Tekashi69 Continues Snitching: Cardi B Is a Violent Gang Member!

If you’ve been keeping up with the increasingly bizarre saga of rapper Tekashi69 — real name, Daniel Hernandez — you know the face-tatted rapper will soon present a considerable challenge to the fine folks at the Witness Protection Program. It all started back in November, when Tekashi was arrested for a list of crimes that seemed likely to put him behiund bars for the rest of his natural life. Fortunately for Hernandez, he had a plan to escape that unpleasant fate — snitching. And while his hip hop career may have been a disappointment, Tekashi has since proven himself to be the Jay Z of naming names. All this week, Tekashi has been testifying in the trial of Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, who, like him, are alleged former memers of the Nine Trey Bloods. Hernandez says he met Mack, Ellison and other members of the Nine Treys on the set of his first music video. Apparently, he had the idea of making the clip for “Gummo” a gang-themed production, and within a few months, he was living the life himself as a full-fledged member of the gang. Or at least that’s what the Nine Treys told him. Over the course of his time with the gang, Hernandez shelled out more than $85,000 in protection money — but what he really needed protection from was his own security detail. Eventually, the Nine Treys kidnapped Tekashi, pistol-whipped him, and robbed him of jewelery worth more than $50,000. We guess it’s not surprising that he’s eager to squeal now that he’s facing life in prison as a result of his involvement with the gang. Tekashi has mentioned several other rappers during his time on the stand — identifying Jim Jones as a fellow Nine Trey and admitting to putting out a hit on rival Chief Keef. But no of his industry insider talk has garnered more attention than the claims he made yesterday abotu Cardi B. Tekashi claims that Cardi is also a Nine Trey, who — like him — used the gang as protection and enforcement early in her career.   “I knew who she was,” he said when prosecutors asked about Cardi’s alleged gang activity. “I didn’t pay attention.” Cardi has admitted in the past to involvement with the Bloods: “I used to pop off with my homies. And they’d say, ‘Yo, you really get it poppin’. You should come home. You should turn Blood,’” she told GQ last year. “And I did. Yes, I did. And something that — it’s not like, oh, you leave. You don’t leave.” But apparently, she draws the line at being lumped in with the ultra-violent Nine Treys. “You just said it yourself… Brin not 9 Trey,” Cardi tweeted on Thursday after catching wind of Tekashi’s allegations. “I never been 9 Trey or associated with them.” So his testimony against Cardi might not help Hernandez secure a lighter sentence — but he’s succeeded in making one more enemy on the outside.

Cardi B Had The Perfect Response To Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Testimony About Her Being Part Of His Old Gang

See the original post:

