Judge Threatens To Issue Warrant For The Game’s Arrest In $7 Mill Sex Abuse Case (Exclusive Details)

The Game On The Hook For $7.1 Million Judgment In Grope Case The judge isn’t playing when it comes to forcing The Game to pay up on a $7.1 million judgment for sexually assaulting his reality show co-star. A fed up judge Tuesday held The Game in contempt of court and ordered a bench warrant if he doesn’t cough up his financial docs to “She’s Got Game” contestant Priscilla Rainey by Oct. 5, BOSSIP has learned. Rainey won a $7.13 million judgment against The Game after suing him for assaulting her during an after hours date while they filmed the reality show. We exclusively revealed that Rainey has been trying for months to get The Game’s financial records so that she can begin collecting her multi million dollar judgment. But she’s complained that The Game not only ignored her requests, but resorted to hiding his assets in a bid to get out of paying up. The judge apparently had enough after the West Coast rapper failed to turn up to another court hearing, and issued the demand. The judge wants the U.S. Marshals to arrest The Game and hold him until he sends Rainey the financial paperwork. The Game has not responded as of Oct. 3. He is due back in court next week.

Get Help: Joy Harden Bradford Founded Therapy For Black Girls To Help Our Women’s Mental Health

Image via Getty Therapy For Black Girls Founded To Support Mental Health In Our Community Joy Harden Bradford wants to help Black women and girls have the very best mental health care available. Her Atlanta-based organization, Therapy For Black Girls, has set out to make that possible. According to her interview with HuffPost Bradford says that her path to becoming a therapist came naturally as she has always been the shoulder that her friends cry on. She also stated that she wanted Black women to feel comfortable and not intimidated by the gravitas of a “doctor”. Joy also credits another outstanding group of Black women for inspiring her company: Therapy for Black Girls started when I watched the BET Awards Show called “Black Girls Rock.” The energy in the room ― even when watching it on TV ― is amazing. After, I thought, “How could I create something that had that sort of energy, but related to mental health?” The name came to me, and I jumped on GoDaddy and bought the domain, and it’s sort of taken off from there. Therapy for Black Girls has allowed me to connect to the things I love the most: black women, mental health, and pop culture. It’s become a perfect mix of all the things I love. Joy also wants Black women to find more pragmatic approaches to wellness outside of thumping the bible and screaming “hallelujah” at church: Also, because of the strong ties around spirituality and religion in this culture, there’s been some pushback. There’s this idea that you can just “pray it away,” or that mental illness means you don’t have a strong enough relationship with God. Of course we know that’s not true, but you have to be sensitive to that fact that people are coming in with these kinds of beliefs. So you can’t just say, “Oh no, that’s stupid.” You have to really work with them and help them understand that both things can be true, and how they can make some changes in their lives. Between Facebook and Instagram the message about Therapy for Black Girls is reaching 32,000 people with access to 715 therapists across the country. This thing is for real and the work being done to strengthen our community is even realer.

Keep It A Stack…2000 Of Them: Lee Daniels Tastes Humble Pie And Vows To Pay Dame Dash His Money

Image via Kevin Tachman/Getty Images/Eugene Gologursky/WireImage Lee Daniels Agrees To Pay Dame Dash The Money He Owes Earlier this week we all believed we were in a time machine when footage hit the net of Dame Dash putting a full court press on producer Lee Daniels. Lee has owed Dame upwards of $2 million for well over a decade now and Dame wants his guap. Today, Lee appeared on TMZ Live to make a public admission of guilt and a vow to repay Damon every red cent. We respect the fact that Dame didn’t want to drag Lee back to court and make another Black man look bad, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do to make sure people respect you. Glad this ended civilly AND we got some great jokes out of it.

Exclusive: DMX’s Lawyer Begs For Mercy Ahead Of $1.7 Million Tax Fraud Sentencing

