Austin Jones, a long-time YouTube star who preyed upon his enormous teenage following by coercing young girls to send him sexually explicit videos, was sentenced in a Chicago federal court yesterday to 10 years in prison. The 26-year old was arrested in 2017 two counts of production of child pornography. He later confessed to enticing six underage girls to send him X-Rated videos of themselves, according to a plea agreement made available to the public last February. The girls were as young as 14 years old. Jones amassed his large following mostly by singing a cappella covers of famous songs. Prosecutors pushed for an 11-year prison sentence on Friday, although he faced a maximum of 20 years. The lawyers who argued in court against the star said Jones “preyed on their youth, their vulnerabilities and most glaringly, their adoration of him,” per the Associated Press. A defense filing contended Jones’ life was “marred with abuse, pain, loss and death,” asserting he suffered sexual abuse as a child and trying to use that incident as a defense for his actions. Alas, this argument did not hold much weight with the judge. “Production and receipt of child pornography are extraordinarily serious offenses that threaten the safety of our children and communities,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Katherine Neff Welsh said in the government’s sentencing memorandum, adding: “Jones’ actions took something from his victims and their families that they will never be able to get back.” According to the Department of Justice, Jones would tell young girls to submit nude videos of themselves as a way to “prove” their fandom. He also promised these young girls modeling opportunities and a chance to grow their own social media following. In June of 2015, before he was even arrester, Jones shared a 16-minute YouTube video in which he looked directly into the camera and admitted that he used to ask fans to send him twerking videos. But that’s where he drew the line, Jones said. “Nothing ever went further than twerking videos,” he said back then. “There were never any nudes, never any physical contact.” Jones had more than than 534,000 YouTube subscribers and over 41 million total video views at the time of his arrest. In one exchange documented by the government, Jones acknowledged he shouldn’t be talking to a 14-year-old due to her age. He repeatedly told her, though, that she was “so lucky” she had his attention, continuing: “If you’re lucky, maybe I’d let you suck my dick.” When the teenager said she didn’t want either of them to get in trouble over the footage she was recording, he replied: “I guess you really aren’t my biggest fan …..ok then.” In addition to giving the girls suggestions for poses and underwear choices, Jones often gave them “lines” to recite to him. One example? “At the beginning, get super close and say these lines: hey Austin, it’s (name) and this butt is (age) years old and then make it clap for 30 seconds. Got it?” It doesn’t get too much more disgusting than everything chronicled here.
According to Jenni Farley, she cannot stop smiling over the presence of Zack Carpinello in her life. The Jersey Shore veteran and her 24-year old lover seem quite content with each other at the moment. Conversely, Farley has made it clear once again that she REALLY is displeased with estranged husband Roger Mathews right about now. Following an Easter Sunday in which Farley and Mathews put their differences aside in order to spend time as a family with their two young kids, something appears to have gone awry. For a reason Jenni tried to make clear in a scathing Tweet yesterday, she now has yet another reason to think Mathews is a very bad parent and role model. In her Instagram Story message, posted late on Sunday, the MTV personality best known as JWoww said that her son and daughter wouldn’t be spending the weekend with their dad because he wanted to “rage.” She later deleted the note, but nothing ever dies on the Internet. “When you find out on Wednesday your kids will be with someone other than their father over the weekend because he wants to rage during HIS time because it’s been planned ‘for months,'” Farley wrote along with rolling eyes emojis. “Yeahhhh ok. Loving all your ‘dad posts,'” she added, mocking Mathews for how often he claims to be a dedicated and loving father and concluding: “Please keep over posting…really shows how ‘involved you are.'” It certainly is true that during the crux of their VERY ugly exchanges late last year and earlier this year, Mathews often claimed that Farley was ignoring their kids in order to film Jersey Shore. After his estranged wife obtained a restraining order against him several months ago, Mathews went on an all-time Instagram rant . He trashed Farley as a fake and phony sand vowed that the “truth” would come out and that all he cares about in life is being a responsible parent. Leeeeeeets goo.” We can totally understand Farley’s frustration here. Her kids and two and three years old, seemingly pretty young to have a sleepover. It also seems a bit odd for Mathews to celebrate a “rare” night out, considering he doesn’t have primary custody of these children. Farley filed for divorce from the 43-year-old truck driver in September of 2018 after a three-year marriage, full of ups and down. The reality star has since moved on with Carpinello, whom Mathews seemingly approves of, having been asked for his opinion by Us Weekly a few days back. “He seems like a terrific guy and they seem to really be happy, and I’m very happy for them,” Mathews told this tabloid shortly after it revealed her new man is the 24-year-old professional wrestler from New York. Mathews added at the time that Carpinello is a “good friend of her little brother” and that they’ve been dating for “a