Are you ready for a return to prison? The furlough is almost over on Netflix. Orange is the New Black will return for its fourth season on June 17, with all 13 episodes of the comedy dropping at once. Netflix style. In the first extended trailer for all the action and humor and drama to come, we see Piper saying how she's more afraid than she's ever been before. This likely has something to do with the fact that Litchfield is now a for-profit business, which means over 100 new inmates will be coming on board. As for Taystee? She appears to be Caputo's new secretary, though she's having some trouble on the job. The preview also gives us a look at the new, violent guards… along with Blair Brown as Judy King. She will be a full-time cast member in the role of a Martha Stewart-type of character who is stuck behind bars. Lolly will apparently have some business at the shed, while Alex will have a big secret she needs to tell Red. Why is Gloria hanging around a guard? Why is Suszanne in the infirmary? Is Sophia still in SHU? We have so many questions. And we can't wait to get the answers when Orange is the New Black Season 4 returns on Friday, June 17.
Ready to re-enter Litchfield Penitentiary? Netflix has come out with the first trailer for Orange is the New Black Season 2 , which will be released in its entirety on Friday, June 6. We open with Taylor Schilling’s Piper Chapman in solitary confinement, lamenting that prison is “starting to feel like home” and later warning a fellow inmate that she’s become a “vicious lone wolf.” We’re also introduced to Lorraine Toussaint as Yvonne “Vee” Parker, a former rival of Red’s who will clearly cause some problems. John Henson, a puppeteer and the son of legendary Muppets creator Jim Henson, died today of a sudden heart attack. He was 48 years old. The Jim Henson Company confirmed Henson’s death on its Facebook page Saturday via the following statement: It is with great sadness that we confirm that John Henson, son of Jim and Jane Henson and brother to Lisa, Cheryl, Brian and Heather, died at age 48 of a sudden massive heart attack on Friday, February 14, while at home with his daughter. John served as a shareholder and board member of The Jim Henson Company. He leaves two daughters, Katrina (15) and Sydney (10) and his wife Gyongyi. A private service is being planned. Along with serving as a board member/shareholder in the company responsible for The Muppets, Henson also performed as Sweetums the ogre in movies such as Muppet Treasure Island and The Muppets’ Wizard of Oz.