DMX Rapper To Be Sentenced In Tax Evasion Case This Week DMX’s lawyer has begged for mercy from the judge as the rapper prepares to be sentenced in his $1.7 million tax fraud case, BOSSIP has learned. DMX’s lawyer Murray Richman wrote a letter to the court – which was obtained by BOSSIP – where he spelled out a ton of alternatives to prison time, like monitored restitution and even a stint in former NBA star Jayson Williams’ rehab center. Richman also cited X’s terrible childhood as the main reason why he couldn’t keep his nose clean, and said that the rapper didn’t really have a grasp on what taxes were. “We discussed his perception of taxes and he said ‘I grew up on welfare,” Richman’s letter says. “‘In my neighborhood on the first of the month, the mailman was robbed (because that’s when the checks came in). What do I know about taxes?’” The feds said DMX knowingly withheld paying taxes for years , and owes some $1.7 million to Uncle Sam. The rapper has been locked up since January after repeatedly failing sobriety tests, according to court papers. Federal prosecutors have asked the judge to make an example out of X and throw him in prison for five years. Instead of prison time, Richman suggested “trusteeship” as one possible choice as part of DMX’s sentencing, and said from now on, the government could garnish his future contracts into an escrow fund that would allow him to pay his back taxes, support his children and “to insure that he is paid by unscrupulous people as what has emerged as a definitive pattern of at best mismanagement and at worst larceny,” Richman wrote the judge. Exclusive: Stevie J Facing Prison After Violating $1.3 Million Federal Child Support Deal

Benefiting the Red for Hope Foundation Featuring: Stevie J, Joseline Hernandez Where: Woodland Hills, California, United States When: 13 Sep 2015 Credit: La Niece/WENN.com Reality Star Accused Of Violating Plea Deal Terms In Federal Child Support Case “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta’s” Stevie J is facing major prison time after violating the terms of his plea deal in his multi-million dollar federal child support case, BOSSIP can reveal. The former Bad Boy producer appeared in Manhattan Federal Court Monday, where an angry Judge Paul Crotty admonished him for not making regular restitution payments for the $1.3 million in back child support that he owes, and for failing drug screenings. The judge threatened to make good on his threats to throw “Sleazy” Stevie in the bing – something that federal prosecutors wanted from day one. Last year, Stevie pled guilty to one count of failure to pay child support – a misdemeanor – and under the terms of his plea deal, he agreed to three years of probation and to pay back $1,304,835 in support the government contended he owed. But the judge hauled him back in court Monday after he learned that Stevie had all but stopped making payments to settle the seven figure debt. The feds also accused him of failing drug screens that were a condition of the deal. Stevie was arraigned on charges of violating the plea deal, and pled not guilty. However the judge wasn’t buying it, and told the father of five to be ready for a possible stint in federal lockup when he surrenders to to law enforcement next month. The feds had previously asked for Stevie’s sentence to include six months in prison, but Judge Crotty ruled that it would best for Stevie not to go behind bars, so he can make money for the restitution and be there for his children. But now, prison time is back on the table. It’s not clear if this case will impact his other child support case against former lover and co-star Joseline Hernandez, which is scheduled to go to trial next month. We’ve asked Jordan’s lawyer for comment.

BOSSIP Exclusive: Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson Claims He’s Too Broke To Pay Bills In Foreclosure Suit

Homeowners Association Suing To Foreclose Ex-Athlete’s Home Ex-NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson said he’s struggling to keep up on his bills and cannot afford the $2,600 owed to his homeowners association over his Miami home. Johnson filed a letter to the court Sept. 9 in response to the foreclosure lawsuit from the Coconut Cay Homeowner’s Association, but he says he plans to pay the debt off next month in hopes he can save the pad from being foreclosed. Coconut Cay Homeowners Association sued Johnson last month , and wants to foreclose on his Miami home because he stopped paying the association fees. The former NFL star purchased the 3,410 sq. ft. six-bedroom, four-bathroom home for $265,000 back in 2012. The association explained Johnson purchased the home knowing he had to pay the monthly and quarterly association fees and other costs. Despite numerous invoices and demands for payment, they accuse him of failing to pay his assessments from September 1st, 2015 until now. The association slapped him with a lien back in June. The lien states he owes a grand total of $2,643.20 in fees, interest and attorney fees. Now, they have filed suit demanding that Johnson be ordered to pay the $2,643 in unpaid fees and if he doesn’t do it quick they want his home taken from him ASAP. Then on September 9th, Chad filed a letter to the court in the case explaining he is struggling financially but has every plan to pay the association the money owed. He said, ”I apologize for the delinquency in paying the monthly HOA fees on the property. I am currently dealing with financial hardships that made it very difficult to pay in the past few months.” Chad continued, “I expect that I should be able to (pay) the current amount of $2,242.36 no later than October 1st. He then asked who he should make the check payable to and where to send it. Neither the association nor the judge have responded to Chad’s letter in the case. Chad is currently selling his other Florida home in Davie, Florida for $2 million dollars. He narrowly avoided having that property foreclosed on, when he settled debt with the homeowners association at the last minute. The scheduled auction was cancelled only days before it was set to go live.
