Jussie Smollett: This is How He Staged His Assault

Now that  Jussie Smollett has been arrested for falsifying a police report, we have a much clearer idea of how the actor went about staging his own assault. Allegedly, that is. Courtesy of documents filed by prosecutors at Smollett's bond hearing on February 21, we know when Smollett contacted the men who would help his go through with this scheme… what the original plan was between the trio… and what Smollett provided these men with in order to carry out the supposed assault. Again: Allegedly, that is. The details described here are chilling and disturbing. Scroll down to get a fuller picture of exactly what Smollett is accused orchestrating. 1. Smollett is Free on $100,000 Bond He was released from jail on Thursday afternoon and rushed to a waiting SUV, not saying anything to the throng of reporters gathered around him as he made his way to the car. 2. What Has He Been Charged with Again? Felony disorderly conduct – for falsifying a police report. The charge he faces carries a maximum sentence of three years in jail. 3. The Judge Comes Down Hard During Thursday’s proceedings, members of Smollett’s family were in the courtroom with him as the judge, John Fitzgerald Lyke Jr., said that he found the investigators’ account of the incident disturbing, especially the assertion that Smollett had used a rope around his neck to heighten outrage. 4. What Did the Judge Say? “We live in a country where you are presumed innocent,” he told the actor “However, if these allegations are true, I find them utterly outrageous. Especially the violent, despicable use of a noose, which conjures such evil in our country.” 5. As for the Details in These Legal Documents? They start with the letters sent to Smollett on the set of Empire. It remains a little ambiguous whether police believe Smollett sent them to himself, but they contained a powerdery white substance. 6. Was It Anthrax? Tyga to Blac Chyna & Future: Happy Boning!

Sources close to mediocre rapper Tyga say that he’s cool with Future dating Blac Chyna , the mother of his son King, and why shouldn’t he be? Dude’s got one Kylie Jenner all over him at home. Not surprisingly, there were rumblings of a feud between Tyga and Future as soon as rumors surfaced about the latter flopping around on Blac Chyna. Because Tyga and Future are said to be pretty tight – they collaborated on the single “Show You” – it felt like a particularly bad bro code violation. Or not. Tyga gives “zero f–ks” about this. That’s how a TMZ source put it when questioned regarding Future’s relationship with Chyna, with whom he has a longstanding beef as well as a son. The reason is simple: Tyga is penetrating Kylie and getting stimulated left and right and that’s the only thing he gives any f–ks about in this era. In fact, he’s even opening to collaborating with Future on another song if the circumstances align, proving that he’s all about the money. And the Kylie. As for Jenner and Blac? Taylor Swift Album Anniversary: A Celebration in GIFs!

The music world was changed forever on October 27, 2014. We kid, but only slightly. Because that was the date on which Taylor Swift released her first-ever pop album, “1989,” a record that proved the following once and for all: Taylor Swift is the biggest solo artist on the planet. And it’s not particularly close. In honor of today’s one-year anniversary, Swift shared the above photo on Instagram and wrote as a message to fans: “1989 came out 1 year ago today. It’s been the best year of my life. I love you guys. #HappyBirthday1989.” But that’s not enough, in our opinion, not when one considers the cultural impact this album has had. And it all started when Swift mocked her own dancing abilities while shaking off all problems via a track that remains stuck in our head to this day: Swift followed up that catchy tune with another form of self-deprecation, this time coming out with a single that played off her reputation as a psycho ex-girlfriend. Allow us to present quite a number of GIFs from “Blank Space.” But Taylor somehow managed to take it to another level with her next single and its affiliated music video. This one co-starred Selena Gomez , Miranda Kerr and many other huge names, all of whom helped Swift express some feelings of “Bad Blood.” With these hit songs and others in her repertoire, Swift set off on her “1989” tour, a series of concerts that have made headlines at every stop. Partially due to the woman at the center of them, but largely due to the surprise guests Swift has brought out along the way. Mike Tyson: Vote Donald Trump for President!

Did Mike Tyson just deliver a knockout punch to Jeb Bush, Ben Carson and other Republican nominees for President? Probably not. But the former heavyweight champion of the world did step into the political ring during a recent interview with The Huffington Post, making it very clear who has his support. Speaking about Donald Trump, Tyson said simply, “he should be President of the United States,” going on to explain: “Let's try something new. Let's run America like a business, where no colors matter. Whoever can do the job, gets the job.” What about the comments Trump has made about women ? What about what Trump said about Mexicans ? And then about other immigrants? Tyson admitted some of these remarks may have been a tad on the “crude” side, but whatever. That's Iron Mike's basic take. Tyson doesn't believe Trump actually “thinks of Latinos in that [negative] way,” offering no real evidence to back up this assertion. The former boxer went on to say he would absolutely “endorse” Trump for real if asked, though Trump's campaign is yet to reach out and inquire. It is worth noting that Tyson may have changed his reputation over recent years by appearing in The Hangover movies and even starring in a Broadway play. But the guy did go to jail for rape. He also has a tattoo on his face. And he also once bit off part of Evander Holyfield's ear inside the ring during a match. Even Donald Trump may not want him in his corner. (Eh, who are we kidding? Donald Trump has no standards. )

Family Reunites with Missing Golden Retriever [VIDEO]

Back in July, the Wallis family was visiting relatives in Chesterfield, Missouri when their Golden Retriever ran away. The St. Louis natives believed they would never see Honey again. But technology is a wonderful thing and Emily Wallis told St. Louis’ KTVI that she received a shocking phone call three months after Honey went missing: she was found 600 miles away in LaGrange, Georgia! The canine was eventually found by an animal shelter that checked for a microchip and tracked down the Wallis once it discovered one in Honey’s neck. As for the tearful, tail-wagging reunion? Jenny McCarthy: Not Getting Booted from The View