Source: WENN/Avalon / WENN At this point  Tekashi 6ix9ine  has more features during his testimony than those that have appeared on his actual records. The rapper, who is in the midst of day three of testimony in a trial against his former manager and more had outed  Jim Jones   and  Cardi B  as alleged members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. A rep for Atlantic Records says that Cardi is not a member of the gang. In testimony, 6ix9ine called Jones a “retired rapper” and said that he was a member of the Nine Treys. The court also heard a wiretapped audio recording of Jones saying that Tekashi wasn’t a Blood no more. “He’s not a gang member no more,” Jones allegedly can be heard saying. “He was never a gang member. They going to have to violate shorty because shorty is on some bulls**t.” He allegedly said of Cardi that he knew her but did not mimic her meteoric rise by having members of the gang join him in music videos. “I knew who she was. I didn’t pay attention,” 6ix9ine allegedly told the court. Well, Cardi, despite a  GQ profile where she admitted she had joined the Bloods as a teenager, had the perfect response on social media in regards to all the hoopla. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Iamcardib (@iamcardib) on Sep 19, 2019 at 2:30pm PDT Keke Palmer’s now meme-worthy interview with Vanity Far says it all. So, she might be gang but she ain’t 6ix9ine’s gang whatsoever. Q: Who is Jim Jones? #6ix9ine : He's a retired rapper. Q: Is he a member of Nine Trey? A: Yes. — Inner City Press (@innercitypress) September 19, 2019 Prosecutors play phone call between Nine Trey godfather Mel Murda and rapper Jim Jones. Tekashi says Jones is in Nine Trey. Jones: “He not a gang member no more. He was never a gang member. While on the stand Wednesday (September 18) he detailed his kidnapping at the hands of his former gang affiliates, the Nine Trey Bloods. The “FEFE” crafter claimed he was taken captive by the same crew he alleged he supplied with money in exchange for protection. While holding back tears, Tekashi says he had to hand over his jeweler which included a $95,000 My Little Pony chain as ransom. In great detail and his best according to Apple Care voice, he broke down the entire kidnapping to the court. 6ix9ine said he was returning home from a music video shoot before the vehicle he got in was rear-ended by another driver. Per Page Six : The face-tattooed rapper — who is testifying against reputed Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods associates Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack — fought back tears in Manhattan federal court describing how he was allegedly kidnapped on July 22, 2018, in Brooklyn by the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods — then stripped of the pricey jewelry. His pilfered cartoon-inspired pendant was made of 27 carats’ worth of VVS diamonds and featured a mane of hair taken from Tekashi’s own head.  TMZ reported  he paid $45,000 for the piece itself plus $50,000 for the chain. “Assuming it was someone drunk, [my driver] Jorge gets out of the car,” he told the court. “I am looking at the rear-view mirror and I see a guy running up to the passenger side.” Tekashi said the armed man, whom he identified as “Sha,” confronted him with Ellison and told him to “give me everything.” “Bro, I put money in your pocket, I did right by you. I was tired of being extorted,” the rapper said he pleaded to Ellison. With an ultimatum to get into their car or be shot, Tekashi said he was ushered into the vehicle, where Ellison jumped into the driver’s seat, he said. “I’m thinking to myself, should I run out of the car? But know I can’t outrun a bullet,” he told the court. He was then taken out of the car and thrown to the ground, where Shaw pummeled him in the face, he claimed. Then, while Ellison recorded with his phone, the “Fefe” singer was forced to renounce his membership in the Bloods. “Harv made me say, three times, ‘I’m not Billy,’” said Tekashi, referring to slang for Blood loyalists. But the gangbangers weren’t satisfied — they then asked what he was willing to pay to save his own life. “If you don’t kill me … I’ll give you 100 grand, the bank opens in the morning,” he says he told Ellison, who is on trial for the kidnapping and other gang crimes. He said the pair ultimately agreed to let Tekashi go if he handed over six figures in jewelry — including a “6ix9ine” chain, Rolex President and the “My Little Pony” piece that he had stashed inside his daughter’s pink Mickey Mouse Pampers bag. This sounds like something straight out of television show. This latest revelation follows his blockbuster first day on the stand where snitched on EVERYONE even throwing Trippie Red and Casanova’s name into the mix. Hate It Or Love It?! Ja Rule Announces He’ll Be Making A Music Video For Every Song He’s Ever Released

Source: Dia Dipasupil / Getty Ja Rule To Re-Release Entire Discography With New Music Videos If you have any business to settle with Ja Rule , you might wanna get to him as soon as possible, because his next musical undertaking is probably gonna keep him busy for a loooooong time. Ja Rule recently announced his very ambitious plan to re-release his entire discography as visual album, making music videos for every single song he’s ever released–beside the tracks that already have their own visuals. I will be rereleasing ALL of my albums as visual albums… I will be making a video for every song I’ve ever made… what songs do y’all wanna see videos for??? — Ja Rule (@jarule) September 16, 2019 This news was tucked into a series of tweets on Monday, including one that saw Ja responding to a fan and explaining why now was the time to tap into the nostalgia for his old music instead of releasing some new heat. “Music is timeless,” he told this particular fan, later adding that his new album 12.Twelve.XII would be out this December. Music is timeless… my new album 12.Twelve.XII comes out dec. 12th… https://t.co/JQka4zgeqI — Ja Rule (@jarule) September 16, 2019 Of course, this announcement–just like all of his tweets–received a lot of replies from people wondering why he’s making a bunch of music videos instead of issuing refunds to Fyre Festival attendees–which, of course, Ja ignored. He took the time to respond to a lot of fans asking questions about why he’s embarking on this huge undertaking, including those who decided to assume Ja wanting to capitalize off old music must mean he’s running out of money. As the rapper pointed out, shooting dozens of music videos is anything but cheap, and all of this is coming out of his own pockets. How does broke and me about to shoot over 40 videos OUT OF MY POCKET equate??? Lol https://t.co/3QtlaIpiSZ — Ja Rule (@jarule) September 16, 2019 He goes on to say that even though he’s not planning on re-making any videos that are already out there, there is one song he might consider creating a brand new visual for: “Daddy’s Little Baby.” That’s the only one I may do a new one for… https://t.co/HD75FupPTk — Ja Rule (@jarule) September 16, 2019 Making and releasing all of these music videos is definitely going to take a while, but in the meantime, you can catch Ja Rule on Growing Up Hip Hop: New York.

