Kim Kardashian wants to pose for Playboy or “some nude shoot” ASAP. That’s what she says (or said, whilst still pregnant) in a promo for upcoming episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, regarding her big post-baby plans. “As soon as I pop this thing out,” she declares, “I want to do Playboy.” Kim Kardashian welcomed baby North West in mid-June, but the family business/reality show lags behind by a few months, so she could’ve changed her mind. If she is serious, it would be somewhat surprising, even for her. Why? She posed for Playboy in 2007 – around the time of the Kim Kardashian sex tape – but was upset, or so she says, when the mag re-ran the shots in 2010. Despite her alleged objections, Hugh Hefner’s publication re-used the photos again online, and added some previously unreleased ones for good measure. “I’m sorry I did Playboy. I was uncomfortable ,” Kim confided to Harper’s Bazaar in a 2010 interview, but her mom told her to go for it … big surprise. “They might never ask you again,” Kim recalled Kris Jenner saying back then. “Our show isn’t even on the air yet. No one knows who you are.” That was a time some people long for. On the flip side, Kim said in 2011 that posing naked was “an independence thing for me … I felt like this was one decision that only I could make.” “I think it looks great. I’ll have those pictures forever.” A bit contradictory and inconsistent, and unclear as to what’s scripted and what’s real … but that’s Kim Kardashian for you. They will portray Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, respectively. Charlie Hunnam, Dakota Johnson to Star in Fifty Shades of Grey Johnson, the daughter of actors Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith, is a 23-year old former model who appeared in The Social Network and the Fox sitcom Ben and Kate . She reportedly beat out such major names for the role as Emma Watson and Shailene Woodley. David Fincher can’t help but direct. The Social Network and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo helmsman does what he does best and bosses around a couple of guys from Blur Studio in this Kickstarter campaign video for an animated adaptation of Eric Powell’s very cool comic-book series The Goon . Fincher, who’s teamed up with Powell, Goon publisher Dark Horse Entertainment and Blur directors, Tim Miller and Jeff Fowler, joins those last two men in the clip to attempt to raise $400,000 so that they can produce a finished first reel of the film. And he’s not about to leave the driving to them. After Miller and Fowler begin their appeal, Fincher bigfoots the two guys and decides that a series of niche spots are the way to go. He then proceeds to sell Powell’s world of zombies, vampires, fish-men and giant squid to Little Orphan Annie fans, liberals (“Put a caring man back in the White House”), conservatives (“Put the right man in the White House”) and arch conservatives (“Put a white man back in the White House”) as well as fans of hip hop, R-rated movies and movie trailers. Okay, so the humor is pretty lame, but the footage included in the Kickstarter clip (via FirstShowing.net ) is beautifully bad-ass and features voice work by Clancy Brown as the Goon and Paul Giamatti as Franky’s swashbuckling pupil-less friend Franky. (Now do you get the Little Orphan Annie reference? ) The airborne car scene with Franky spraying machine-gun fire from the hood of a sweet convertible muscle car is dreamy.
