John Travolta is finally firing back at Fabian Zanzi, the one-time cruise ship worker who accused the Hollywood legend of sexually assaulting him in 2009. Travolta filed legal documents yesterday claiming the employee is lying. Fabian Zanzi claims Travolta exposed himself during a neck massage aboard a Royal Caribbean cruise, then offered to pay him $12,000 to keep it quiet. Zanzi detailed his salacious allegations in a lawsuit back in June. Travolta’s attorney, Marty Singer, responded to the claim, admitting John was on the cruise but denying all the allegations of misconduct against him. Singer notes that Zanzi filed a report with Royal Caribbean over the alleged incident when it happened, but failed to mention any of the sexual details. Travolta, who was also accused of similar actions by two male masseurs this spring, wants the lawsuit dismissed and for Zanzi to pay his legal fees. Fabian Zanzi, the cruise ship employee who claims John Travolta exposed himself to him during a massage in 2009, is suing the actor for assault. Zanzi is suing for unspecified damages , TMZ reports. Travolta, who was a passenger on the ship, ordered food and asked that Fabian Zanzi personally deliver it to his Royal Caribbean room, the accuser says. When Zanzi came in, Travolta allegedly asked for a neck massage, then when Zanzi asked for his neck, John exposed his erect penis instead. He then forcefully embraced him, Fabian said. Zanzi resisted. Fabian, who did not initially claim sexual assault , claims that Travolta offered him $12,000 to not say anything, and that the cruise ship management “refused to allow him to write out any details regarding nudity or sexual contact” with the star. Two masseurs also came forward with lawsuits this spring, claiming the Hollywood legend assaulted them sexually; both suits have since been dropped. Robert Randolph and Doug Gotterba have separately alleged gay trysts with Travolta. Matthew Fox was arrested for DUI near his home in Oregon. Photos of Jenelle Evans nude “leaked” online. Most likely thanks to Jenelle. Before and after her boob job, of course. Gotta spread the good news. Amber Portwood was jailed for lying to get out of a drug test. Class. Just three singers remain on American Idol this season. Only four remain on Dancing With the Stars , as well. Vidal Sassoon died at the age of 84. The Avengers Trailer (Official) The Avengers posted the biggest opening weekend of all time. Ever. Kanye West wants to marry Kim Kardashian … in rap lyrics at least. Casper Smart , J. Lo’s man, is reportedly ALL about the singer. Britney Spears will join The X Factor for a record $15 million. Looks like Octomom’s adult film career is off to a flying start. Jaclyn Swedberg might have a leg up on her though. Chris Brown – Theraflu (Freestyle Remix) Is Chris Brown’s “Theraflu” remix (above) a slap at ex-girlfriend Rihanna? Are Rihanna’s Twitpics getting wilder and indicating she may be crashing? Time Magazine’s breastfeeding cover raised both eyebrows and debate. Kate Middleton’s “racy” dress during an evening event turned heads. Contrary to reports, Suge Knight was not arrested for murdering Tupac . Aubrey O’Day is not a slut, swears Aubrey O’Day . Justin Bieber – Boyfriend (Live on The Voice) Justin Bieber performed “Boyfriend” live on the finale of The Voice (above). Jermaine Paul was the Season 2 winner of the NBC singing competition. Sharon Simmons is trying out for the Cowboys’ cheerleaders at age 55. Kelly Thomas’ death has led to criminal charges for two police officers. George Zimmerman pleaded not guilty in the murder of Trayvon Martin. The Harvard baseball team rocked out to “Call Me Maybe” … Harvard Baseball Team – Call Me Maybe What was the highlight of the week for you? Did we leave anything out?

Octomom to Tanning Mom: You Suck!

Octomom just heard about the New Jersey woman giving her a run for Mother of the Year, Patricia Krentcil, and boy oh boy, is she incredulous! Nadya Suleman admits that while she is always inclined to give parents the benefit of the doubt … the now-infamous Tanning Mom needs help . If not mental help, then some serious parenting classes. From one amazing parent to another … Octomom says she doesn’t feel Patricia Krentcil should lose her kid, even though she was recently arrested for taking her little girl tanning . She does feel, however, that Child Protective Services should step in to give Krentcil some tips on child-rearing. Hard to argue with that. It’s kind of like the pot calling the kettle bronze here. No, Octo hasn’t been arrested at any point, but she’s messing up 13 more kids than Patty. In any case, when a woman who’s been visited by CPS herself, filed for bankruptcy and started an adult film career ( Octomom’s porn video debut is slated for later this year) decides to call you out on your mothering skills … never a good sign.

Chris Hemsworth may be a key part of the biggest movie on the planet , but his wife truly gave him a reason to celebrate yesterday in London: she gave birth to a baby girl! Multiple sources confirm that Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky welcomed their first child together yesterday afternoon, a daughter named India. Said Pataky in January, not long after going public with the announcement of her pregnancy: “Having the person that you love by your side, and starting a family with them, is the best thing that can happen to you in this life. Kate Gosselin Cruise Canceled Due to Low Sales

Royal Caribbean’s Kate Gosselin-hosted celebrity cruise has been canceled because of poor turnout and low ticket sales, according to reports. The mother of eight was supposed to set sail from August 12-19 at a rate of $1,900-$3,175 per ticket. Astonishingly, there weren’t many takers. All cruise-goers have been fully refunded for the nixed event. Said a spokesman for the company of the Kate Gosselin cruise : “Yes, that event has been canceled. We just didn’t get the turnout that we desired and mutually we agreed that if we didn’t get it, we would cancel.” “All ticket purchasers have been notified and been refunded. Some have chosen to continue on the cruise, but everyone was given the choice.” The reality star was apparently very apologetic at least. “Kate asked for everybody’s names, addresses and phone numbers and reached out to each one personally,” the spokeswoman added. “It was nothing to do with Kate Gosselin … we needed to hit certain numbers to make it work and they just weren’t where they needed to be.” It’s unclear how many tickets were actually purchased.

There is a Kate Gosselin cruise. Yes, a cruise featuring Kate Gosselin herself. This summer. Offered by Royal Caribbean, which is like a major cruise line. On August 12-19, if you are so inclined, you can set sail with Kate on a ship for between $1,900 and $3,175. A small price to pay for a brush with … wait. The trip starts in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., moving on to Jamaica, Cozumel, etc. Kate will be available for Q&A sessions, photo ops, crafts and cocktail parties! Better vacation: This or a week in Pyongyang? The hilarious thing is that Kate Gosselin , for all her good qualities (there must be some, we’re thinking) is basically famous for yelling, being a grating harpy, insisting on having things her way, seeking attention and emasculating her then-husband. Just want you want to be around … on VACATION. Are people actually interested in things like this? Is it actually a selling point to go on a celebrity cruise? Or one with Kate Gosselin for that matter? Seriously, tell us. And if the answer is yes, just spend August working instead. Some nice overtime pay has to be better than Mai Tais with the TLC banshee.
