Fox has released the first poster for The X Factor Season 3. And it looks like Simon Cowell better take cover. The fun image features this show’s creator surrounded by his three female colleagues, with Demi Lovato playfully choking Simon around the neck and new judges Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio making their presence felt over his shoulder. “Simon thinks he’s in charge,” the poster reads. “He’d better think again.” Will you tune in for The X Factor Season 3?   Of course, can’t wait! Kree Harrison: So Happy for Candice Glover!

They say second place in the first loser. But just try telling that to Kree Harrison. On the heels of Candice Glover taking home the American Idol Season 12 title, Harrison didn’t sound remotely disappointed when chatting with Access Hollywood. “I’m happy for her. I love her like a sister and I’m so freaking proud of her,” Kree said. “It’s a sisterhood further than friends forever could really understand because we’ve gone through this experience together. Not many people could understand it.” Of course, plenty of Idol finalists who did not win went on to enjoy very successful career. Take Jennifer Hudson, Daughty and Adam Lambert as just a few examples. Did Harrison see her second place finish coming? “I really had no idea because we are two totally completely different artists, so I didn’t know,” she said. “But I’m so freaking proud of her. Kelly Rowland to Judge The X Factor Season 3?

Kelly Rowland will likely be coming to a television set near you this fall. The former Destiny’s Child member is reportedly near to signing with The X Factor as a Season 3 judge. If the contract goes through, she will join Demi Lovato and Simon Cowell on the upcoming panel. According to Entertainment Weekly , the show is still be looking to add a fourth judge and Latin singer/actress Paulina Rubio is among the favorites. Hoy En Mi Gente News: Mexican Pop Singer Paulina Rubio Sued For Beating The Brakes Off Of Her Sissy Male Assistant!!!

Por dios mane! Paulina Rubio Sued For Attacking Her Male Personal Assistant Paulina Rubio beat the living crap out of her personal assistant … who happens to be a guy … all because the singer had to sit in COACH on a flight to Mexico … this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The alleged victim is Felipe Betancur — who claims he worked for Rubio from August until just a few days ago … when Paulina allegedly FLIPPED OUT at a Miami airport. According to Felipe’s lawsuit, filed in federal court in Florida, Rubio missed her plane from Miami to Mexico last weekend … and put Felipe in charge of getting her on the next flight out. Felipe claims there were no 1st Class seats remaining on the next flight … and when he told Paulina she would have to sit in coach, she got really pissed off … and took it out on him. In his suit, Felipe claims Paulina got incredibly violent toward him once they boarded the plane … unleashing a flurry of punches, kicks and even slaps. He claims she also pelted him with various objects. Felipe claims he suffered serious injuries from her attack — including abrasions and contusions on his shins and arms. He also claims he suffered emotional damage. Felipe says he quit his job as soon as they returned to Miami … and now wants Paulina to fork over more than $250k to make things right. It’s not the first time Paulina has been accused of having a short temper — she was arrested last year after allegedly getting into a screaming match with police in Florida. Sounds like Paulina needs to come up off of some gwap…and mind her temper.

She looks like one of those strippers who has a theme to her dance. I love those girls, they take their craft so seriously. Not like Mercedes who always looks like she mailing it in. Either way she’s with some Euro lookin’ dude who must be gay cuz he looks way too fucking excited to be dancing with Mischa Barton…he’s the kind of guy who goes nuts over anyone he has seen on TV on any level…from seeing the local news anchor in Starbucks to meeting the host of an appliance warehouse sale commercial when buying a dryer to the getting off on a dude he original saw in a mug shot for some gay brothel bust…because glitz and glam is something he likes to attach himself to….even if the glitz and glam smells and looks like death…especially when paparazzi are there to make him feel important… Pics via Fame
