We're talking about a parallel parking job the likes of which you must see to comprehend. And, to be honest, even then… you may not understand how this happened. An onlooker in Virginia turned his camera phone on just as the driver of a Mercedes-Benz tried to park in front of a Ferrari convertible. Tragically, the footage does not include the point of impact in this collision, but it does reveal the aftermath. How ON EARTH did the Mercedes end up ON TOP of the Ferrari? That's what the owner of the Ferrari would like to know. A crowd understandably gathered to gawk and film the car-crunching spectacle as the Mercedes’ passengers sat dumbfounded in their elevated car. Soon enough, the Ferrari owner emerged… and he was not very happy. “That’s a big, big, big problem,” one pedstrian says, as others identify the Ferrari as a 458 Speciale, which costs around $300,000. “Are you serious? Are you f-cking serious?” the Ferrari owner says as he surveys the damage. Perhaps noticing that kids are in the other car and clearly seeing the horde of people around him, however, he manages to respond in a far more restrained manner that we would have in his shoes. “That’s like the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen,” he finally says. Tracy Morgan, still recuperating from injuries suffered in a horrific car accident last month, has filed a lawsuit against Wal-Mart. The crash took place on June 7 and also took the life of Morgan’s good friend, Jimmy McNair, who was riding with the comedian and others in a limo on the way home from a show in Delaware. Wal-Mart driver Kevin Roper had allegedly been awake for over 24 hours when he lost control of his vehicle, leading to a six-car pile-up. 11 Uproarious Tracy Jordan Quotes 1. Tracy on intelligence: “You’re even dumber than I look!” The legal papers were filed in the U.S. District Court in New Jersey on behalf of Morgan, McNair’s widow and comedian Ardie Fuqua and Morgan’s assistant Jeffrey Millea (also injured in the crash). They state that “Wal-Mart was careless and negligent in the ownership and operation of its motor vehicle, which caused Mr. Morgan to suffer severe personal injuries.” The complaint continues: “As a direct and proximate result of said collision, Mr. Morgan was caused to sustain severe painful bodily injuries, including but not limited to multiple fractures which required multiple surgeries, extensive medical treatment and will require significant physical rehabilitation.” Tracy Morgan: On the Mend The suit alleges that “Wal-Mart knew, or should have known” that Roper – who was later charged for his role in the incident – was “awake for more than 24 consecutive hours” prior to the collision. Morgan is out of the hospital and in a rehab center, where sources say he’s showing “signs of improvement.” In an earlier statement, Wal-Mart said “we are deeply sorry that one of our trucks was involved,” adding, “We’re committed to doing the right thing for all involved.” UPDATE : Morgan is on his way home to complete his recovery.

Carl Pistorius, the brother of Oscar Pistorius, is ALSO charged with murder. Oscar’s older sibling faces 15 years in prison after allegedly killing a female biker in a fatal car crash; he’s been charged with culpable homicide. ENCA news, a South African TV channel, says the crash took place in 2010 and prosecutors say Pistorius’ reckless driving led to the death a motorcyclist. Carl’s lawyer recently told the station that Carl ” deeply regrets the accident ,” but was adamant his client was not drunk at the the time of the collision. “There is no doubt that [he] is innocent and the charge will be challenged in court,” the lawyer said, echoing the sentiments of Oscar Pistorius’ attorney. Carl’s trial was set to begin last Thursday – the same day Oscar was freed on bail after an explosive week of testimony – but it was postponed until next month. Oscar’s trial likely will not be for a couple of months. Even more incredibly, the lead detective in Oscar’s case, Hilton Botha , is also charged with murder. A South African Olympic sprinter who won global acclaim for his achievements as a double amputee, Oscar Pistorius is charged with murdering Reeva Steenkamp . He claims that he shot her by accident, believing she was an intruder; prosecutors allege he knew exactly what he was doing and that it was premeditated.

Amanda Bynes was apparently involved in yet another car accident Monday night … no seriously, this is not a recycled story, it just keeps on happening. Bynes was driving a rental car in the San Fernando Valley when she was rear-ended; the driver claims Bynes made a “reckless maneuver” that caused it. Police showed up but no one was ticketed ; Amanda is currently driving a rental because her BMW is in the body shop. What are the odds of that? For those keeping score, in the last six months, she’s been accused of three hit-and-runs, plus this collision … AND Amanda was charged for DUI . Police also say she peaced out on them in March when they were writing her up for driving while talking on the phone. So that’s six traffic incidents.
