So to get back in the spotlight, the Mother Monster headed to the part of the world that seems to be getting all of the attention these days – the Middle East! No, Gaga’s not collaborating with ISIS on her new music video, but she is continuing to outrage the Middle Eastern fans (and the rest of the world) with her awkward attempts at cultural appropriation: That’s Gaga wearing her idea of traditional Indian garb in the desert while on tour in the United Arab Emirates. We’d point out that UAE is about 1,600 miles from India, but we doubt Gaga cares. After all, this isn’t the first time she’s pissed off fans in that part of the world recently: Earlier this month, Gaga angered Arab fans when she uploaded a video in which she addressed the city of Tel Aviv using a traditional Jewish greeting. Prior to that, she pissed off humans in general when she draped her dog in jewelry and posted photos of it to Instagram. Some thought the pics constituted animal cruelty, while some of us are just getting bored with Gaga’s constant bids for attention. The billionaire businessman reportedly fired an employee who filed a sex assault case against a colleague after an incident during a business trip earlier this year. Via VG.com reports : Billionaire Wissam Al Mana, husband of famous popstar Janet Jackson, signed the letter of termination for Marte Dalelv (24) after she reported being r@ped in Dubai. The 6th of March this year Dalelv reported a colleague for r@pe while on a business trip in Dubai. Earlier this week, Dalelv was sentenced to 16 months in prison after being convicted for having extramarital sex, drinking alcohol without permission and giving false statement to the police. Ms. Dalelv received a letter from her employer Al Mana Interiors three weeks after she reported the rape, informing her that she was suspended from her position, effective immediately. The ninth of April she got a new shocking letter: Her contract was terminated due to «unacceptable and improper behavior». This time it was the company’s managing director, Mr. Wissam Al Mana, who himself signed the letter. Al Mana writes the following in the letter he personally signed: Dear Ms. Dalelv, Further to the suspension letter notified to you on 20th March 2013, we hereby inform you that you employment with Al Mana Interiors W.L.L. is terminated for misconduct and breach of your employment duties, effective immediately. As mentioned is the suspension letter dated 20th March 2013, your employment agreement is termination due to your unacceptable and improper behavior during your last business trip in Dubai, which has resulted in your arrest by the Police Authorities in UAE. The full and final settlement of any outstanding benefits can be discussed wih Mr. XXXX XXXXXX. At the same time, you are requested to hand in any company property given to you on account of company work. The present letter has been given in accordance with article 61 of the Qatar Labour Law no 14 of (2004), and a copy of which will be submitted to the Labour Department, for their records. I’m Ghida, 17 years old, from Lebanon, and I met Justin Bieber and Dan Kanter on May 5 th in Dubai . First of all, I had to chose between watching Justin live or traveling with my friends to Germany. As you can see, I ditched them, and flew to Dubai to see my idol. Tickets were on sale online, and the fan pit section was sold out. I got the premium tickets for May 4 th . Im sure you’re asking how did you meet him on May 5 th ? Virgin Radio Dubai had a big announcement 3 weeks before the concert: JUSTIN BIEBER HAS AN EXTRA SHOW. I wasn’t expecting this and it kinda made me sad, ‘cause I know my dad wouldn’t accept to buy me another ticket. My best friends know how much Justin means to me, so April 26 th , they left me an envelope on my bed. When I opened it, I saw a letter and a fan pit ticket for May 5 th . I started crying and crying like a baby. I couldn’t believe it, I’m seeing Justin twice. I was trying everything to meet Justin so I created an account on BieberFever. On Friday May 4 I didn’t get any email from BieberFever crew, so I still had one chance left to meet him and it was on May 5 th . Saturday came, I was too excited for the concert, and at 8 AM I checked my inbox and had received a message from the crew: Congratulations Ghida….! I started screaming/crying, I couldn’t believe it. IM MEETING JUSTIN BIEBER. I couldn’t tweet, my hands were shaking!! I was the happiest girl on earth. I never thought this would happen, but it did. On Sunday May 5, I went to the 7 th Stadium at 3h30, and while I was waiting in line for the gates to open, I got really dizzy. I started screaming and shouting, “SECURITY, PARAMEDICS NOW,” and they took me to the ambulance. I pretended I was okay to leave, even though I was still sick and left with my friend, to find out directions to the M&G. After we went inside, a surprise came to us in the M&G waiting room. It was