Email Submit KIRO 7 News reports, Crew members “became concerned” about his behavior almost immediately and about a half hour after takeoff, the pilot decided to land in Portland because he was afraid Smyser would rush the cockpit. Passengers helped keep Smyser in his seat by physically blocking him until officers arrived and took him into custody. Email Submit A couple weeks ago a video of Smith being pepper sprayed went viral after she was trying to support some prisoners inside a Brooklyn detention center. They had been living for 9 days without hot water, heat and warm meals during one of the coldest days of the year. It hurt her just to see them live this way and on her social media pages people wrote that because they’re locked up they deserve what they get. She mentioned that most of these men are awaiting trail and deserve basic human rights like the rest of us. Smith even spoke about how some said the only reason she was helping those prisoners was because her husband, Mendeecees Harris is in there. Speaking of her husband, who is currently serving time for drug distribution, she misses him like crazy. Email Submit A developer is now suing Kimmy Cakes over her popular Kimoji app. David Liebensohn is claiming that he helped Kim initially build the application, but was then cut out of the profits. He is suing the soon-to-be mom of four for $100 million, citing breach of contact and fraud. The developer claims that Kim agreed to cut their company in for a hefty 60 percent of Kimoji back in 2014. He then goes on to say that he was left off of the trademark paperwork for the sake of expedience, but it was supposedly understood that the product was a joint venture. Liebensohn goes on to claim that Kim backed out of their deal in August of 2014, supposedly because one of Liebensohn’s partners shared her personal information. He also adds that Kim supposedly attempted to get him to back away from this lawsuit via a team of lawyers, but he’s still doing everything in his power to get that nine-figure settlement. Kim has kept the Kimoji money coming in strong with different ventures, including her incredibly popular Kimoji Hearts fragrance line, which alone netted the star $10 million. Email Submit This project was supposed to follow-up his 1971 album “What’s Going On.” Reports state that Gaye and Motown executive, Berry Gordy clashed over his political views. In 1972 Gaye released “Trouble Man” and then “Let’s Get It On,” the following year. Gaye was able to release four more albums before he was fatally killed in 1984.
