Not So Fast: YouTube Co-Founder Sued By Kimmy Cakes And Yeezus Says They Never Told Him He Could Not Film Proposal

Kim and Kanye may have some explaining to do. YouTube Co-Founder Fires Back At Kim And Kanye Kim is probably saying, “don’t look at me, it was all Kanye’s idea.” According to TMZ: The billionaire who co-founded YouTube is refusing to back down from Kim Kardashian and Kanye West — firing back at the couple after they sued him for posting video of their engagement online. We broke the story … K&K filed a lawsuit against Chad Hurley, claiming he violated the confidentiality agreement he signed at AT&T Park in San Fran back in October … when he posted the footage on his video-sharing website. But now, Chad has filed legal docs of his own … claiming NO ONE ever told him he wasn’t allowed to shoot or distribute the footage. Chad says … after the proposal, someone did approach him with a waiver and told him it was a release so they could use his image in a TV special .. and he signed the doc without reading it. He also posed for a pic with the signed form, at the request of K&K’s peeps. But still, Chad says he shouldn’t be legally bound by the waiver because he was misled into signing it and he got no compensation in return for signing away his rights. Chad is asking the judge to throw out the case — and force Kim and Kanye to pay for his legal fees. Clearly, Chad can afford it … he’s just trying to send a giant F-you back to the happy couple. Chad has to learn to read everything he signs—he is a billionaire. WENN

Athletes And Hoes: Ex-Baller Stephon Marbury Says He’s Done Makin It Rain On His Former Sidepiece To Keep Her Mouth Shut

The high price of being a dirty-dog Stephon Marbury Refusing To Pay Former Mistress Additional Hush Money One day these athletes will learn that letting a gold-diggin’ groupie bust it open in the bedroom while you’re married hardly ever ends well. But until then, stories like this one will continue to play out and these ballers will continue to pay up….or not… via TMZ Ex-NBA star Stephon Marbury is refusing to pay another cent in hush money to a former mistress — who worked as his private chef back in 2006 — claiming his ex-lover isn’t entitled to any cash … because she blabbed their little secret to the world. You’ll recall, the mistress — a woman named Thurayyah Mitchell — filed court docs back in October, trying to force Marbury to make good on the $300,000 he allegedly owed her as part of their confidentiality agreement. Mitchell claimed Marbury — who’s married with kids — agreed to pay her $900,000 in exchange for her silence regarding the 2006 affair, but stopped making payments in 2010 … after only coughing up $600,000. The arbitrator ruled in Mitchell’s favor, ordering Marbury to pay her an additional $330,000 — but now, he’s refusing to pay that sum. Marbury has just filed legal docs of his own, insisting Mitchell gave up her right to that money by publicly filing court docs that detailed her affair with the basketball player. Poor thang. Getting pimped out by your p-poppin side-piece is never a good look.

Reality Steve: Sued By The Bachelor!

In an interesting piece of TV news, The Bachelor is suing Stephen Carbone, a.k.a. Reality Steve, claiming $75,000 in damages, according to reports . NZK Productions and Alternative Television, Inc. take issue with his tactics of “soliciting information from participants, cast, crew and/or other employees” by “inducing them to breach their confidentiality obligations.” Steve has been posting lots of The Bachelor , Bachelorette and Bachelor Pad spoilers for years, and surprisingly detailed, mostly accurate ones at that. The wild ending of Jason Mesnick’s season of The Bachelor, when he dumped winner Melissa Rycroft for Molly Malaney after the show aired, was Steve’s first big scoop . It’s unclear who the mole is – Steve is just some dude from Texas who posts this stuff in long-winded rants on his personal site – but producers claim he’s liable for damages because those who participate sign confidentiality agreements. Several of his tactics are highlighted, like this one email: “Let me just say, I’m very well aware of your contract,” Carbone allegedly wrote an unnamed source. “I also know that over 500 contestants have been on this show and not one of them has ever been sued for the $5 million.” “It’s just a scare tactic. Trust me. Just like they had no idea you sent me that last email, they’ll have no idea about any correspondence either.” “I know you’re scared and a little paranoid, but don’t be. Unless they are hacking your email or tapping your phone, there’s absolutely no way for them to find out.” The suit also highlighted this email to a former contestant: “I’m aware you were eliminated at the SF rose ceremony, so I probably actually know more about what’s happened since you left than you do, however … I do have some blanks that need to be filled in during the early episodes.” “I’m aware of your contract, but no one would know of our conversing.” The producers claim to have sent cease-and-desist letters to Carbone earlier this year. Now they’re arguing his actions “constitute unfair and illegal business acts” and are “unscrupulous, immoral, unethical, oppressive and injurious.” Carbone did not respond to an email from EW . The Bachelor returns January 2, with Ben Flajnik in the starring role. Steve has yet to spoil who wins this coming spring. Elin Nordegren Woods: The Cost of Silence

They say silence is golden. In this case, think Fort Knox golden. We reported yesterday evening that the Tiger Woods divorce is final, or nearly final, and that his estranged wife Elin could receive a $750 million settlement. Today, additional sources say that while nothing has been officially filed, lawyers for both sides are close to reaching an agreement for “about $700 million.” That mammoth sum, which entails Elin Woods keep all details of Tiger’s life and cheating scandal confidential, has grown as negotiations have progressed. Elin has balked at the confidentiality clause, and thus driven up the price, not because she has a strong desire to tell all, but because it’s a bargaining chip. Smart woman. HARD BARGAIN : Elin Woods sure is driving one . While Tiges really does not want his wife to give any interviews or write a book about their life together, child custody has also been a contentious issue . “Elin does not want Tiger to have female friends around when he has the children,” a source tells People magazine. “She will not give in to anything less.” As far as who gets the kids when, Tiger has asked for one weekend a month, but with frequent golf travel, some flexibility may be required from both. Instead of taking one weekend a month, he could have Sam and Charlie for a long stretch, then not again for a few months, dependent on his schedule. For her part, Elin is tired of the media scrutiny and wants to relocate to Sweden , where she hails from and eventually wants the children to be educated. She has an estate in the Stockholm archipelago complete with a beach, dock, sauna and four separate houses, near family and longtime school friends. If Tiger agrees to that, she will also likely keep a second home in Jupiter, Fla., convenient to Woods’s nearly completed $80 million Jupiter Island estate.
