Nelly & Monique Greene In Legal Battle Over Alleged Rape Nelly’s rape accuser is hitting back at the rapper’s claims that she littered her court filings with salacious, irrelevant details and pics in order to sway the court and public opinion. The “Hot in Here” rapper asked a judge to strike portions of Monique Greene’s complaint, arguing they were purposely malicious, unproven, and had nothing to do with the case except to ruin Nelly’s rep. Greene sued Nelly last year after she said his handlers lured her to the rapper’s tour bus, where he raped her. Nelly has countersued her, alleging she made false statements to law enforcement in order to get him arrested. Lawyers for Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes, argued that elements from Greene’s complaint – including allegations from two unnamed women who said Nelly sexually assaulted them, photos of the two women with Nelly, and another photo of Nelly in handcuffs – weren’t hard facts, and were designed to inflame the public about the alleged rape. TMZ But Greene’s lawyer filed paperwork Wednesday said Nelly’s motion didn’t have a shot in hell because the allegations, photos and other evidence in her complaint – no matter now unpleasant – actually describe what happened. Greene also said that she included the other women’s testimony to illustrate Nelly’s alleged pattern of sexual abuse. Greene’s lawyer Karen Kohler said police in the U.K. are investigating one of the woman’s claims, while the other woman is a sergeant in the U.S. Army. Greene wants the judge to bar Nelly ( and specifically, his penis ) from abusing any other women – and not money – which contradict’s Nelly’s assertion that Greene’s lawsuit was a “money grab,” Greene’s court papers state. “Given the scheme and pattern of conduct and the multiple instances of wrongful conduct against female members of the public who attend his concerts as described in the complaint, an injunction is a viable remedy,” Greene’s court papers, obtained by BOSSIP, state. “It is also no worse in terms of being humiliating to Defendant Nelly – than a jury finding him liable for committing the sexual assaults detailed in the complaint and assessing money damages.” Greene’s lawyer said Nelly and his legal team have played dirty from the get go, launching a campaign of intimidation and threats against Greene that began the day after the alleged rape and in the middle of the criminal investigation, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. We’re going on four months now since we first learned of Kylie Jenner’s pregnancy … And it sure has been rough. First we had to deal with the news itself, which was actually pretty shocking . Stories about multi-millionaire 20-year-old celebrities getting pregnant by men they’ve been with for a few months usually are. And then, after we got used to the idea of Kylie being pregnant — well, let’s be real, getting used to the idea was a whole additional step in this process. So hearing the news, absorbing it, all very tough and super weird. But after all that, we began to realize that Kylie wasn’t planning on publicly embracing the news . She wouldn’t be parading her baby bump around town like many celebs. As the weeks went on, it became clear that she probably wouldn’t even publicly acknowledge the pregnancy. At all. Now that her rumored due date is approaching, we’re going to go ahead and assume that we won’t hear anything about any of it until after the baby is born. If we even hear about it at all, that is. And like, we know that this isn’t about us, but it’s still been kind of a bummer to have Kylie completely disappear from the public eye like this. When Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth got married back in May, fans of Joy’s famous family were full of questions. The biggest mystery surrounded the date of the nuptials. For some reason, Joy and Austin moved their wedding from October to May, and never offered an explanation as to why. Three months later, Joy-Anna announced her pregnancy, and everything started to make sense. Fans reasoned that Joy and Austin had violated the famous Duggar courtship rules by engaging in premarital sex. The rescheduled wedding was viewed as an attempt to conceal the fact that Joy had gotten pregnant before saying “I do.” The fact that Joy-Anna has all but disappeared from public view in recent weeks hasn’t helped her family’s efforts to convince Counting On viewers that she waited to have sex until after she was married. Joy and Austin were both absent from this year’s Duggar Thanksgiving photo , but it’s possible that they simply decided to join Austin’s family for the holiday. It’s a busy time of year, and not just because of the holidays. