Struggle Rapper Blueface Facing Years For Unregistered Handgun Charge

See the article here:

Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty While Blueface might have one of the hottest singles out right now, he has bigger fish to fry at the moment. The “Thotiana” rapper is facing years in prison after he was caught possessing an unregistered handgun. The Blast reports : According to L.A. County D.A.’s office, the “Thotiana” rapper was just charged with possession of a fully-loaded, unregistered handgun from an arrest on February 1. He was arrested after LAPD rolled up on a large group of people he was hanging out with, causing everyone to scatter. Multiple people tried ditching their guns, but Blueface and two other men, were arrested. The charge is a felony and carries a maximum sentence of 3-years in prison. It also comes on the heels of another charge the rapper was given for a different possession of a firearm. Back in November, Blueface was busted in Santa Clarita, CA for his alleged involvement in a robbery and vehicle-to-vehicle gunfight. He was in a car that crashed into the center divider on the freeway, and he was arrested on a $50,000 bond for assault with a deadly weapon. As for his November arrest, the 22-year-old artist born Jonathan Porter is due back in court this week and faces up to a year in jail for the misdemeanor charge of possessing a legally registered handgun. — Photo: Getty

Punk Who Posed As Babysitter To Lure, Rape And Pimp 13-Year-Old Sentenced To 12 Years In Prison

Source: Ulf Wittrock / EyeEm / Getty Man Gets 12 Years In Prison For Pimping Sixth Grader A Brooklyn criminal who posed as a mother looking for a babysitter to l ure his victim was sentenced Friday to 12 years in prison. Anthony Charles, 24, and co-defendant William McNeil, who previously pleaded guilty, trafficked the teen girl over the course of 11 months beginning in June 2015, authorities said. According to The  NY Post, Charles lured a Manhattan sixth-grader with the promise of a babysitting gig on facebook then sexually assaulting her and forced her into prostitution. When the girl arrived at McNeil’s Brooklyn apartment for the position, the defendants threatened her at gunpoint, sexually assaulted her, then pimped her out. The two grown men forced the teen to perform sex acts in cars and hotels, using flattery and violence to keep her in line. She was raped four to seven times a day, and when her family and friends found out, they ostracized her. The victim choked up as she read an emotional statement in Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday. “They took away my virginity, my dignity, my freedom, my happiness and most importantly, my childhood,” she read from a piece of paper she clutched in her hands. “I never understood how people can hear you cry for help and not do anything.” “What happen to me broke me forever,” she said, her voice cracking. “I felt disgusting. I felt dirty all the time. It was all types of men even doctors and teachers.” The victim says she grew so depressed that she considered suicide. Charles, who was convicted at trial of sex-trafficking and promoting prostitution, mumbled a half-hearted apology before Justice Gilbert Hong handed down his sentence. The judge said Charles faced a maximum of more than 50 years. McNeil, 24, pleaded guilty to one count of sex-trafficking as part of a plea deal and was sentenced to five years in prison. “The horrific violence and coercion committed against this 13-year-old child was not enough to break her spirit,” said Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. in a statement. “She took the stand to testify in an act of extreme courage, bravely articulating the months of torture she endured at the hands of these heartless traffickers. The story of this profoundly courageous survivor shows us that in the safest big city in America, child sex trafficking still persists,” Vance said. Good riddance!

Moon Bloodgood has a Terrible Name – Here are her Panties of the Day

When you’re name is blood good, and you’re in panties, it gives a pretty terrible visual, so long as you’re not into periods or worse…when it comes to bloody panties… She’s a 55 year old, or 43 year old…half Korean, American, Laker’s Girl like she was Paula Abdul. Straight up now tell me…..she was in Maxim when Maxim mattered and has had movie roles along this journey we call life….only to end up here on instagram…adapting to new Tech despite being an old fuck…probably risking her identity by sending her banking info to sme Nigerian on Facebook as old people on Facebook do…only she’s pretending to be young….and with it…half naked…panties out…the way they should be. I guess these asians are smart and advantaged and understand how Facebook works….pantsless. A Journey with Rachel Samstag’s Vagina of the Day

A journey into nature is always better when there’s a naked skinny chick showing off her cunt…. I don’t know who this Sam Bag Stag girl is…but I do know the folds of her labia thanks to her artistry that is really not art at all, but that we can call it whatever she wants us to call it, because it involves showing her pussy….because art is a myth even when it is art…. This is like when some feminist girl starts painting her college squat/ commune bathroom with her period blood and expects idiots to pander to her, and they do, they say “Oh Petra Collins, you’re such an artist, here shoot Selena Gomez’s new video”….. Silliness – Everywhere. The post A Journey with Rachel Samstag’s Vagina of the Day appeared first on DrunkenStepFather.com .

