Audrina Patridge has moved on from her days on The Hills . The 31-year-old gave birth to her first child with Corey Bohan three months ago. The new addition to the family is named Kirra. Audrina was a prominent figure on MTV’s The Hills . So much so that she actually appeared in more episodes than any other cast member. Throughout her time on the show, she clashed with many of the stars. It made for great TV, but she has now moved on to focus on her family. There’s only so many times you can argue with your besties on television before it gets too much. View Slideshow: 10 Best Moments from The Hills Patridge and Corey have been together for five years and are planning to get hitched. Thus far, he seems to be a much better guy than Justin Bobby. That wouldn’t be hard. The latest glimpse we got of Kirra was when Audrina’s sister, Casey took a sneaky picture of Audrina breast-feeding her. Usually people HATE when people take sneaky pictures of them. However, it seems that Audrina actually enjoyed it. It was a great mother-daughter moment. Did Audrina know that Casey was taking the picture? We’re not quite sure. Audrina opened up about her daughter in a recent blog post and she made it perfectly clear that she’s a great mother. “We are so incredibly lucky! Kirra is the happiest, most beautiful baby with a constant smile and lots of goo-ing and gaa-ing!” she wrote on August 24. “She loves giving Corey and I the biggest smiles, but I can’t wait until she giggles the first time — right now she gives lot of expressions but no noise.” “She sleeps 6-7 hours a night (only waking up once or twice) and is pretty laid-back (unless of course she’s hungry, has to burp, needs a diaper change or gets restless!).” With Kirra now getting grown up, Audrina and Corey are focusing on their upcoming wedding. The wedding will not have any of Audrina’s former pals from The Hills . Maybe The Hills was faker than we first thought and no one there were really friends. Audrina revealed the lack of peeps from The Hills in Fit Pregnancy and Baby’s July issue. “As far as friends go, we only invited the ones who’ve been there for us in the past year and who will continue to be there for us for the next 30.” “So, no one from The Hills made the cut. If we were doing a really big wedding, I’d invite them, but we’re keeping it intimate.” That’s got to sting a little for the people who consider her as friend from the show. When players return to the game, it makes for a huge change in the dynamics of the house. Victor Aroyo fought his way back into the game just a few weeks ago. He was understandably a bit annoyed at being blindsided once again from the game. If anyone deserves to be there, it’s Victor. He’s a competition and social beast. That’s why James ultimately made the decision to oust him from the game. James’ decision to evict him would have been a good one if there was no way he was returning to the game. We picked up with the houseguests at the HOH/Juror competition. There’s no denying the wall competitions are the toughest on the show. Da’vonne and Zakiyah clearly made a pact before the competition that they would drop together and that they did. the practically threw their chance at the $500,000 prize away. Da’vonne returning to the game would signal a huge shift. She would be targeting the likes of Nicole and Corey for eviction. It’s just a shame she and Zakiyah decided to ride out the rest of their Big Brother experience in the jury house. Poor Bridgette was the final girl standing, but it was clear her knee was still busted from her injury a few weeks ago. That left it all down to Victor and Paulie to fight it out. Eventually, Paulie had to drop down and it meant Victor was the returning juror. No one has ever returned to the game twice in one season, so the dude is now on his third attempt at the money. The other houseguests should just give up at this stage. We were treated to a flashback from before Thursday’s live eviction. Paul called Michelle the c-word and it was meant with a harsh response from their fellow houseguests. Meech decided to be the bigger person and just walk out of the situation, while James went to battle with Paul. Paul was quick to point out that Natalie and James make all of the same decisions. Natalie chimed in, saying that she didn’t want Bridgette evicted and it happened on James’ HOH. James then dropped the bomb that he’s not made a decision about evicting Corey. Nicole was furious and told Corey she was worried about whether she would be alone in the game after the eviction. Corey reassured her and as we know, James kept his word. If you recall, he almost sent Corey home at the live vote, so his mind wasn’t really made up until he went in to vote. This gave Nicole the want to succeed, so she went all out in the HOH competition and even indulged in some manipulating. It came down to Nicole and James and she managed to get James to throw it to her. She promised both him and Natalie safety for the week. She made it seem like all she wanted was the letter from home, but it was clear she knew she needed to win to keep both her and Corey safe from eviction. James dropped down, giving Nicole her first HOH win of the season. It also makes me wonder whether Nicole has been throwing competitions all season long in order to appear as less of a target. If that’s the case, she might find herself winning the whole thing. She’s not sat on the block once this season and has had a hand in most of the evictions. Maybe Derrick gave her some pointers before she entered the game. We’ll probably never know. Nicole was quick to tell Corey she might not keep her word to James. She knows James never stuck to his earlier in the season, so she has a great case to put him up. Nicole then claimed the best person to evict is Michelle and Corey agreed. Heck, even Victor and Paul showed up to agree she was the best target. That’s when the four of them made an alliance that would take them to the end of the season. It seems like Nicole and Corey are happy to play for third and fourth place. They just don’t want people who don’t deserve it to get further. That’s a good mentality to take. View Slideshow: 12 Big Brother Houseguests We Loved… Or Loved to Hate The Final Four alliance was formed, while Natalie continued to pester James about him finding away to save both of them. Yes, Natalie was not impressed that James gave Nicole the win because she doesn’t trust her. James