Bethenny Frankel has endured so much in recent years, but she is coping and is even dating businessman and movie guru Paul Bernon . Halloween is a time for everyone to let loose, and that’s exactly what Bethenny did as a stunning Victoria’s Secret Angel. Unfortunately, she was targeted by trolls who said that she’s “too old” to dress that way. Awful . First and foremost, Bethenny Frankel looks gorgeous. And yes, there are plenty more photos where this one came from, and you can see them all in this post. Her Victoria’s Secret Angel costume combines both the dress-up aspect of Halloween and the ever-important “but make it sexy” goal. Unfortunately, some people took aim at Bethenny’s age of 47 years. Apparently they feel that living your best life on Halloween by wearing whatever you like is exclusively for younger people. Ageist little beasts — sorry, body-shaming internet trolls flooded Bethenny’s comments with negativity. “Little old for trashy costumes,” accused one inescusable hater. “You have a great figure,” began another. “But maybe something a bit more age appropriate?” That is so stupid, but it gets so much worse. The next commenter really crosses a line. “Considering your recent loss,” one vile moron writes. “I am questioning why you would think this costume is in good taste????” That person is trying to use the tragic death of Dennis Shields to body-shame Bethenny into wearing a nun’s habit. All of that ageist body-shaming is despicable. Fortunately, Bethenny wasn’t taking the hate lying down. First, she addressed those who accused her of copying the Kardashians’ lingerie look . “For those haters,” Bethenny writes. “I suppose that monetizing reality TV is not the only good idea that the Kardashians and I have shared simultaneously.” Then she took aim at the people who think that women over 35 should cover up. Bethenny put those trolls on blast: “For those who bash theirs or my body, go hate somewhere else.” (By “theirs,” she meant Tinsley Mortimer, Dorinda Medley, and Sonja Morgan — all of whom looked stunning) “We are mothers and daughters,” Bethenny reminds the monsters on social media. “And I chose those very polarizing ruffle boy shorts thus opting to not show my vagina this Halloween,” she explains ina  tongue-in-cheek manner. “I’m in my late 40s,” Bethenny affirms. “This is my God given body with no receipts attached (a breast lift 12 years ago notwithstanding) to it.” She continues: “Perhaps next year I will go pantyless & await more constructive comments.” “To the rest of you,” she concludes. “I had the best Halloween ever, trick or treating with my peanut then dancing w my ladies. XO.” Honestly, Bethenny Frankel is a gift and the world does not deserve her. Speaking of The Real Housewives of New York City stars being shamed over their Halloween costumes, there’s some good news. Remember how Luann faced backlash for darkening her skin for her costume in 2017? The issue was never that she dressed as Diana Ross — the issue, which was brought up by Megyn Kelly with disastrous results — was that she was essentially wearing blackface. Well, Luann and Sonja were twinning hard as a pair of sexy nurses this Halloween. No blackface involved. Every other day of the year, the two of them dress as sexy socialites, so we’re sure that this was a fun break.
