Jenesis Sanchez reportedly gave birth this past Saturday (Jan. 26) to a son, Gekyume Onfroy. The late rapper’s girlfriend was several months pregnant at the time of his murder. XXXTentacion’s mom, Cleopatra Bernard, announced the arrival on her grandson on his Instagram page with a caricature of a baby and the message “Yume has officially arrived.” The South Flordia rapper was shot and killed on June 18. According to the Miami Herald Ronald Jenkins recorded a video of a KFC worker handling food without gloves. That woman who was recently arrested has been identified as Shade Simmons. Email Submit Jenkins noticed that Simmons handled his payment and then began handling food without washing her hands or donning gloves so he whipped out his phone. When Simmons noticed that she was being recorded, she apparently became irate and flung the extra crispy chicken box in the man’s face. According to the Miami Herald and DailyMail , Anthony Gignac has been defrauding people for two decades under the guise that he was a Saudi prince. It appears that Gignac’s failure to pay attention to detail was ultimately his undoing. Allah would be very disappointed. Last March, the “prince” sank his teeth into well-know Miami developer Jeffrey Soffer who’s company built the Fountainebleu in Miami. After months of elite scam shenanigans, Soffer became suspicious of Gignac’s story and ultimately decided to launch his own investigation in addition to contacting the FBI after this happened: Over the course of events, Soffer “became increasingly wary of Gignac.” One reason for the developer’s suspicions: Gignac happily wolfed down bacon and pork products during meals, which as a devout Muslim prince should have been against his religion, according to a source with knowledge of the case. That’s right. The “Saudi prince” was having his WAY with slabs of bacon and hella swine. Months of fake flossing in Ferraris and buying multi-million dollar condos just to get caught diggin’ the pig. Feds arrested him back in November. Congratulations, you played yaself.

According to officials, Erica White killed her son Tyrael McFall to fuel her spending habits, trying to build credit and make purchases in her son’s name after he died. Tyrael died with high levels of codeine in his system. The boy’s father is serving 20 years in prison on a racketeering charge, and has recently pleaded guilty to dozen of others. Despite all of the racial tension happening in America these days — history is still being made, slowly but surely. For the first time in Florida’s modern history, a White person will be executed for killing a Black person. The Miami Herald reports that 53-year-old Mark James Asay is scheduled to die by lethal injection in Florida State Prison on Thursday night for the racially motivated killing of Robert Lee Booker, who was Black, and Robert “Renee” McDowell, who was Hispanic, in Jacksonville 30 years ago. In the 41 years since Florida reinstated the death penalty, 18 Black men have been executed for killing white victims. Adora Obi Nweze, president of the Florida NAACP, told reporters, “It does make the case [against the death penalty] even stronger that there’s this disparity gap that exists between Black and White — who gets the death penalty and who gets exonerated.” Mark James, a former White Supremacist, will also be the first person put to death with a drug called “etomidate”, leading some critics to accuse the state of using him as a guinea pig. Jen Moreno, a lethal injection expert at the University of California, told reporters, “There are outstanding questions about whether it’s going to do what it needs to do during an execution. However, Asay said he did not intend to kill McDowell, whom he described as a friend, and that he’d committed the murder in a drunken “meltdown.” Mark James Asay is set to die on Thursday night by lethal injection. Scorned fellas better think twice before “exposing” their exes… Scorned Man Get 30 Days In Jail For Posting “Revenge Porn” A Miami was just sentenced to 30 days in jail for being petty online and posting his ex-girlfriend’s nudes. Via Miami Herald Months after dozens of explicit photos of her were posted online in a campaign of cyber-harassment, the 29-year-old Miami victim remains shaken. “I do not have words to describe how this has affected my life. I used to feel damaged beyond repair, and sometimes I still do, but I will overcome it,” the woman said in a letter read to the court. “The paranoia, fear and constant anxiety attacks made me feel like I did not deserve to live even one day in peace.” But Friday offered closure as her ex-boyfriend, a Miami Beach information technology consultant named Antonio Giansante, accepted responsibility for spreading the “revenge porn.” He agreed to spend 30 days in jail and complete five years of probation. According to prosecutors, Giansante tried 40 times to post the pornographic images to her employer’s Facebook page. Miami Beach police detectives traced the spreading of the images to Giansante’s computer at his Euclid Avenue apartment. Giansante, a former soccer coach in Puerto Rico, had begun dating the former player when she was 16. They were together for several years — and she consented to some nude photos, which were taken when she was underage. But many of the photos and some videos were recorded covertly without her consent. After moving to Miami, the two broke up in 2012 because of “his jealousy and possessiveness,” according to a search warrant. After the breakup, coworkers began getting Facebook and Instagram requests from profiles featuring the nude images. She found a website that featured 62 images. She told Miami Beach police that she almost quit her job and “has received panic attacks as a result of the tormenting conduct.” Giansante was also fined $5,000 which he must pay to two charities in exchange for not having a felony record. Justin Bieber has reached a plea bargain with prosecutors in relation to his January drunk driving arrest . And it doesn’t even include the charge of drunk driving. According to The Miami Herald, the singer will plead guilty to careless driving and resisting an officer without violence. It’s impossible not to laugh at the effort. The artist’s main concern was that this plea deal did NOT include any kind of probation because that could mean jail time for Justin if he violated the law in any way going forward. And we all know he will, don’t we? The underage star was just spotted holding a liquor bottle while celebrating the 17th birthday of Kylie Jenner, for instance. This plea deal comes as no real surprise. The arresting officer in Florida seemingly lied when he said Bieber was drag racing and that police could smell alcohol on his breath; a subsequent test revealed relatively no alcohol in the singer’s system at the time. This is Bieber’s second plea deal in just a few months, as he recently pled no contest to misdemeanor vandalism in an egging case. As a result, he was placed on two years probation and ordered to pay his neighbor $80,900 in restitution. He also had to undergo more anger management.