Jenny McCarthy is not going anywhere, ABC viewers. Following just over a month as co-host on The View , this bubbly blonde’s job status was called in to question this week when Radar Online quoted an anonymous production source who claimed producers were unhappy with McCarthy. Jenny McCarthy on The View “ABC has begun doing deep research on Jenny’s work on the show and the initial findings are that viewers want to tune out the second she opens her mouth!” the report alleged. “The data has revealed that she is far more off-putting Elisabeth.” But while it is true some critics have questioned giving McCarthy such a platform due to her anti-vaccination beliefs (the words ” homicidal maniac ” have been used to describe her), it is NOT true that she’s on the outs. HOWEVER, the numbers don’t back up the claim that The View is suffering in McCarthy’s presence. It is averaging just over three million viewers per episode this season, which is a tick below its previous season numbers. E! Kourtney and Kim Kardashian , sister Khloe will raise see your latest tabloid covers and raise you this hilarious tale: She’s pregnant! But she doesn’t know the identity of her baby’s father! OK! Weekly hints strongly that Khloe is knocked up (she isn’t), while also playing off Star ‘s previous claim that she’s having an affair with The Game (she’s not), leading to a cover for the ages: “Several of [Khloe’s] friends are convinced she is nearly eight weeks pregnant,” an insider claims, adding that “all the signs are there. Khloe’s been doing everything by the book. She’s been taking all the right vitamins and folic acid, exercising regularly.” Well then. She’s clearly expecting. Khloe’s supposed pregnancy and the question of who she’s been sleeping with coincides nicely with the assertion this week by Michael Girgenti that he may actually be the father of young Mason Dash Disick. Courtney Robertson: Sort of Defended By Ex-Boyfriend Cavan Clark!

The Bachelor contestant Courtney Robertson may not be a fan favorite. That’s the understatement of all time, actually, but her ex-boyfriend, Cavan Clark says that in real life, she’s different from how she appears on the series. Cavan says that “unlike what you see on the show, she’s actually a nice girl, and getting a bad rap” based on the show’s editing and media coverage. Not sure how a 53-minute trash talk montage can be explained away, but good to hear! Seriously though. 53 minutes, not including Monday’s episode: Courtney Robertson Trash Talk Greatest Hits “I still keep in touch with Courtney,” he adds. “We dated, and after it ended she went on The Bachelor . Life happens; people fall in love and people break up.” The two met and fell in love while Courtney Robertson , 28, was modeling for one of the fashion lines Cavan Clark, a 36-year-old photographer, shoots for. He does say Courtney is doing everything in her power to get the final rose … and reading between the lines, that she might not be motivated by love. “She’s obviously doing everything she can to win this, seeing that it is a reality dating competition,” he says of one of Ben Flajnik’s final three women. If The Bachelor spoilers we’ve compiled are to be believed, she may very well be one of the final two standing this season … we’ll have to wait and see. Aside from Cavan, she dated Jim Toth, before he married Reese Witherspoon, Entourage ‘s Adrian Grenier and Desperate Housewives’ Jesse Metcalfe. Clearly #winning a lot on the Hollywood dating scene. Pilar Sanders Files $200 Million Lawsuit, Claims Estranged Husband Made Her a Gold Digger

Pilar Sanders and retired football legend Deion Sanders and engaged in an epic divorce battle, and the former just upped the antagonistic ante. BIG TIME. According to documents obtained by TMZ, Pilar is suing Deion – for $200 million . The lawsuit stems from the Twitter rant of Deion’s daughter (from another relationship) Deiondra, in which the teenager accused Pilar of cheating on her father and referred to her as a “gold diggin hoe.” In these court papers, Pilar effectively responds with: Oh yeah? Well you made me that way! Pilar’s attorney writes that his client believes Deiondra and Deion have been going after her with various “emotional weapons” for years… including “dominance, humiliation, isolation, threats, intimidation, denial and blame.” The suit reads: “[Deion and Deiondra] even persuaded [Pilar] that she was and is worthless, a ‘gold diggin’ ho, and that no one else would want her.” Moreover, Pilar makes the assertion that father and daughter would scatter various weapons around the house and would try to scare her away by “hurting pets.” No details regarding this accusation are provided. Kate Middleton Pregnant? Denmark Trip Sparks Rumor

Is Kate Middleton pregnant? The Duchess has ignited speculation that she is expecting once again after a visit to a UNICEF distribution center in Copenhagen, Denmark. With Prince William at her side, Kate avoided a certain food product as they sampled items from UNICEF aid packages sent to famine-stricken East African countries. While members of the Danish royal family and William tasted peanut paste, Kate politely refused and reportedly gave her husband of six months a knowing look. Doctors have frequently recommended pregnant women avoid peanuts and byproducts while expecting in order to help prevent allergies in their babies-to-be. What’s more, The Palace itself even “went out of their way to stress that she has no nut allergy whatsoever,” an editor for Britain’s The Sun told ABC News. Whenever William and Kate Middleton welcome their first child, he or she will inherit the throne. The rules were changed to allow a first-born daughter to rule. If they have a girl first, that is. The UK monarchy recently agreed that a first-born girl should be able to ascend the throne even if she has younger brothers. Still, pregnancy speculation or not, Middleton is certainly not displaying any bump just yet; Britain’s Best Dressed was slim and stylish as ever in Denmark. Congratulations … maybe!