made it clear that Nicole would stick to her word. It seems like she might, to an extent. Paul agreed to go up on the block, with Michelle as the target. Nicole’s ideal scenario would be for Victor to win and take Paul down. That would pave the way for either James or Natalie to go up and one of them would be evicted. It all sounds pretty intriguing. It’s odd that Nicole is now going back to the person we loved on Big Brother 16. It’s so close to the end of the game, so it would be great to see her get far if she continues to play. America’s care package was a bit of a wet blanket this week. Corey won $5000 to bribe on of his houseguests to do something. It would be valid right up to the conclusion of the next HOH competition. It would be great if he got someone to throw the HOH, but there’s a slim chance anyone would agree to do that. Nicole nominated Michelle and Paul for eviction. Michelle admitted afterwards that she would have done the same if she was Nicole. She’s been targeting her for weeks. What do you think about the latest developments in the house? Is Nicole right to target Michelle? Hit the comments below! View Slideshow: 13 Reality Show Villains You Really Love to Hate
Nicole Franzel was one of the best houseguests on Big Brother 16. She was a competition beast and had a great social game. The fact that no one has tried to get her out of the game before now is pretty crazy. She’s going through the game undetected, but it appears the net is finally closing in on her. She and Corey pulled off a nice trick by having Natalie and Michelle target Paul and Victor. It was pretty hilarious to witness the reaction on Paul’s face. He was so sure Nicole and Corey were going up on the block, so it raised the tension in the house. He wanted to know why he was sitting on the block. Natalie doesn’t like confrontation and tried to steer clear of him, but he made it his mission to get to the root of who was causing the trouble. He waited until Corey was called to the diary room to confront her. It was a bit of a douche move because if Nicole was the perpetrator, Corey would have been in on it. We’re at the stage of the game in which there’s not very many people left, so it makes the whole nominations process more difficult. Nicole stood her ground against Paul, but Corey proved yet again that he’s oblivious to everything. He ran out of the diary room stripping and hitting Nicole with his costume. It was hilarious, but awkward at the same time. Poor Nicole was trying to defend herself while being hit with the costume. Natalie, Michelle and Victor watched all the action on the HOH TV. You’d think Big Brother would have provided them with popcorn for this momentous occasion. When it was all said and done, Natalie and Michelle were on board with getting either Corey and Nicole out. They have got to be the most indecisive people in Big Brother history. It’s evident that James is fully on board with voting out Victor, if the opportunity arises. There’s a good chance of James’ plan working because he’s the swing vote this week. View Slideshow: 12 Big Brother Houseguests We Loved… Or Loved to Hate This means that there will be a line drawn in the sand on Thursday night. Expect Natalie to follow James, whichever he chooses. Nicole was the one houseguest not competing for the veto. It’s not like she got much studying done. Corey just wanted to keep her in bed, while the rest of the houseguests crammed for the competition. Does Corey not understand that he was being talked about as a replacement nominee? Geez, send the dude home and hopefully Nicole will start playing the game. The POV competition was one of the best in the entire series. Having all the houseguests as weather forecast presenters, while being hit with strong winds and rain made for an exciting competition. Paul won the POV. His win was unsurprising because he pretty much stayed up the whole night and even tried to wake the others up so they had a better chance to get Corey put up. As expected, Paul used the POV on himself. Corey went up as the replacement nominee. What do you think James will do? Hit the comments below! The shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile last week have raised a lot of questions about how these two Black men were killed in cold blood. Well, former police commander Corey Pegues sat down exclusively with Global Grind to try and answer some of them. Pegues, a drug dealer-turned-cop-turned-author, explains exactly what mistakes and […]
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is not allowed to speak to ex-husband Corey Simms without his current wife present – or so she claims. Miranda Patterson Simms isn’t letting Leah anywhere near her man after Corey banged Leah in his truck (or at least hooked up with her). The details are disputed, but there was an affair. In a reversal of how it usually goes, Corey cheated on his second wife with his first one. “Corey and I did hook up two months after they got married,” Leah confessed to Us after being tag-teamed on the Teen Mom 2 reunion . Far from pleased as you might expect, Miranda went further than throwing shade at Leah on MTV. She enforced a new set of rules. “I’m not allowed to call Corey’s phone to communicate with the girls unless she’s somehow three-wayed in,” the mother of three explained. “He has to be around her when he calls.” Of course, not everyone calls these days … so when it comes to texting, Corey and Leah must also communicate via group MMS with Miranda. According to Leah, the second Mrs. Simms is just jealous, insecure and bitter because of the former spouses’ past. In her own words: “Miranda doesn’t want me in the picture. She wants to hurt me because she thinks that Corey and I still have something for each other.” Not that Leah gives AF about it though. “I couldn’t care less about their relationship,” she said. “I want them to be happy. But if [we] can’t get along, this is going to be a nonstop fight.” Leah also says the former couple’s twins are “miserable” at their father’s house because they are “so close” to her. That may be a stretch. Fortunately, time does heal all wounds. Leah recently regained custody of the twins – 50/50 with Corey – after the couple came to an equitable agreement and buried the hatchet. Apparently, Leah and Corey are on good terms these days, with Simms praising her, saying Messer is great when she’s not on drugs . Small victories, people. Small victories.
