CNN Panel Taken Aback After Bakari Sellers Calls Rep. Tulsi Gabbard A Russian “Puppet”

Source: Neilson Barnard / Getty Bakari Sellers made an explosive charge regarding one of the presidential candidates ahead of tonight’s Democratic Party debate showing. The former South Carolina politician said that Rep. Tulsi Gabbard is a puppet of the Russian government. During Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s New Day morning program, Sellers sat on a panel consisting of White House correspondent April D. Ryan and political commentator Angela Rye to discuss tonight’s Ohio debate. Towards the end of the segment, Sellers aimed sharp words towards Gabbard not unlike he’s done in times past via Twitter. “There is a chance that Tulsi is not just working for the United States of America, but I digress,” Sellers said, causing Ryan to react with shock. He added, “I firmly believe that Tulsi Gabbard stands on that stage as the antithesis to what the other 11 individuals stand for, especially when it comes to issues such as foreign policy. “There is no question that Tulsi Gabbard, of all the 12, is a puppet for the Russian government.” Watch the CNN exchange below. — Photo: Getty

Skechers Trolls Nike After Infringement Lawsuit Filing

Source: Victor VIRGILE / Getty The two most unlikely footwear companies to be beefing are now in a heated legal war. Nike is alleging Skechers is copying their popular releases. As spotted on  High Snobiety the California based brand is being accused of lifting Nike’s designs from the Nike Air VaporMax and the Nike Air Max 270. So much so that the sportswear giant filed an infringement lawsuit earlier this month alleging “Skechers’ business strategy includes copying its competitors’ designs to gain market share.” Last week Skechers took out an advertisement in the  Los Angeles Times addressing the claims stating the claims are baseless. “As you may have heard, Nike filed a lawsuit against Skechers in Los Angeles alleging that those shoes infringe certain Nike patents. Please note that the lawsuit has been filed just recently and merely contains Nike’s unproven allegations. Skechers plans on defending the lawsuit vigorously and in response will deny that any of the listed styles infringe any of Nike’ patent. pic.twitter.com/RiA08BaboQ — SKECHERS USA (@SKECHERSUSA) October 14, 2019 This is not the first time Nike accused Skechers of style thievery. In 2016 they asked a judge to remove several Skechers releases from retail stores that they felt copied their patents. In what has to be considered elite corporate trolling, Skechers dropped on an advertising poking fun at Zion Williamson’s sneakers falling apart while on the court back in February. Skechers' entire model is based on “copying its competitors' designs,” per new Nike lawsuit. https://t.co/8YPdqP1Hro pic.twitter.com/qOYizN4p7Z — The Fashion Law (@TheFashionLaw) October 3, 2019 Photo:

Spraying the Skies: 1975 U.S. Patent for Powder Contrail Generation

Posted in this story is a very interesting PDF available for download here for a 1975 U.S. Patent issued to Donald K. Werle, Romas Kasparas, Sidney Katz, assigned through the U.S. Navy, that describes a dispersion method for a “powder contrail.” As other researchers have also pointed out, the Powder Contrail Generation patent document could be a useful clue into the true agenda and purpose of the “chemtrail” phenomenon, which is clearly tied to almost a century of man-made weather manipulation. Already, it is admitted that the government has experimented with geo-engineering, which is says would help reflect heat and combat phony global warming / climate change. It also references 5 other patents that deal with aviation fuel dispersants that go back to the 1920s. It further references the “chaff” application, as to create a radar jamming reflective screen, and other potential applications, including the use of numerous other powder formulas. • March 1, 1927 Patent #1619183 by Bradner and Olgesby for the Process of Producing Smoke Clouds from Moving Aircraft • June 30, 1936 Patent# 2045865 by Glen H. Morey and assigned by Phillips Petroleum for Skywriting Apparatus • April 8, 1952 Patent# 2591988 by Oswin B. Willcox and assigned to “Pont DU” (a.k.a. DuPont?) for Process for producing improved tio2 titanium pigments •See Also: April 8, 1969 Patent# 3437502 by Alfred J. Werner and assigned to “Pont DU” for TITANIUM DIOXIDE PIGMENT COATED WITH SILICA AND ALUMINA • September 29, 1970 Patent# 3531310 by Neil C. Goodspeed, Russell R. May Jr. and Joseph Ross assigned to PPG Industries for PRODUCTION OF IMPROVED METAL OXIDE PIGMENT • February 1924 Patent# R15771 by Savage • March 1966 Patent# 1022621 in United Kingdom FULL STORY and LIST OF RELATED PATENTS HERE: http://www.infowars.com/spraying-the-skies-1975-u-s-patent-for-powder-contrail-g… added by: im1mjrpain

Fast Track Program for Green Tech Patents Gets Snubbed

Photo via Steve Snodgrass Back in December we learned that green tech companies were receiving a fast track through the US patent process in order to boost innovation among start-ups and innovators. The first 3,000 applicants would sail through the process in just 12 months, as opposed to 40 months. We asked if zipping through the patent process would really move green tech forward. Turns out, it doesn’t. The fast track program is already off course for filling up the 3… Read the full story on TreeHugger

Watch Alison Brie Talk About the ‘Angry Pirate’ and Other Ridiculous Sex Acts

The summer of Mad Men rolls on! In the latest video from Funny or Die, Alison Brie, her Mad Men co-star Rich Sommer and Mrs. Landingham from West Wing — OK, fine, Kathryn Joosten — help bring to life a world where the U.S. Patents Office copyrights 57 sex acts per year. Naturally Brie — the self-described ” Queen of Copulation ” — plays a young lady who has found time to perfect a vast array of them with her husband while still finding time to come up with some of her own. Like “The Military-Style Execution” and “Bad Dog,” two sex acts which are way more disgusting than you’re even imagining right now. If you always wanted to hear Brie say “plastic penis,” here’s your chance. Barely NSFW video after the jump.
