There will be performers at each stop, however West is not slated to hit the stage. “I don’t do anything without Kanye’s blessing,” Yusuf said in a statement to Pitchfork , confirming West signed off on the tour . “The producer will sponsor it and serve as the emcee,” Pitchfork wrote. “The 15-city tour will feature performances of the album’s songs by local artists at each stop. Performers will be picked by a yet-to-be-detailed voting process. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles and will wrap up in New York. Brooke Mueller Back in Rehab After Relapse

A week after Charlie Sheen’s troubled ex-wife said she was happy to put “this chapter of her life behind her,” Brooke Mueller is back in rehab once again. TMZ reported and her camp confirmed to E! News that the mother of two has relapsed and is seeking treatment . She actually started a few weeks ago. Brooke Mueller, who was officially sentenced to probation last week for felony drug possession, is currently at an undisclosed, in-treatment facility. Interestingly, Sheen of all people played a role in her getting help. Brooke recently came to his L.A. home and seemed out of it, so much so that Charlie felt she needed to be checked out by an addiction specialist. She left before Charlie could convince her to be examined by a professional, but Brooke later decided to seek substance abuse treatment on her own. Brooke previously entered rehab earlier this year following her December cocaine arrest in Aspen, Colo., for which she was sentenced to probation. As part of her plea deal , she’s required to submit to random urine tests; a failed test could land her in jail. It’s unclear if she’s actually failed one, however. [Photo: WENN.com]

Those glass walls. They’ll get you every time. While many of his fans were injured in Norway , Justin Bieber himself is laughing off a minor concussion he suffered mid-concert in Paris. Biebs ran into a glass wall in between songs and felt a little disoriented. He finished the concert fine, then passed out briefly in his dressing room afterward. In typical fashion, he’s laughing it off. “i will see u again Glass. I will have my revenge. BIEBER vs GLASS. MGM LAS VEGAS 2013. lol. #GottaLaughAtYourself,” the 18-year-old tweeted. Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun similarly wrote: “jb is gonna be fine. things happen. he is a trooper. canadian hockey player. tough kid. no issue.” “now that he is ok i can say this… BIEBER and GLASS… they dont like eachother,” Scooter continued. “#ItHappenedAgain… but the fact that he still went and finished the last song, KILLED IT … That was impressive. #TrueProfessional” And actually pretty self-deprecating and funny no less. Floyd Mayweather Begins Jail Stint For Domestic Abuse

On Friday, boxing champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. begins a three-month jail sentence in Las Vegas, Nev., for his recent domestic violence conviction. The undefeated boxer’s legal and ring advisers weren’t immediately commenting about Mayweather’s scheduled Friday morning surrender in court. Mayweather’s conviction stems from a hair-pulling, arm-twisting attack on Josie Harris , the mother of three of his children, in September 2010. Mayweather, whose arrest wasn’t his last, pleaded guilty last December to reduced charges in the altercation with Josie Harris while their two sons watched. In January, Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa agreed to let Mayweather remain free long enough to fight Miguel Cotto on May 5 at the MGM Grand hotel. Mayweather won the bout. Harris’ lawyer isn’t commenting on Mayweather’s scheduled surrender . Harris and the children now live in Southern California. Hopefully the time in jail gives Floyd time to reflect, allowing him to return with a renewed sense of purpose and fresh excuses for not fighting Manny Pacquiao . [Photo: WENN.com]

Despite occasional criticism, protests and terrorist threats across Asia , Lady Gaga remains one of the world’s most popular celebs and the undisputed Queen of Twitter. With 25 million followers, she retains the top spot over Justin Bieber. The 22.5 million Beliebers have a ways to go if they want to catch up to the Little Monsters. The 26-year-old star reached the milestone last night. “#25milliontweetymonsters wow! I’m officially feeling like the luckiest girl in the world today,” she tweeted. “Last sold out show in Singapore in 2 hrs!” Bieber, 18, is not far behind Gaga, and his growth rate nearly matches hers. Months ago, the pop sensations were at 20 and 18 million followers, respectively. A whopping 20.4 million follow Katy Perry, Rihanna has around 19.5 million devotees and Britney Spears has 17.2 million, meaning pop stars own spots 1-5.
