Elon Musk and Talulah Riley are getting a divorce … for the second time in two years. The duo divorced back in January 2012. Now it’s time for an encore. “It was an amazing four years. I will love you forever,” the entrepreneur Tweeted to his soon-to-be-ex then. “You will make someone very happy one day.” Eighteen months later, she found that special someone … apparently him, as Elon Musk and Talulah Riley, a British actress, the knot again in July 2013! The reconciliation was fairly short lived, however. didn’t last. Musk filed for divorce once more, in Los Angeles County Superior Court on New Year’s Eve. The couple said they were splitting amicably and that Musk agreed to give Riley $16 million in cash and other assets as part of their financial settlement. A divorce filing said that property would be split based on a prenuptial agreement; Riley reportedly received a modest $4.2 million in their first divorce. Musk made a fortune co-founding PayPal and has gone on to start SpaceX and Tesla Motors. Riley appeared in Pride & Prejudice, Inception and St. Trinians . The couple first got married back in 2010. They didn’t have any children, but Musk has five sons from his previous marriage to Justine Musk, from 2000-08. Musk and Riley were together for a year after they remarried, but they have lived apart the past five months. The two said that they will remain friends. Charles Manson, arguably the most famous mass murder currently serving time behind bars, has found a woman who wants to be his lawfully wedded wife. The serial killer, who is serving a life sentence for slaughtering Sharon Tate and six other victims, was granted a marriage license today, according to The Associated Press. The 80-year old is set to marry Afton Elaine Burton, a 26-year old who runs a Charles Manson fansite. Burton left her Midwestern home nine years ago to move to Corcoran, California, the site of the prison in which Manson is incarcerated. She has dedicated her life to proclaiming his innocence. “I love him,” Burton told The AP. “I’m with him. There’s all kinds of things.” Burton says the ceremony will take place next month behind prison walls. The can invite up to 10 free people, but are not permitted to have any conjugal visits. The marriage license does not indicate a wedding date, but says the pair has 90 days to get married or they will have to reapply. Manson became notorious in 1969 as the leader of a roving “family” of young murderers. Apollo Nida is nearing plea deal with the government just two months after his arrest for identity theft, bank fraud, and conspiracy charges, reports indicate. Will that be enough to keep The Real Housewives of Atlanta star out of jail? As is the case with fellow Bravo star Teresa Giudice, all of this remains unclear. Nida, Phaedra Parks’ husband and the guy Kenya Moore wants to bone ( watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta online for more on that), was arrested in January. On February 14, the court set a pre-trial date of March 25. Since that time, his attorneys “and counsel for the government have been engaged in discussions,” newly filed court documents obtained by Radar reveal. “They are still in the process of investigating additional facts and negotiating a resolution,” and “have made substantial progress toward a resolution.” Does that mean he’ll cop a plea and avoid the slammer? It’s not yet known, but the court agreed to yet another extension, up until April 25, in the hopes that Apollo Nida will be able to come to a deal with the government. The new extension ensures he will have “sufficient time to consult with his counsel, investigate all material, and continue said discussions with the government.” Think he’ll skate? Should he?
