Scott Disick really has a way with both women and words. On last Sunday’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami , Disick was critical of Kourtney Kardashian’s weight , telling his baby mama that her goal should be 93 pounds and that her body USED TO BE “bangin.” Real smooth, huh? In response, hundreds of fans called Disick out on Twitter, referring to him as a “pig” and saying Kourtney deserves better than such a “jackass.” Scott, in turn, apologized for his comments and begged forgiveness. Just kidding! He did the opposite. “Wow seems like when talking about weight a lot of issues come up. Never realized how upset people get when a person makes a comment about weight,” Disick wrote to nearly 3 million followers, concluding: “P.s anyone who has to much to say probably had to much to eat. #fatasses” Yup, that’s the Scott Disick we know… and Kourtney Kardashian loves. It remains unclear why.
The Jodi Arias trial isn’t even over, but Lifetime is already planning a film about it. Accused of murdering ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander by shooting him, stabbing him 29 times and slitting his throat, Arias has claimed self-defense. Filled with explosive testimony, it’s a case that has gripped the nation as Jodi Arias , 32, faces possible death by lethal injection if found guilty of first-degree murder. Not surprisingly, the network renowned for ripped from the headlines movies is planning to cash in on the trial, which is still underway in Arizona. Arias follows in the Lifetime footsteps of the Craigslist Killer, Casey Anthony , Drew Peterson, Clark Rockefeller and other celebrity crime figures. After Bret Michaels’ meltdown and Dee Snider’s exit , Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Apprentice All-Stars proved the most dramatic of the new season so far. Their task was to create a five-minute soap opera for Crystal Light, with La Toya Jackson and Stephen Baldwin becoming dueling project managers. Jackson clashed with Omarosa from the start, and tensions rose throughout the night, the point where MJ’s sister dealt a serious low blow, saying: “Omarosa is the most evil person I’ve ever met. She’s a no good, conniving scheming, cut-throat, probably pulled the cord on Michael Duncan Clarke.” Not at all called for, Toya. Or correct, for that matter. Jackson (and others) expressed their issues with Omarosa and how she was a distraction after finding out Duncan’s 911 tapes were being released. In any case, Baldwin’s team won the task, giving his charity the $50,000 prize … and Jackson surprisingly did not bring Omarosa back into the boardroom. It was Dennis Rodman and Brande Roderick on the chopping block with her, and since neither did anything wrong, La Toya was fired by The Donald. Was it the right call? Is there any doubt after this display?
Aubrey O’Day stole the show and Penn Jillette got the chop on Celebrity Apprentice last night, but at least various charities were the big winners all around. This week, the teams had to design an in-store display for The Donald’s new fragrance, named (obvi) “Success by Trump.” Yes. The Donald has a fragrance. Clay Aiken was project manager for Team Forte, and Aubrey for Team Unanimous. Aubrey and Arsenio Hall used the start of this task as a chance to bond. O’Day hopped on Arsenio to take pictures of New York’s skyline for their display. The mood shifted when Aubrey sent her team on mundane tasks, leaving her with total control, then called on Eric Trump to be a part of Unanimous’ display. In playing a young Donald Trump, Eric seemed flattered to have his modeling debut (hey, better than those hunting photos ) but he questioned Aubrey’s motives. She came through, though. Team Unanimous won the task, earning Aubrey a total of $50,000 for GLSEN, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network. Clay brought Penn and Dayana Mendoza back to the boardroom, where Penn’s slogan – “you earned it” – earned him a ticket on the next flight home. Did Donald make the right decision? Can Aubrey be stopped?
The eight remaining contestants on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice were assigned to build two original puppet characters for Jim Henson’s Creature Shop last night. The celebs had to perform with their creations at Henson’s “Stuffed and Unstrung” live improv puppet show for adults … but it was anything but kid-friendly. At least behind the scenes. Paul Teutul, Sr. volunteered as project manager for Team Unanimous and Lisa Lampanelli stepped forward for Team Forte. Meanwhile, the latest episode of drama between Lisa Lampanelli and Dayana Mendoza came when Lisa banned Miss Universe 2008 from the spotlight. Dayana has developed a thicker skin and started to call out Lisa’s mean, whiny behavior, but last night, she just couldn’t take it after Lisa lashed out. Clay Aiken suggested that Lisa is constantly intimidated by Dayana’s beauty. Probably more or less true … but in any case, they somehow won the task! Paul decided to take Aubrey O’Day and Teresa Giuidice to the boardroom, but the girls put up a fight and ultimately, he was no match and got tossed. Good decision? Bad call? Do you even know who Paul is? Discuss.
