Zuma/SplashNews.com Tamar Braxton Reveals Childhood Abuse To Wendy Williams Tamar Braxton has revealed a very sensitive and personal tragic secret she’s been holding on to for most of her life. While sitting with Wendy Williams for an interview on Wednesday, Tamar delved into some of the topics that she and her sisters faced while chatting with Iyanla Van Zant for an upcoming episode of “Fix My Life.” According to TMZ , Wendy pressed to get to the root of the issue as to why Tamar reportedly stormed off set while shooting the therapeutic exercise with her sisters. While it remains unclear if the memories of her childhood trauma caused her to leave or if she left the session early for another reason, Tamar was comfortable enough to share her secret with Wendy. She blurted out that she had been molested as a child, by family members on both her mother’s and father’s sides of the family. SMH. Anwan Glover, Former Wire Star, Stabbed in Nightclub Attack

Anwan Glover, an actor best known for his role as Slim Charles on The Wire, was stabbed during a nightclub brawl in Washington D.C. early yesterday morning. Anwan Glover: Stabbed! According to The Washington Post, Glover was on the second floor of Cafe Asia when he was punched by a fellow patron. The actor then turned to face this stranger, only to be hit on the back of the head by another individual, causing him to slip on the floor. Glover told authorities that he was kicked multiple times and heard someone shout, “He has a knife!” He then felt a sharp pain in his right side. The 37-year-old actor was taken to George Washington University Hospital and treated for laceration on his torso. It remains unclear what started the fight and/or why these men attacked Glover. Anwar’s rep released a short statement following the incident, saying his client appreciates everyone’s concerns and they they are “helping him get through this.” Glover also appeared in 12 Years a Slave and has participated in anti-violence campaigns away from the camera. His brother died in a 2007 shooting and Glover was reportedly shot 13 times as a child in the Washington’s Columbia Heights area.

Elliot Rodger, Santa Barbara Shooting Suspect, Releases Disturbing Retribution Video

In a rampage police are describing as “premeditated mass murder,” seven people were killed last night when a young man opened fire from a slow-moving vehicle in Isla Vista near the University of California-Santa Barbara. Seven others are being treated for injuries at a local hospital. Among those dead is the suspected shooter, a 22-year old named Elliot Rodger. According to Santa Barbara County sheriff’s office spokeswoman Kelly Hoover, authorities have “obtained and [are] currently analyzing written and video evidence” from Rodger that suggests this horror had been planned as an act of revenge. The video in question is titled “Retribution” and it was posted by Rodger hours before his alleged actions. The clip describes Rodger’s anger over girls not finding him attractive and how he plans to make everyone pay. It’s frightening, disturbing stuff: Elliot Rodger Retribution Video Rodger is the son of Peter Rodger, the second unit director of the The Hunger Games . He died at the scene of a gunshot to the head, although it remains unclear whether or not the wound was self-inflicted.

Dressed for the occasion, Kate Middleton attended a St. Patrick’s Day parade at the Aldershot Barracks in England Sunday, honoring the 1st Battalion Irish Guards. The fashionable mom-to-be, who attended with hubby Prince William, (sham) rocked a green Emilia Wickstead dress coat, a black hat and Emmy black pumps. Despite previous reports that Kate is expecting a girl , she was seen chatting with soldiers and dishing on which gender she and Prince William were hoping for. “I asked her ‘do you know if it’s a girl or boy’, and she said ‘not yet’,” one soldier said, according to reports. “She said ‘I’d like to have a boy and William would like a girl’.” “Seems like that’s always the way , right?” We don’t know, but that’s cute if so. Scott Disick to Kourtney Kardashian Weight Critics: Fat Asses!

Scott Disick really has a way with both women and words. On last Sunday’s episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami , Disick was critical of Kourtney Kardashian’s weight , telling his baby mama that her goal should be 93 pounds and that her body USED TO BE “bangin.” Real smooth, huh? In response, hundreds of fans called Disick out on Twitter, referring to him as a “pig” and saying Kourtney deserves better than such a “jackass.” Scott, in turn, apologized for his comments and begged forgiveness. Just kidding! He did the opposite. “Wow seems like when talking about weight a lot of issues come up. Never realized how upset people get when a person makes a comment about weight,” Disick wrote to nearly 3 million followers, concluding: “P.s anyone who has to much to say probably had to much to eat. #fatasses” Yup, that’s the Scott Disick we know… and Kourtney Kardashian loves. It remains unclear why.

