per his plan.
Dame Dash probably could have warned him about this… Jay Z Splits With Longtime Business Manager John Meneilly Reports from Jay Z’s circle claim he has split with his business manager John Meneilly, who helped Hov build his RocNation empire from the ground up. Via NYDailyNews : Jay Z and Solange Knowles may have (publicly at least) squashed whatever beef led to their now-infamous elevator brawl, but Hova and his longtime business manager are over. Music industry insiders exclusively tell Confidenti@l that Jay Z has cut ties with John Meneilly, who helped build the “Empire State” rapper’s empire. According to one well-placed music industry insider, Meneilly didn’t want to go, “It wasn’t his choice.” Though a second source close to the split described it as “amicable and mutual” and says the agreement was made “a couple months ago.” While Jay Z has always been reluctant to call Meneilly his “manager,” he referred to his once trusted confidant as his “consigliore,” according to Forbes writer Zack O’Malley Greenburg, who literally wrote the book on the Brooklyn music mogul. Wonder what Meneilly did to get the boot? Maybe he and Damon can reminisce on the good old Roc-La-Familia days over a bottle of Ace of Spades… Wenn
Sheldon Stevens, the man who accused Kevin Clash, the voice of Elmo, of having sex with him while he was underage, says he was coerced into recanting. He’s meeting with lawyers to ” undo the settlement ” with the puppeteer, TMZ reports. Clash and Sheldon Stephens entered into a settlement in which Clash agreed to pay him $125,000, but in return the agreement came with one condition. Stephens agreed that upon execution of the deal, he would retract his original accusation and state that his sexual relationship with Clash was consensual and adult. The accuser did retract the allegation at that time … but now wishes he had not. Stephens has met with lawyers and told them he was pressured into recanting, however, and insists he he had sex with Kevin Clash when he was underage (16). Clash has denied this from the start, while acknowledging he is gay and was involved with Stephens, now 23; Clash, 54, says his lover was 18+ at the time. Stephens says he would gladly forfeit the $125,000 to restore his name, and was literally crying during the final negotiations and insisting he didn’t want to sign. Clash’s lawyer had no comment. Stay tuned. [Photo: WENN.com]
Beyonce can’t dance away from a $100 million lawsuit this time around… Gaming Company Sues Beyonce Beyonce is performing at the Super Bowl halftime show next year, and there’s also a good chance she’ll appear in a New York court soon after for a potential jury trial . Via Hollywood Reporter : According to Gate Five Gaming, it had developed a technology that was better than the motion-driven video games on the market, that would track a far wider range of body movements than Nintendo’s Wii, and the game technology was presented to representatives for top-selling artists including Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas, who purportedly expressed interest. Ultimately, the company signed a deal with Beyonce, but the contract had a termination clause requiring certain financing by a certain date or else the singer could back out. Gate Five alleges that it spent $6.7 million on the game and had a financier lined up to provide $19.2 million in financing when Beyonce exercised her termination rights, “the hundreds of millions of dollars in profits that Gate Five could have realized if she had honored the Agreement,” according to the lawsuit. According to the ruling, issues of fact remain as to whether Beyonce intended to forgo her right to terminate the licensing agreement. The appeals court points to the record showing that she never objected to the loan as it was closing. This lawsuit has been going on for a over a year. BeyBey might want to think about settling because putting folks out of work and flaking out of work is definitely not a good look for her public image.