Dan Kanter! He is the coolest guy on earth. Dan asked us if we were all from UAE? My friend and me we were like, “No, we’re from Lebanon.” We were talking about food, and I told him that Lebanese food is good. He was like, “Yeah I eat Lebanese food in Toronto.” After 10 to 15 min, Dan left and I took a selfie with him. Then it was time to meet Justin! I swear he is so gorgeous. His beautiful white baby skin. Omg. Wow. We approached him, and sadly I wasn’t the one beside him, so I stood outside the picture, but then Justin looked at me for a bit and as if he was telling me to step in, he will hug me too. We didn’t have time to talk, not even hi, or I love you, or anything. I just took a picture and then left. I’m really thankful that this happened though. After that, I went to the fan pit section and had the time of my life. I wasn’t feeling dizzy at all, as if Justin was a doctor or medicine or something. I used to stare at the M&G pictures wishing I can be that person beside Justin. Now I have a picture with my idol. I’m thankful. I’m not lucky, I’m blessed. Aye, my name is Eline, I’m 15 years old and this is my Bieber experience. In the beginning of last year’s summer I heard Justin would come to Holland and I was really excited. A few days later, we were all set with 2 computers and 3 laptops to buy tickets. The sales began at 9 AM and a few minutes later my mom started screaming because she had golden circle tickets. I couldn’t believe we would be so close to Justin and I almost started crying. Months passed by and I got even more excited each day. One day my mom picked me up from school and said she had to tell me something really important. I got kinda scared because I thought there was something wrong with one of my family members or something. Since my dad is a pop-photographer and works with bands all over the world, he has some connections with Universal here in Holland. My mom told me that one of my dad’s friends, who works at Universal, gave us better seats for the concert and I started screaming. She started laughing but said she wasn’t done yet. “You and Sophie (my sister) are gonna meet Justin.” Suddenly my world just stopped. I was speechless and started crying. “And Julia and Laura (my best friends) are too.” This was crazy. I just couldn’t believe it. I started crying like an idiot and couldn’t say a word. When I got home I started screaming and hugged my dad to thank him for making this all happen. He told me I had to thank Ferry (the guy who gave us the seats and m&g) so he made a little video of me thanking him and sent it to him. After that I grabbed my laptop and texted Laura that I had to tell her something on Tinychat. First we just started talking about some stuff but then I said I had to tell her something. I told her we were gonna meet Justin and she just ran away crying. After I told Laura the news I called Julia who couldn’t believe it either. Then the big day arrived. I woke up around 11 AM because my mom and little sister came into my room blasting and dancing to BAAB. I immediately jumped out of my bed and sang along. Later in the day we were waiting outside the building to get our wristbands. When we got them we could go inside. When it was about 19:40, we got told Justin was on his way so we were all excited. About 15 minutes later we heard some girls screaming and ran to the window. We saw Justin’s tour bus. We had to stand in one line so it would be easier to walk to the room where the pictures would be taken. My heart just stopped for a minute because we were backstage, practically behind the stage and we could see the whole audience. It was amazing. Julia got told to stand next to Justin, but one girl pushed here away and grabbed Justin by his waist and screamed “No I want to stand here!” When we were ready to take the picture Justin said “Hi” to us with his perfect cute voice and I saw he had a little mustache which made me die a little inside. He looked at me in the eyes and smiled. When the picture was taken I thanked Justin and he smiled at me again. Laura wished Justin good luck for his show that night and he winked and smiled at her. We walked to the beginning of the corridor and I saw the guy who gave us our wristbands and held my thumbs up at his face and jumped up and down because I was so excited. I waited for Sophie, Laura, Julia, and my mom. When we were ready to go we walked into the venue and looked for our seats. We still had to wait 35 minutes til Justin’s amazing show started but Tay James played some songs and we danced and sang along. When the countdown started my heart dropped and I was so nervous. Then it hit 00:00 and the best night of my life started. It was the best feeling in the world and I hope someday all of you can experience that feeling. Indeed, Scherzinger has officially signed on as a panelists for The X Factor UK , saying today in a statement: “I’m so excited to join the UK X Factor family.