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding day will be here in 5 months, and it sounds like the Royal Family has its hands full. But apparently they’re also doing their best to convince the public that Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle totally like each other. And it’s not an easy task. Meghan Markle is engaged to Prince Harry and living her best life. For months and months, their relationship — growing ever closer — was the subject of basically 90% of all conversations about the British Royal Family. The remaining topics were usually about Princess Diana’s memory, about something random, or speculation about Kate Middleton. But Duchess Kate is pregnant, folks. That made some serious headlines. She’s due in April, and a royal baby would normally be the talk of the town. Except that this is Kate’s third child. This isn’t going to bring the public jubilation that Prince George did, because excitement over babies comes with diminishing returns. And look, here comes Meghan Markle — shiny and new and stealing Kate’s spotlight. And, thus, the rumors of a feud between Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle . Whether Kate actually resents her or not, the fact that Kate won’t be in Meghan and Harry’s wedding party is raising some eyebrows (even if it’s probably just a matter of protocol). And it’s not difficult to imagine Kate feeling jealous of this new, younger woman. Meghan Markle is a divorced, biracial, American actress who’s waltzed past barriers to marry Harry. We can’t know Kate’s innermost thoughts, of course. But even the mere rumor of a dislike between the women who will soon be family doesn’t look great for the royals. You get some snaps of the two of them chatting or maybe laughing with each other and people are like “oh, they’re getting along! It takes two to tango, and their source says that: “Kate isn’t rushing to get the shot.” Now … that could be unrelated towards her feelings regarding Meghan Markle. Kate’s a mother and she’s not only pregnant, but has some majorly rough morning sickness. (It’s so severe that she had to be rushed to the hospital, which was was what tipped us off a couple of weeks before the pregnancy announcement) So when Kate’s feeling well enough to get all dolled up and go outside and be photographed, we imagine that she wants to spend that on official appearances, not on making it look like she doesn’t despise her future sister-in-law. That’s fair, right? Either way, though, RadarOnline says that Kensington Palace is planning to photograph Kate and Meghan together over the holidays at Sandringham church. When people aren’t sure of the friendliness between two women who are drawn close by circumstances, it’s often assumed that the women are feuding. Whether they’re actresses on a set or two women who become indirect family, if two women aren’t joined at the hip, people seem eager to assume that they hate each other. Some of that may be misogyny. Nipsey Hussle made a formal, public announcement recently that he was ending his relationship of several years with actress Lauren London and now he puts her up on his IG account, suggesting he want’s to pipe her down. The confused rapper sparked reactions from folks across the internet after making his public statement, including Masika Kalysha, who he clapped back at. This poses the question: why make a statement proclaiming your relationship is over and then do this??? Nipsey writes “Pull out or naw” under a photo he posted of London. This shot is from a video Nipsey dropped right after he swept his baby mama to the side. Is this flattering? Willow Smith Isn’t Exactly Glad She Was Born With Famous Parents The Smith family seems to be made up of a clan that’s used to monopolizing on their spotlight. With the huge celebrity of parents Will and Jada, one might assume that their kiddies Willow and Jaden enjoy their time in the public eye, seeing as they are both currently pursuing careers in music, acting, and other entertainment avenues. But just because the famous youngins are embracing their celebrity now, doesn’t mean they they have always been fond of the fact that they never got a “normal” childhood. In an interview with Girlgaze Zine , Willow Smith talks very openly about how her experience having to grow up in the public eye was, “excruciatingly terrible.” The star told the mag, “Growing up and trying to figure out your life…while people feel like they have some sort of entitlement to know what’s going on, is absolutely, excruciatingly terrible. And the only way to get over it, is to go into it.” She also mentions not being able to change your face or your parents, so the only way to get over that hurdle is to put yourself all the way into the mix. Willow then added, “I feel like most kids like me end up going down a spiral of depression, and the world is sitting there looking at them through their phones; laughing and making jokes and making memes at the crippling effect that this lifestyle has on the psyche.” Commenting on how the best way to deal with those times is to just completely immerse yourself into the entertainment industry yourself, it seems like Willow has mastered just that.
