Troubled, oft-nude Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans is lashing out at her mother again and threatening to take her a$$ to court to get custody of her son … seriously. As fans know, Barbara Evans has custody of Jenelle’s son Jace, 3. Over the weekend, during the latest Jenelle Evans nude pic scandal, said claims that Babs refused to communicate with her about a surgery the little boy had. She’s also fed up about her mom limiting her time with Jace. “I’m so upset with my mom,” the reality star wrote on her website . “Everyone always claims I don’t try hard enough with Jace … you’re wrong!” “I just called her this morning 8 times before she actually answered and she said that Jace had a surgery yesterday and I can’t spend time with him again until FRIDAY.” “Like what the f*ck?! He had a surgery and you couldn’t even tell me so if something went wrong during the surgery I wouldn’t be there?! Thanks a lot.” Jenelle, who is also enraged over her naked pic leak by James Duffy (or someone else, who the heck knows), says her mom won’t even return her calls. She also says at age 60, her mother’s health is failing and if her osteoporosis gets worse she worries that she might be too sick to take care of Jace. “Why can’t she just give custody back to me?!” Jenelle rails on her blog and then lists the reasons why she should have custody of her son again. “I go to school, work 3 jobs online at home, took volunteer parenting classes, completed 12 months probation and was sober for 8 months of that period.” “AND I took anger management classes. Also I’ve been seeing my psychiatrist regularly and taking my medication for my bi-polar disorder as prescribed.” “I don’t know…. I’m very furious but I guess I’ll have to wait until my expungement goes through for my criminal record and then I’ll fight for custody.” “As for now, this custody battle is a waiting game until I can file for a complaint against my mother and take her to court.” That courtroom battle should be one for the ages. Amanda Bynes was apparently involved in yet another car accident Monday night … no seriously, this is not a recycled story, it just keeps on happening. Bynes was driving a rental car in the San Fernando Valley when she was rear-ended; the driver claims Bynes made a “reckless maneuver” that caused it. Police showed up but no one was ticketed ; Amanda is currently driving a rental because her BMW is in the body shop. What are the odds of that? For those keeping score, in the last six months, she’s been accused of three hit-and-runs, plus this collision … AND Amanda was charged for DUI . Police also say she peaced out on them in March when they were writing her up for driving while talking on the phone. So that’s six traffic incidents. With rumors of his infidelity floating around the blogosphere, a friend told In Touch Weekly that “Kourtney resents Scott for his behavior. They fight about almost everything when ever the script calls for it they’re together.” Of course, Scott is the father of Mason Dash, so Kourtney is stuck with the “boyfriend from Hell” forever, as the same tabloid touts on its latest cover: According to this cover story, Scott Disick is a “serial cheater” and.. wait, Jake Pavelka is gay?!? Despite being referred to as “maternal” by Khloe Kardashian a few months ago, witnesses close to the couple report otherwise. “From what I’ve seen, Scott doesn’t really hold the baby,” a totally real source said. “When Kourtney has needed help, she has had to ask, and Scott appeared to give her crap about it. He acts like it is a huge hassle if he has to do anything like put down his phone to hold the baby.” Insiders also say Disick often refers to Kourtney as “fat” and is “not attracted to her because she’s fatter than she was when they were dating.” How will all this play out? Seriously, she and Ben Nemtin of The Buried Life are dating. “I’ve kind of been hanging out with Whitney when I am in New York,” he told Ryan Seacrest. Ben Nemtin is the new boyfriend of Whitney Port. Unless this is just a PR stunt for The Buried Life, which would totally not surprise us even a little bit. That said, cute couple! Asked him whether the two were dating, Ben responded that they had just met and once again added that they hung out whenever he was in New York. Sources say they are hanging out as more than friends, though, and Whitney Port certainly has been tweeting a lot about The Buried Life these days.