few months.” We’re very glad to hear it. Larry Mitchell Hopkins, Leader Of United Constitutional Patriots, Beaten In Jail The leader of a rancidly racist right-wing militia group recently got his a** beat, and it’s very much so the highlight of our day. Larry Mitchell Hopkins, the 69-year-old leader of the United Constitutional Patriots, apparently got hands and feet put on him in a New Mexico prison. Doña Ana County officials told NBC News that they’re investigating a battery against Hopkins that happened after 9 p.m. Monday, April 22. But they provided few details. “Hopkins was given medical attention for non-life-threatening injuries,” a Doña Ana County news release states. “He was transferred out of the Doña Ana County Detention Center under the direction of the U.S. Marshals Service on Tuesday.” His attack comes after he appeared in federal court in connection with a charge of him being a felon in possession of a firearm. Hopkins group reportedly prided themselves on being the “eyes and ears” of border patrol agents and targeted migrants, sometimes holding them at gunpoint until agents arrived. His band of merry men reportedly was 20 deep and they were “armed with AK-47 rifles and other firearms.” An FBI tip line blew the whistle on the United Constitutional Patriots actions and the FBI agent who wrote the complaint against them said Hopkins allegedly said the group was “training to assassinate George Soros, Hillary Clinton, and Barack Obama.” Hopkins’ lawyer has since called the accusation “categorically false.” NBC also ran down the laundry list of Hopkins’ criminal history. It reads as follows; “In 1996, Hopkins was convicted of possession of a loaded firearm and was sentenced to state prison in Michigan for 16 months minimum to two years maximum, according to the complaint.” “In 2006, he was convicted of felony possession of a weapon in Oregon and sentenced to 40 days in jail and 36 months of probation, the complaint said.” “At the same time, Hopkins was also convicted of criminal impersonation of a peace officer and sentenced to 20 days in jail and 24 months of probation, the complaint said.” Wow, what a patriot (sarcasm). It sounds a lot like Hopkins and his militia group were just racist azzholes targeting families and covering it up by calling themselves patriots. Do YOU agree?
A Florida man has been arrested for giving Olive Garden patrons far more than they paid for this past Sunday in Naples. The diners simply wanted to chow down on some never-ending breadsticks, not be subjugated the never-ending annoyance of some inebriated fool. Allow us to explain… According to a police report from the Naples Police Department, officers were dispatched to one of these restaurants around 3:30 p.m. on April 14 due to an alleged disturbance in the vicinity. The 911 caller claimed that there was a man outside the establishment, asking customers for money and screaming out a series of expletives. When the authorites arrived, they came across a shirtless man sitting outside on a bench, shoveling spaghetti into his mouth with his bare hands. It’s unclear at this time whether it was covered in marinara sauce or some other topping. Identified as Ben Padgett, this individual smelled like alcohol and was acting in an inappropriate manner, the official report states. A restaurant employee named Ronald Worst also told police that Padgett threatened him and asked him “whether he had male or female sex organs.” Worst went on to say that Padgett was coming in and out of the restaurant, badgering those around him. “I could beat your ass,” he supposedly yelled at Worst for some reason. Once they arrived on the scene, police officers asked Padgett what he was doing outside on the bench. According to the arrest report, he would not stop “muttering obscenities” and was eventually placed under arrest for disorderly intoxication. Prior to being placed in handcuffs, Padgett was given paper towels by the cops, so that he could clean the pasta off of his face. Despite this kind gesture, Padgett wasn’t done acting like a total and complete maniac. While in the back of the patrol cruiser, the suspect started to twist his body violently, kicking his legs and smashing his head against the metal cage partition, causing his forehead to bleed. As a result, the drunk 32-year-old was treated at a nearby hospital before being transferred to the Naples Jail Center. Padgett was also charged with resisting an officer without violence and released on $2,000 bond. While story does sound kooky, we guess Padgett should just be grateful that he didn’t cut off his own penis . Last week, Justin Bieber penned a super romantic poem to his beautiful wife, Hailey Baldwin. Now, it’s Hailey’s turn to openly gush about her love. Hailey’s praise coincides with a new photo of the Biebs after he finally, for the first time in their marriage, got a decent haircut. “My love,” Hailey’s romantic Instagram post begins. She writes what we’re sure is meant to be a string of three heart eyes emojis, but is a disappointed face followed by two heart eyes emojis. “You are an incredible man,” she praises. Hailay adds: “You make me a better human being,” “You make me happier than I’ve ever been,” she raves. Here is the accompanying photo. We’re not (okay, I’m not ) normally the biggest advocate of short haircuts on men, as they’re hugely overdone, but this is an exception. Definitely an improvement over some of the Biebs’ other looks during the past year. Things were already looking pretty bad for Lori Loughlin in the wake of the college admissions bribery scandal . After having allegedly shelled out $500,000 in bribes to get her daughters into USC, Loughlin was offered some pretty unattractive plea deals from prosecutors, all of which involved jail time. Now, believe it or not, it