Joe Budden: “Logic is F****** Trash!”

Source: Brian Ach / Getty Tell us how you really feel Joe! On the weekend edition of the Joe Budden Podcast, host and ex rapper Joe Budden used a large chunk of the show to go after Def Jam artist Logic. Logic, who recently did a song with French Montana and Juicy J, had his verse read by Joe live on air, to which the podcast host made several crude, and somewhat hilarious, remarks about the lyrics. ‘I’m going to be honest with you,” he continued. ‘I don’t know what they tell you at Def Jam, I know you sold a lot of records, I know you sell out a whole bunch of tours and I know just how successful you are, I have to be honest — you are horrible, man.” Check out the full episode here and let us know what you think!

Billy Porter’s Protégé Mykal Kilgore Makes R&B Debut With ‘A Man Born Black’

Originally posted here:

Source: Ambe Williams / Ambe Williams Mykal Kilgore has the kind of voice that makes you shout during Sunday service. The tone of it is rich and soulful and with ease, he transitions through rifts and runs making any song he sings a melodic experience; an effortless talent he honed performing in the church choir as a youth. Kilgore gained the confidence to follow his dreams while entertaining a group of classmates, one day, in school. “I would sing with my friends at lunch and one day a group of ‘cool guys’ came over and demanded me to sing them something. I started singing Killing Me Softly and they went crazy,” he explained. He felt “accepted and special.” “I also saw that there was something to singing that makes everybody come together. I wanted to be a part of bringing folks together.” Under the tutelage of Pose star Billy Porter , the Florida native eventually moved to New York where he pursued a career on Broadway ( Motown the Musical ,  The Book of Mormon , Hair). While Mykal thrived on stage, his passion for singing was bursting at the seams. He released his debut R&B album A Man Born Black on September 6. “I wanted to do something audaciously authentic,” says Kilgore. “I didn’t want to release music until I knew I had something clear to say. I’m so secure in my point of view right now.” The 10-track body of work, according to his website, “is an exploration of faith, loss, the stumble and spills on the way to maturity, and the beauty of hope and love.” The freshman debut showcases Kilgore’s songwriting ability while serving as an ode to the classic R&B structure. Produced by Jamison Ross, A Man Born Black embodies sounds from beloved artists like Al Green, Stevie Wonder, Sade and Laila Hathaway. “My hope was that if I could be real about my life and my story through the writing that it would make the song relatable to all people,” he explains. “There are basic things that I want and I use the album to explore these things. I want more love in the world, more respect, more honesty, and more grace.” Kilgore describes A Man Born Black as his “baby.” He laughs when asks what song is his favorite. “You’re making me pick my favorite child?! I think Let Me Go is the song I find myself humming in the shower these days, but maybe by the time I shower tomorrow it’ll be My Heart! I love Let Me Go , because it grows with me everyday. It changes and matures with each listen.” Kilgore set out to give fans an experience that evokes an array of emotions. “ I want fans to feel respected when they listen,’ he says. “I give them my best and that means that the music, the lyrics, the vocals all work together to give an experience that warrants multiple listens, tears, hand claps, toe taps, and their LOVE! I want all of that.” Listen to A Man Born Born Black , here. Malik Yoba Addresses Allegations He Paid 13-Year-Old Transgender Girl For Sex With Freestyle Rap

Source: Roy Rochlin / Getty Trans Woman Alleges Malik Yoba Solicited Sex When She was 13 And 16 New York Under Cover actor Malik Yoba has denied hefty allegations he’s a child predator with a now-deleted freestyle. A trans woman named Mariah Lopez Ebony made the allegation in a Facebook post that Yoba had solicited sex from her when she was merely 13 and 16 years-old. Allegations surfaced from Ebony after Yoba revealed he was “trans attracted” and was applauded for his honesty. “For all who applaud and solute [sic] Malik Yoba for revealing he is so called ‘Trans Attracted,’ understand that either because of deeper issues he has or, because of ‘society’ pushing him and others to deep, dark places, his admission to being sexually attracted to trans women, is bound to open a Pandora’s box for him; not because the women are Trans, but because many of the trans women he engaged in sexual exploration and exploitation with on 14th Street, Times Square and elsewhere, were minors, including myself. And I don’t give a F-CK who doesn’t believe me or feels I’m trying to ride a wave! There is a trend of men of color being embraced by the Queer community, for liking Trans women, despite overwhelming evidence of character flaws……glaring signs that sex addiction, substance abuse; unchecked mental health issues and inner demons are what drive men to the bungee jumping of sex; F*CKIN or SUCKIN a Trans person. That’s not love. Period. What Malik paid me to do, as a 13 and 16 year old, wasn’t  love . His ignoring that I was clearly a child prostitute, wasn’t love. Paying for cheap thrills and secret orgasms; begging for unsafe, unprotected sex from a runaway Trans teen, while enjoying stardom as a successful artist and business man ….isn’t love.”   In response, Yoba released a freestyle denying Ebony’s claims. It’s been deleted, but there are the lyrics he rapped, according to Page Six . “How quickly people love to spread news/With no proof of child abuse/You confuse, I see you/You choose to try to make me lose/But I can’t/If you try to stand in my shoes/You would lose.” And, “You can’t win when you live in sin … At the beginning, I told you there was the word/And the word said we would love/And we would love each other/No matter what, you my sister, my brother/Whether you be a trans man or a trans woman.” He revealed, “Yes, this is a freestyle.” Yoba’s denial of soliciting a child sex worker didn’t stop there. He also denied it in a clip with Claudia Jordan. Swipe to hear it. Rita Ora Bringing Them Tits to Social Media of the Day

Rita Ora and her small bikini… Rita Ora and her big tits are in a small bikini….. That is one of the lyrics of my summer Anthem – Big Tits in a Small Bikini…because I too can be a popstar as clearly there is no need for talent… I have still never heard one of her songs, but based on the exposure and press she gets, you’d think she was Beyonce… Why? Cuz of the big tits in a Small Bikini.. This is not a “I lost my bathing suit, so I borrowed my flat chested friends”…..this is her tits out…in an intentionally small bikini…to have her tits out….without having her tits out…know what I mean.. Oh and here is her tit flopping out of her shirt, possible nipple, possible insulin implant or something, possible nipple pasties.. decide in the comments.. No More Young Draco? Soulja Boy Is Reportedly Making Big Life Changes After His Early Release From Jail

Source: WENN.com / WENN Soulja Boy Is Making Lifestyle Changes Following His Stint In Jail Following his early release from county jail, Soulja Boy is reportedly making some huge changes to his lifestyle, which includes shrinking his social circle and not posting as much on social media. According to reports from TMZ , sources close to Soulja have explained that his three months in L.A. County Jail served as an eye-opener for the rapper, and now that he’s back home, he’s cutting a lot of unhealthy things out of his life–which includes both cutting people off and cutting down on his time on Twitter and Instagram. One of the biggest changes yet is that Soulja Boy reportedly kicked a bunch of people out of his San Fernando Valley house, the same one that was burglarized while he was locked up. Back in April, thieves hit Soulja’s home and made off with $500,000 in cash, jewelry and his iPhone — which they allegedly used to go live on the rapper’s Instagram account. But, when Young Draco caught wind of the burglary in jail, he was convinced the whole thing was an inside job . In the current day, Soulja was just released from jail last Sunday, getting out 146 days early due to a combo of good behavior, time served, and overcrowding. In April, Soulja was sentenced to 240 days and 265 days of community service for violating his probation.
