Some seven months after Washington sued Frost for paternity and child support for baby Kannon Mekhi Washington, the married father of five has agreed to accept service on the case, and it will now move forward in the courts, BOSSIP has learned. Frost, whose marriage to Rasheeda is in jeopardy because of the affair, accepted service of Washington’s complaint July 10, according to court documents obtained by BOSSIP. Washington’s lawyer Tony Mathis told BOSSIP that his client was relieved that the case would finally move on and eventually co-parent little Kannon. “We are going to have the paternity set done and once we have this completed, we’ll look at child support,” he told us. “It’s better later than never, but our focus is on the long-term. We don’t want an unnecessary animosity towards anybody. However, she said after her baby was born and she tried to break things off, Frost began denying that Kannon was his and cut her off financially. Frost appeared to have done all he could not to take the paternity test: from pretending that he didn’t know Washington, dodging service and accusing her of being a scam artist. But finally, Frost acknowledged on the show that he did sleep with her and gave her hush money to keep quiet about the affair. Their secret relationship and the fallout was a major storyline on this season’s “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” and it seems to have been the straw that broke the camel’s back in Frost’s marriage. On the show, the pair signed separation papers, and on the LHHATL reunion show, Rasheeda complained that Frost’s stepping out “broke” her emotionally. While Mathis said there is no doubt in Washington’s mind that Frost is her son’s father, they will do the paternity test anyway “to get that question answered in his mind,” Mathis said. Following the announcement that a slightly revamped Bachelor in Paradise will resume filming on Season 4, the controversial contestant at the center of the show’s latest scandal has issued a new statement. Below, Corinne reiterates her belief that she was made into a victim, while she also makes a final declaration regarding her role on the ABC series. “In light of the overwhelming amount of misinformation that has been spread in the media, I want to clarify a few things,” Olympios begins. “My intent over the past few weeks has been to learn and understand what happened on June 4.” On that date, of course, Corinne and DeMario Jackson ended up naked in a pool after downing many alcoholic drinks together. They got very far sexually, with Jackson recently describing the raunchy hook-up in detail , only for a producer to tell executives that Olympios may have been too drunk to give DeMario consent. Once this allegation was leveled, production was shut down and the cast sent home. About two weeks later, an internal investigation determined no misconduct had taken place and Warner Bros. confirmed Season 4 would air this summer as originally scheduled. In a previous statement, Olympios had described herself as a “victim,” while her attorney came out last week and implied his client may still press charges. But it doesn’t sound as if that will be the case any longer. “While I never filed complaints or accusations against anyone associated with Bachelor In Paradise, my team and I felt it was very important to be thorough in getting to the bottom of what occurred,” Olympios said on Thursday, adding: “I felt victimized by the fact that others were judging me through conflicting and unsubstantiated reports, while I myself had no recollection of the events that transpired.” We can’t say for certain what happened between Olympios and Jackson. But DeMario has outlined how aggressive Corinne was during their hook-up, even thrusting her naked crotch directly in his face at one point and demanding oral sex. It’s certainly possible she was blackout drunk at the time… later learned that a third party had serious questions about all that took place between her and Jackson… and then freaked out because she really had no memory of her nude actions. Jackson even stood up for Corinne in an interview with E! News this week. Continued Olympios in her statement: “My team’s investigation into this matter has now been completed to my satisfaction. WARNING to all future United Airlines passengers: Expect all upcoming luggage fees to increase by approximately 750%. The company is about to be in need of vast sums of money… At a press conference this afternoon, lawyer Tom Demetrio spoke on behalf of Dr. David Dao, the 69-year old passenger who was violently dragged off a United flight on Sunday night. As most of the free world has likely read all about by now, Dao refused to give up the seat he paid for while traveling from Chicago to Louisville. Because United had overbooked this flight, and no one had accepted the $800 offered to change their travel plans, the airline chose four individuals at random to leave the plane and take a later flight instead. Dao was one of the people selected and asked to get off the plane. He said he had patients to see early Monday morning, however, and remained in his seat. Until, that is, Chicago police officers were called in… tried to talk to Dao reasonably… and then said they were forced to do THIS: United Airlines Passenger Gets Bloodied, Bruised, Forcibly Removed from Seat Because fellow passengers captured the incident on their cellphones, the above footage quickly went viral. As did the associated outrage. It didn’t help his company’s cause when the United CEO offered up one of the lamest apologies of all-time , saying his airline has to “re-accommodate” customers from time to time. That may be the case, Demetrio told the press today, but not in the manner as happened with Dao. “If you’re going to eject a passenger, under no circumstances can it be done with unreasonable force or violence. That’s the law,” he said. “For a long time, airlines – United, in particular – have bullied us. … We want respect and we want dignity. That’s it. Not a big deal.” Dao was taken to a hospital as a result of his one-sided confrontation