Project Beauty Expo Is the Conference Every Brown Beauty Needs

Follow this link:

Source: Project Beauty Expo / Courtesy of Brittany Brown Beauties, are you ready to take your beauty routine up a notch? Well, get excited because Project Beauty Expo is coming! Founded by esthetician, creator and owner of Moneé Cosmetics and fellow Brown beauty, Brittany Brown , Project Beauty Expo (PBE) is a one of a kind experience that every Black woman can enjoy. The annual “part conference, part experiential inspirational wonderland” is an opportunity for women of color to celebrate and connect with indie brand founders, network with content creators, hear from beauty enthusiasts and learn about everything there is to know about natural beauty, wellness and healthy living. “In the billion-dollar beauty industry, there is no platform that provides women with the tools to prepare themselves to enter this market while also giving them an opportunity to be discovered,” Brown explained. “With the platform provided by Project Beauty Expo, emerging or existing beauty brand owners have the opportunity to learn how to better operate their business as well as showcase their brand to the mass market.” As Brown stated, PBE was ultimately created in an effort to increase the number of multicultural women in the beauty industry by providing a support group for those interested in growing in this space. Source: Project Beauty Expo / Courtesy of Brittany Brown Not only is PBE a place where women of color can connect and build, it also aims to provide education from industry experts and buyers such as Sephora, Target, Ulta, Shopify and more that are dedicated to sharing insights on how to ultimately grow your indie beauty brand. What started as small event in Washington, D.C in 2016 has grown to over 40 participating brands and 300+ attendees, and only aims to get bigger. This year, the expo is taking over the West Coast (LA to be exact) starting on September 14 th and is set to be unlike any other beauty conference you’ve ever seen before. “[This] is a very exciting year for PBE,” Brown told us. “Not only have we migrated our community across the country but we’ve also expanded our event to 2 days. We added a full of workshops and to equip our exhibitors and other interested beauty professionals with the resources and information needed to grow their beauty business.” What sets PBE apart from your traditional beauty conference is that it’s a space specifically designed for Black and Brown beauty curators looking to take their careers to the next level. While larger beauty conferences might overlook this talented group of women, PBE was created for and by Black women and is designed to make sure people of color aren’t forgotten in the beauty world. Source: Project Beauty Expo / Courtesy of Brittany Brown In the short amount of time that PBE has been in existence, it’s grown to not only showcase indie beauty brands but also offer opportunities for Black and Brown women, beauty bloggers, natural beauty fanatics and enthusiasts to connect, collaborate, and share. The goal of #PBE2019, according to Brown is to “equip founders with knowledge through carefully curated workshops and create an experience for consumers and beauty entrepreneurs to come together to support the next generation of beauty disruptors that lack visibility within the industry.” Take it from the experts, this is one beauty event you don’t want to miss! Shailene Woodley Pussy Dance of the Day

Shailene Woodley is still saving the oceans…one pussy dance at a time.. This is some weirdness weirding me out. A dance video featuring all of her bikini clad friends, set to some song that I guess is a trendy song…but that I’ve never heard before cuz I am old. I assume that this is her TIKTOK as that is the new platform that matters on social media and it is th new platform for talent to rise to the top and end up on YOUTUBE making 100 million dollars a year… Just a weirdly shot boat video – doing her activism of Plastics in the Ocean, despite the real enemy in the Plastics war is big business, not the public deciding to not use single use plastic…that’ll show them….since ocean pollution is made up of 1% single use plastic and 99% plastics from other industries….know your enemy people. But I get it – don’t buy anything with plastic, and convince everyone you know to do the same, and the world will still produce as much plastic, and put that plastic in everything, cuz the individual will always lose to big business. NOT TO MENTION…America is a big polluter and all, but there are many other countries producing their own pollution and basically we need to accept the world is going to implode – one plastic straw at a time. All this to say, Shailene Woodley and her friends direct some pretty awkward and uncomfortable music videos. JOIN THE NEWSLETTER YOU ASSHOLES!
