The bankrupt Casey Anthony is slated to meet with creditors in Tampa, Fla. The reclusive, notorious accused child killer declared bankruptcy in January, saying she owes more than $792,000 with a savings of only about $1,000. The filing came the same day a Florida court tossed two of the “Tot Mom’s” convictions for lying to law enforcement officials during their murder investigation. Anthony “is flat broke with no way of repaying debts,” sources close to her say. This is for obvious reasons: “She’ll never get a regular 9 to 5 job, and no legitimate book publisher or TV network will give her a deal for her story.” There’s always the Melissa King route … tell us she hasn’t thought about it. In July ’11, Casey Anthony was famously found not guilty on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated manslaughter and aggravated child abuse. Her daughter, Caylee Anthony , was the victim. It’s unclear what meeting with her creditors will accomplish, but it’s likely part of the formal proceedings as she seeks legal protection from her massive debt.
This beyotch… Now that the video of her puppy adoption and other randomness has had the opposite effect than the compassion she must have expected, Casey Anthony wants us to believe she had nothing to do with the video ending up on YouTube to begin with. Days after a second Casey Anthony “diary” video surfaced, Anthony’s lead attorney threatened legal action against the person he said hacked his client’s computer. Jose Baez said in an appearance on Fox News on Sunday that Anthony did not leak two videos that surfaced online last week. “They were private webcam videos solely intended for her and certainly were not meant to be disseminated in any way,” Baez said. “I think this is outrageous that this is happening.” Lawyers representing a woman suing Anthony for defamation filed a renewed motion on Tuesday that would force Casey Anthony to give another deposition, reports CBS affiliate WKMG. Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who shares the same name as the fictitious baby sitter Anthony claimed kidnapped her daughter in 2008, says her life was ruined after Anthony linked her to Caylee Anthony’s disappearance. Gonzalez’s attorneys reportedly said Anthony is talking publicly through her recently released video diaries and she should now have to talk under oath. “Our focus is not on who released the video. Our focus is on the video has been released and therefore she’s waived her Fifth Amendment privilege she’s been claiming throughout the process with Zenaida,” said Gonzalez’s attorney Matt Morgan, WKMG reports. The video diaries prove Anthony is no longer in hiding, Morgan says. Dummy. But more importantly, who the eff video tapes themselves if they don’t want other people to see the isht. And if someone went through the trouble of hacking your computer, wouldn’t they have tried to sell it instead of posting it on Youtube for free?? Source More On Bossip! On Friday, Judge Belvin Perry ordered the release of the infamous video of Casey Anthony’s reaction to the news of Caylee Anthony’s body being discovered. It had been sealed throughout the trial because another judge had ruled it to be too inflammatory for a jury . But with the trail over, Perry unsealed the tape. “There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in jail,” he ruled, and with the 25-year-old acquitted of murder, ordered the Casey Anthony jail video released. Here it is in its grainy entirety: Casey Anthony Jail Video: Reaction to Caylee Death On the day Caylee’s remains were found, Casey sat in jail infirmary, hunched over and rocking back and forth as news of the discovery played on TV. Casey appears to double over, her hands in her lap, and then appears to breathe heavily. Anthony began hyperventilating, before asking for a sedative. To many, the significance of the video and Casey Anthony ‘s reaction is that the remains had not yet been identified as those of her missing 2-year-old. Just another chapter in the year’s wildest legal drama. Do you think the jury should have been allowed to see this? Would it have made a difference? Casey Anthony …
Melanie Moore was prepared to come in second. “In my head I really thought Sasha was going to win,” the So You Think You Can Dance champion told reporters after she was crowned last night . “Just being up there and being named one of the final two I was like, ‘Wait, is this really happening?’ I just started crying.” Melanie Moore Wins So You Think You Can Dance In fact, all Moore could muster on stage was a “thank you” in between tears. But she had more to tell reporters after the finale aired. Saying she hopes to use the $250,000 to “go back to school,” the 19-year old was also excited about one particular aspect of the competition being over: “I’m really looking forward to spending time with my boyfriend. I haven’t really got to see him very much. I got to see him and give him a really quick kiss and then ran out here.” What’s next for Moore? Aside from touring with the other top 10 finishers? Kenny Ortega, who will helm the upcoming Dirty Dancing remake , served as guest judge this season. Melanie laughed and directed the following at the director: “Give me a call.”