with the police. Demetrio explained today that his client suffered a “significant concussion, a broken nose and sinus injuries.” He also said Dao, who was released from the hospital last night, lost two front teeth and will be undergoing “reconstructive surgery.” So, naturally, Dao plans on suing United, right? The assumption is that the company will be forced to pay millions of dollars in some kind of settlement. “We’re not ready to sue. We’re doing our due diligence,” Demetrio said, although he was quick to add that a lawsuit basically is coming and ‘will be filed in Cook County.” The attorney further said that Dao had conveyed to him that he was on a boat out of Vietnam after the 1975 fall of Saigon, and “being dragged down the aisle was more horrifying and harrowing than what he experienced in Vietnam.” That’s fantastic. We love it. We’re in awe. We’re not trying to downplay the trauma of what Dao went through on board that plane, but come on. That’s just a tailor made quote to tell the public as a way to pressure United into forking over a whole lot of cash. Dao “has no interest in ever seeing an airplane again” and will likely take a car home to Kentucky, the lawyer said, adding that his client has “absolutely zippo” memory of the incident. The doctor himself previously spoke briefly to a news outlet in Louisville , saying “everything” was hurting. After issuing one tone deaf statement after another, United CEO Oscar Munoz finally came out on Tuesday and made a full-fledged mea culpa. “The truly horrific event that occurred on this flight has elicited many responses from all of us: outrage, anger, disappointment. I share all of those sentiments, and above all: my deepest apologies for what happened,” Munoz said, adding: “Like you, I continue to be disturbed by what happened on this flight and I deeply apologize to the customer forcibly removed and to all the customers aboard. “No one should ever be mistreated this way.” One of Dao’s five children, Crystal, also talked to reporters today. She said the entire family was “horrified and shocked and sickened” by the footage of her dad getting dragged off the flight. Dao’s attorneys, meanwhile, have already filed documents in Chicago, demanding United preserve all evidence and personnel records related to his incident. It sucks Dao had to go through this. But he is about to be a VERY rich man.

The controversial home renovator stunned fans this week when he unveiled a number of shirtless photos , flaunting lots of skin and even more muscles for the Internet to gawk over. It’s pretty safe to assume that Tarek went public with these pictures in response to his estranged wife posting several bikini-clad images on social media just days prior. One revenge body deserves another, right? If Christina wants to taunt Tarek will all he’ll never tap again, then it’s only right for Tarek to respond in handsome kind, no? Actually… no. Tarek wrote a lengthy caption to the sexy snapshot above, explaining that he decided to share it with the world in the hopes that it would inspire fellow cancer survivors. Back in 2014, Tarek was diagnosed with both testicular cancer and thyroid cancer. “I shot this and was too embarrassed to share so I didn’t… I know my journey has inspired many people so I made the difficult decision to post,” wrote El Moussa about the rock-hard picture above. He added: “This is after battling 2 cancers and a debilitating back injury. My doctor said “You would probably never be able to lift weights again”… that motivated me to prove him wrong and get into the best shape of my life!!! “Thank you to my trainer @quintin_tucker for all the hard work and motivation and @pyejirsa for the amazing photos. “Remember….it’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog.” This is the second time of late that Tarek has addressed his past battles against cancer. In mid-March, El Moussa posted a very different kind of photo online (below), one that was snapped during one of his lowest points in life. “I thought I would share this with everyone… to truly understand how absolutely sick I was,” Tarek wrote about this third picture, continuing as follows: “Look at this photo and look at my eyes, I was a skeleton.” So… how did Tarek go from THAT to THIS? To what he looks like now? Personal trainer Quintin Tucker says Tarek could barely walk and was in “a tortuous amount of pain” when the two met. “The amount of motivation and fight Tarek had in the beginning is unmatched by any other client I have yet had and was paramount to his recovery,” Tucker tells E! News , adding: “Session after session he would always say, ‘I’m going to be your biggest transformation, I’m going to get back into the best shape of my life,’ and he did.” Tucker went on to detail Tarek’s workouts with the outlet, saying there was very little cardio involved; client and trainer mostly focused on high intensity weight lifting. Tarek would occasionally fast, but mostly ate a low glycemic diet with a “moderate amount” of protein and healthy fats. Tucker concludes by expressing awe for Tarek’s work ethic, but also for the HGTV star as a parent. “I would drive up to his house in and would wait for him in his gym while he woke up and we would work out before [daughter] Taylor was awake,” Tucker tells E!. “Occasionally she would wake up and run into the gym and begin lifting her mothers little 3 lb. weights. It was the cutest thing ever. Honey Boo Boo’s mom is starring on WE TV’s “Not to Hot” where she’ll document her dramatic weight loss journey. The journey will include a physical and emotional transformation and include celebrity personal trainer Kenya Crooks who’ll help her shed a massive amount of weight from her 400-pound frame with running, lifting weights and customized meal plans. Later she’ll have life-changing bariatric surgery to save her from obesity-related health issues. “As a fitness trainer, I often find myself acting as a counselor,” said Crooks about his work with Mama June. “In a lot of cases, I have found that there are underlying issues with extreme weight gain and bad eating habits.
