KCSO/Splash News Naya Rivera Wants To Divorce Hubby Again Welp! That was a rief reconciliation … ( Image Press/Splash News) According to The Blast reports: Naya Rivera has once again filed for divorce from her husband, Ryan Dorsey. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Rivera filed the divorce docs on Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the documents, Rivera cites irreconcilable differences. Rivera is asking for joint legal and physical custody of their 2-year-old son, Josey Hollis Dorsey, and wants the judge to block either side from getting spousal support. Naya lists the date of separation as November 24, just a day before her arrest for misdemeanor domestic battery following Dorsey’s claim she struck him in the head while arguing during a walk with their son. Rivera had originally filed for divorce last November, but dismissed the filing in October when she and Dorsey attempted to work through their issues.