looks as though things have gotten a whole lot worse for the former Full House star still referred to as Aunt Becky. Last week, Loughlin appeared in a Boston courtroom, and though she was facing prison time after being ensnared in the FBI investigation known as Operation Varsity Blues , witnesses say she appeared to be in good spirits as she posed for photos and signed autographs for fans. Today, Loughlin is probably not in such a great mood, as she and husband Mossimo Giannulli have been indicted on an additional charge that could bring them some serious jail time. Loughlin and Giannulli are among 16 parents facing a new charge for money laundering. The additional indictment was announced Tuesday afternoon by U.S. Attorney’s Office in Massachusetts. “The charge of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and honest services mail and wire fraud provides for a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain or loss, whichever is greater,” reads a press release from the office. “The charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering provides for a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a fine of $500,000 or twice the value of the property involved in the money laundering. “Sentences are imposed by a federal district court judge based upon the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.” Well, we may not have graduated from a fancy institute of higher learning like USC, but our math indicates that 20 years plus 20 years equals one hell of a lengthy prison sentence. And of course, the great irony in all of this is that Loughlin’s daughter, Olivia Jade Giannulli, had no interest in going to college and merely wanted to continue building her career as a Kylie-esque makeup mogul and Instagram influencer. There’s a lesson to be learned in all of this about the weight of parental expectations and the importance of letting your kids be themselves. But the bigger lesson is, don’t bribe college admissions boards to let your kids in because apparently, the federal government takes that sh-t very seriously.
T he mother of 9-year-old Trinity Love Jones could soon face charges for played some role in the death of her child who was found in a duffel bag on a trail in Hacienda Heights, California. SEE ALSO: Vigil Held After Police Identify Dead Body As Missing 2-Year-Old Noelani Robinson Investigators said they were preparing a criminal case against Taquesta Graham , 28, that they plan to present to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, KTRK-TV reported on Friday. Authorities extradited Graham on Thursday from Texas to Los Angeles where she’s being held on an unrelated warrant. After she arrived in Los Angeles, investigators interviewed her regarding her daughter’s killing. She was not immediately charged in the girl’s death. On March 12, police arrested Graham’s boyfriend, 38-year-old Emiel Hunt , and charged him with Trinity’s murder. Hunt faces a maximum sentence of 50 years to life behind bars if he’s convicted. Graham, a registered sex offender, was convicted in 2009 of enticing a minor female for prostitution. Hunt, who has a prior child abuse conviction from 2005, was taken into custody on March 9 near the San Diego International Airport. His arrest marked the culmination of a mystery about Trinity’s identity after her body was discovered. Deputy Marvin Crowder said the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner called about 8:30 p.m. Friday to notify the sheriff’s office about the status update. It was previously designated a suspicious death investigation. This homicide ruling confirmed what many had already suspected—she was killed intentionally. The sheriff’s office released this statement about the case, “The victim was found partially inside a black rollaway type duffle bag … where her upper body was seen protruding. Although preliminary investigation initially led investigators to believe the victim was between the ages of seven and 10 years, further investigation with the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner determined the victim was a Black female between the ages of eight and 13. The young girl was found to be wearing a pink, long sleeve shirt with gray panda print pants (actual clothing depicted). She stood approx. 4 ft, 5 inch. tall and weighed about 55 lbs. No obvious signs of trauma were found on the victim’s body.” Workers found her body in bushes near a popular trail. Now that Jussie Smollett has been arrested for falsifying a police report, we have a much clearer idea of how the actor went about staging his own assault. Allegedly, that is. Courtesy of documents filed by prosecutors at Smollett's bond hearing on February 21, we know when Smollett contacted the men who would help his go through with this scheme… what the original plan was between the trio… and what Smollett provided these men with in order to carry out the supposed assault. Smollett is Free on $100,000 Bond He was released from jail on Thursday afternoon and rushed to a waiting SUV, not saying anything to the throng of reporters gathered around him as he made his way to the car. 2. The Judge Comes Down Hard During Thursday’s proceedings, members of Smollett’s family were in the courtroom with him as the judge, John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr., said that he found the investigators’ account of the incident disturbing, especially the assertion that Smollett had used a rope around his neck to heighten outrage. 4. What Did the Judge Say? “We live in a country where you are presumed innocent,” he told the actor “However, if these allegations are true, I find them utterly outrageous. Especially the violent, despicable use of a noose, which conjures such evil in our country.” 5. As for the Details in These Legal Documents?