SMH: Nevada Inmate Found Dead In Cell After His Execution Was Called Off

Source: Avalon / Getty Inmate Whose Execution Was Called Off Found Dead In Cell A man who was convicted of murder twice–who declared he wanted to die and who Nevada officials said tried several times to kill himself–has been found dead from an apparent hanging after two scheduled lethal injections were postponed, officials said on Saturday. 48-year-old Scott Raymond Dozier was found unresponsive in his solo death-row cell at the state’s maximum-security prison, Department of Corrections spokeswoman Brooke Santina told The Associated Press. Dozier had said repeatedly that he wanted to die instead of spending the rest of his life in prison. “I’ve been very clear about my desire to be executed … even if suffering is inevitable,” Dozier explained in a handwritten note to a state court judge, who postponed his execution in November 2017 over concerns the untried drug regimen could leave him suffocating, conscious, and unable to move. “Just get it done, just do it effectively and stop fighting about it,” the frustrated inmate told The Associated Press in a telephone interview last August. But his bid to become the first Nevada inmate put to death since 2006 was called off twice amid court fights over a three-drug combination that had never been used in the U.S. The starts-and-stops in Dozier’s case propelled Nevada to the top of a national debate about the death penalty and shed light on extraordinary efforts some states take to try to obtain drugs from pharmaceutical companies that insist they don’t want their products used for executions. Dozier gave up appeals for the death sentence he received in 2007 for separate killings of methamphetamine drug trade associates in 2002 in both Phoenix and Las Vegas. Last month, state lawyers revealed in a separate federal lawsuit over Dozier’s treatment behind bars that that he had tried several methods to kill himself in recent months, including attempting to obtain drops of a deadly drug on a piece of paper sent through prison mail. Dozier’s lawyers also revealed that he apparently cut his neck and wrist with a razor in October. Dozier was not on suicide watch Saturday, according to authorities, but was found dead at 4:35 p.m. at the prison in Ely, about 250 miles north of Las Vegas. The prisons spokeswoman said she didn’t immediately know when Dozier had last been seen by guards. Santina said that would be part of investigations by the department’s inspector general and White Pine County sheriff’s office. Continue reading

#RHOA: Eva Shaded The Hell Out Of Cynthia And Made THIS Comment That Is Getting Kevin McCall Dragged To Hell

LOS ANGELES, CA – JUNE 24: Michael Sterling and Eva Marcille arrive at the The 2017 MAXIM Hot 100 Party at Hollywood Palladium on June 24, 2017 in Los Angeles, California. (Photo by C Flanigan/Getty Images) Eva Causes A RHOA Fuss It’s time for a celebration, America! The Real Housewives Of Atlanta is back on our TV screens for a brand-new season. One such newsmaker this season was Eva Marcille, who had quite the splash in the debut. First, she shaded the hell out of Cynthia for really no reason whatsoever. When asked about her and Cynthia’s modeling, here’s what she had to say: “The difference between mine and Cynthia’s modeling style? About 20 years.” Whoa. Really? Clearly we’re gearing up for an Eva vs. Cynthia feud down the line for whatever reason. The second person she shaded isn’t even on the show: baby daddy Kevin McCall. Eva said that her current husband is the only father her children have known, and you know Kevin had to be yanked away from his Twitter account before he said something ignorant. Why did Eva feel like she had to compare herself with Cynthia?! #RHOA pic.twitter.com/HDqwPWlXgS — TC (@CurrentClips) November 5, 2018 So what’s the big deal? Why is Eva on 10? Whatever the reason her comments had Twitter in a tizzy. Take a look…