As Kim Kardashian made very clear over the weekend, she’s afraid that her butt sometimes looks fat . So the reality star did the only sensible thing a woman known mostly for her penchant for nudity she could do yesterday: she avoided that body part altogether in her latest Twit pic, wishing followers a “nighty night” by sending them a photo of her cleavage. And we wonder why she has 16 million followers… Kardashian has been up to even less than usual this summer, forced to remain in the news via such attention-grabbing stunts as this and sending out a never-ending stream of bikini photos . She also sullied the name of Diana Ross forever in our minds. Thanks a lot for that, Kim.

No wonder Liberty Ross may take Rupert Sanders back . She has her adulterous husband to thank for a major career revival! While Ross may be suffering personally as a result of Sanders smooching Kristen Stewart , sources tell Radar Online that the affair “improved her profile as an actress.” Ross, a model by trade, has taken bit parts in last year’s W.E. and this summer’s Snow White and the Huntsman , but “the scripts have been flooding in and she has already received audition offers on the back of Rupert’s affair ,” this insider adds. Might as well turn lemons into big screen lemonade, right? It remains unclear if Ross and Sanders will reconcile – she’s been spotted without her wedding ring on , yet he was donning his this week during a walk with the couple’s kids – but Liberty’s future as an actress doesn’t appear to be in doubt. “Liberty is delighted that she’s being finally recognized, she wants to pursue a career in the movies and is desperate to make more,” claims the mole. “She would of preferred if it had happened in a different way, but press is press. “If she could swap her modeling career for a successful acting one, Liberty would do it in a heartbeat.”

A rep for rapper/producer says viral video isn’t referring to long-awaited album’s release date. By Jayson Rodriguez Dr. Dre Photo: Johnny Nunez/ WireImage After a video went viral of Dr. Dre seemingly announcing an April 20 release date for his long-awaited Detox, a rep for the rapper/producer told MTV News that the clip wasn’t referring to the album’s arrival. So what was the legendary producer referring to in the clip? That remains unclear at press time. Dr. Dre has been at work on his highly anticipated LP for years now, scraping together several versions of the songs at various times; in one case, he gave several beats slated for his project to 50 Cent for the G-Unit superstar’s debut album. In November, Dre’s first single, “Kush,” hit the Web and was soon followed by a potential follow-up, the Eminem-assisted “I Need a Doctor.” A month later, Dre premiered the video for “Kush” featuring Snoop Dogg and Akon. The clip, along with a cover story in the latest issue of hip-hop magazine XXL, seemed to confirm that the rap Chinese Democracy was finally slated for release. The producer’s penchant for perfectionism has long been the reason for the delay of Detox, which will be Dre’s first album since his 2001 LP in 1999. “[I’m] trying to put it out by the end of the fall,” Dre said in an interview this past summer about Detox. “Trying to give everybody what they’ve been waitin’ for and make sure they’re not disappointed; that’s all I’m doing.” What do you think Dre was referring to in the viral video? SCRAM: Lindsay Lohan Alcohol Monitor Goes Off!

Has Lindsay Lohan lost her battle with the dreaded SCRAM device? Her court-ordered alcohol-monitoring bracelet/anklet was trigged Sunday evening during an MTV Music Awards afterparty, according to a People source. Dun-dun-DUNNNN! It remains unclear if alcohol was detected in her system or Lohan’s ankle bracelet was tampered with – either would alert authorities. Man. The actress may face jail time if the judge in her case rules that the star violated the conditions of her bail, abstaining from alcohol among them. The ankle monitor must be kept on in accordance with her probation as well, and she must submit to random drug testing (she passed both so far). Will Lindsay end up in jail? [Photo: Splash News Online] Judge Marsha Revel is expected to receive a report on why the SCRAM went off soon, the source says, and could order Lohan’s bail revoked immediately. Lindsay is out on bail after missing her last probation hearing, which stems from her past DUI arrest. Got all that? Her rescheduled hearing is July 6. Let’s be fair: It’s possible the device triggered a false positive somehow, and she’s trying to go clean . SCRAMs have been known to, it’s not uncommon. But come on, is anyone buying that? She went to an after-party after one of the biggest partying events of season. And come on, it’s Lindsay Lohan . It may be moot now, but who will prevail?