Wherever Casey Anthony is hiding, she’s got two weeks to come out. America’s most hated person has just been ordered by a judge to return to her native Orlando, Fla., to begin probation in her check fraud case. Judge Belvin Perry ruled that Casey Anthony must return by August 26 to serve one year of probation, but her address may remain confidential. Last year, Casey admitted to fraudulently using others’ checks to buy clothes and groceries in the month after daughter Caylee disappeared. Her lawyers previously argued that it is too dangerous for her to return to the area and that she had completed the probation while in jail. Judge Perry apparently didn’t buy either defense argument. Anthony, 25, was acquitted of murder July 5. While she was convicted on four counts of lying to police, she had spent nearly 1,000 days in custody by that point, so she was released July 17 and immediately went into hiding. Somehow we don’t expect people in Orlando will be thrilled to have the accused child killer back. The weather may be warm, but her welcome will not be. A Caylee Anthony birthday memorial was held on what would have been the little girl’s sixth birthday Wednesday. Casey’s parents attended. Casey did not. She was last seen in Ohio last week. No clue where she is now, or when she will return to the Sunshine State, but she’s gotta do it, or else. How would you have ruled in the Casey Anthony case?

No matter what you think of the Casey Anthony verdict , it’s clear this is a wise move. The 25-year-old will seek treatment for serious mental issues. As such, the acquitted murder suspect won’t be sitting down with ABC, NBC, CBS or any other network for an interview in the foreseeable future. Guilty or not, she needs to receive professional help ASAP. Sources say Casey is seeking treatment for three reasons: She realizes her questionable behavior when daughter Caylee Anthony went missing in 2008 stemmed from “obvious mental health issues.” She needs help coping with the “obvious trauma of losing her child.” She spent nearly three years in solitary confinement in a Florida jail. That’s 23 hours a day in a cramped cell, with death row looming if she were convicted of murder. A source close to Casey says “It messed with her head.” When she’s healthy, Anthony will have the final word on where and how her story will be told. Attorney Jose Baez will continue to field offers .

News broke on Tuesday that Casey Anthony was acquitted on all felony charges in the death of her 2-year-daughter including capitol murder, which carried the death penalty. Surprisingly, the only charge that stuck was the misdemeanor of lying to a law enforcement officer. Unfortunately, nobody is answering for Caylee Anthony but whatever side of the fence you are on with this case one thing is for sure, Casey Anthony is a free woman because of her defense lawyer Jose Baez, a 42-year-old Latino described by the Miami Herald as “a former bikini salesman, high school dropout and deadbeat dad who barely made it into the Florida bar”. Baez doesn’t exactly hold the personal pedigree of somebody that’s just pulled off the legal upset equivalent of the 1980 Miracle of Ice but, ladies and gentlemen, I think we’ve found the new Johnny Corcoran. The prosecution in the Casey Anthony murder trial once again called a crucial witness to the stand on Tuesday: Anthony’s mother, Cindy. Testifying for the third time in the trial, Cindy helped the prosecution establish and connect key bits of evidence against Casey Anthony. Items found with murdered Caylee Anthony ‘s remains can be traced back to the Anthony home, according to the testimony from Cindy. As Cindy left the stand and took her seat next to husband George, she mouthed “I love you” to Casey, but her daughter looked away. Cindy Anthony was among the last of the prosecution witnesses. The defense case – full of shocking claims – is expected to begin this week. Cindy testified today that a canvas laundry bag had been missing from the family home. A similar bag was found with Caylee’s remains. She also said a Winnie-the-Pooh blanket was missing; a similar one was found at the scene. But the most disturbing revelation came later. Decomposing hair found in Casey Anthony’s trunk – long, brown and untreated by chemicals – could belong to Cindy, Casey or Caylee Anthony. Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick also asked Cindy about her hair length, coloring and style. “I’ve had this hairstyle since 2002,” Cindy Anthony testified. Her hair is short and dyed blonde – not a match to the hair found in the trunk. She also testified that at the time of Caylee’s death, Casey kept her hair short and dyed – again, not a match for the hair in the trunk. Defense attorney Jose Baez later left Cindy in tears as he tried to point out inconsistencies between her testimony and a 2009 deposition. “I don’t remember everything I said,” Cindy sighed. “It was a two-day deposition.” Earlier, investigator Alina Burrows testified that a sheet of heart-shaped stickers, each the size of a dime, was found in Casey’s bedroom. That was just days after Caylee’s body was found in 2008. The jury on Monday heard gruesome testimony that heart-shaped sticker residue was found on duct tape on Caylee Anthony’s skull. Over objections by Anthony’s attorneys, prosecutors showed photos of the stickers found in the top drawer of Anthony’s bedroom dresser.
