As previously reported Baddie Bey and Jay Z were spotted arriving to 1Oak NYC dressed as Prince Akeem and Queen Aoleon from “Coming To America”… also on hand was apparently Blue Ivy who made for an adorable Imani Izzi from the 1988 film. None of those efforts are anything like the one featured above, however. It features Vine user Caleb Natale and his friend Quentin Johnston, both of whom are just sitting at the kitchen table and using everyday items to recreate the pop-heavy synths of Swift's latest single. “I eat BAD BLOOD for breakfast w/ Quentin Johnston, ” Caleb wrote as a caption to the six-second clip. Recently, Nicki Minaj revealed to fans via Twitter that she was shooting a new video however, intended on keeping the title of the song top secret. TMZ reports that model Toyin Koyejo was hired as the leading man for the video, however was removed from that position after he took to Twitter to give details on the video shoot and announce the name of the song; “Super Bass”. After Toyin revealed information on the new video via Twitter, a member of the crew angrily approached him and informed him that he had violated his confidentiality agreement by tweeting the information, and was almost fired on the spot! However, TMZ stated that after he apologized multiple times, he was removed from his role as the leading man in the video and placed in a background spot. Yikes! I don’t know if by stealing all of Madonna’s old video ideas for her Not Myself Tonight video, Christina Aguilera is paying homage to the pop icon or if she’s just completely ripping her off, I’m not an expert when it comes to these kinds of things.
