Now that it has, sources close to Kelly say the R&B legend is getting ready to “sue everybody who had anything do with this,” according to TMZ. According to TMZ , sources close to Diddy allege that Cassie and trainer Alex Fine began coupled up canoodling BEFORE the breakup. Here’s how it supposedly happened: Diddy’s trainer Jamal Liggin hired Alex Fine to his company because he had gotten too busy to train all of his clients. Diddy is said to have personally chosen Alex to be Cassie’s trainer for the last year. Despite the fact that Cassie has reportedly said that Diddy’s timeline is off, folks close to the situation say there is definite overlap. It’s said that Diddy’s gears are ground because he essentially paid another man to steal his lady. Jessica Fingers, a 21-year-old woman, was found dead over the weekend in a Columbia University dorm room, according to The River Reporter . The local publication says she may have died from a drug overdose. She was reportedly found face up and unresponsive on the floor of a room in the college’s East Campus dormitory, in Manhattan, on Sunday morning. Fingers had been on a leave of absence from the school since last year. Dean of Student Affairs Kevin Shollenberger said in an email to students: “It is with deep sadness and regret that I write to inform you of the untimely loss of one of our students who has been on leave from Columbia but visiting campus at the time of her passing.” According to the Columbia Spectator , Fingers had been a runner on the university’s cross-country team before she took her leave of absence. She had reportedly been attending Columbia on a full scholarship. Jessica Fingers had taken the year of absence to “deal with blood clots.” Sources told the N.Y. Post that police do not suspect foul play in Fingers’ death, but it is believed that the young woman and her boyfriend “had been doing drugs.” The city medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of death. In an interview with the N.Y. Daily News , Fingers’ mother, Athena, said her daughter had been visiting New York frequently to visit her boyfriend. “I never liked him,” Athena Fingers said of her daughter’s romantic interest. “He influenced the decisions she made in the last few months. New information is starting to trickle in regarding the death of Shain Gandee . Found today inside a truck near Sissonville, West Virginia, authorities now confirm Shain was alongside his uncle and an unidentified female passenger. Sissonville Because the 1984 Bronco is buried in a mud, law enforcement officials are still working on removing the bodies – but they confirm that Gandee may have passed away from carbon monoxide poisoning . The corpses were discovered by a passing ATV occupant, while the location of the truck is so remote that cell phone reception is blocked all around it. Hence why no one in the party could be reached in the hours leading up to their passing. If the exhaust pipe was covered in mud while the vehicle was running, sources close to the investigation say accidental carbon monoxide poisoning likely played a role in this tragedy. But no official word yet from the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office.
