Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Did Tomato Get Split Up?

Tom and Kato have held power for several rounds now on Celebrity Big Brother.  They’ve treated their allies terribly and gloated to the other houseguests that they hold all the power on several occasions.  The only way was down for Tomato, and Monday’s special eviction episode sure turned up the heat. When the episode got underway, we learned what really happened to the save Joey plan, and it was all thanks to Tamar.  Tamar wanted Kandi gone at the beginning of the season. The two women flat out hated each other, but they’ve become each other’s ride or die.   As such, Tamar told Natalie that she wanted to keep Kandi in the game. Natalie granted the wish, and that’s why Joey was voted out of the house.  But Kandi was not ready to show gratitude to Natalie or Lolo for saving her. Instead, Kandi wanted to get the two physical threats out of the house and told Tamar.  Natalie and Lolo were mad when Kandi started talking to Tom and Kato, prompting Tamar to pull her aside and find out what she was up to.  Kandi told her former enemy that they needed to make some moves because Natalie or Lolo will win the game.  “Kandi, if you go after them, they’re gonna come after me AND you!” Tamar stressed when it seemed like she was about to lose her cool.  The HOH competition was a stressful affair. Tamar admitted that this was the one she could excel at, and that’s what she did.  It came down to her and Kato, and she managed to secure the most crucial win to date. Maybe Tamar can put her emotions aside and win this whole thing.  Tamar decided it was time to split Tom and Kato up, so she put them on the block with a speech that might as well have said “f–k you” to them both.  The veto competition played out live and found the houseguests trying to remember which statements about performance were true or false.  Round 1: Everyone gets a point  Round 2: All but Kato & Tom get a point  Round 3: Everyone gets a point  Round 4: All but Tom get a point  Round 5: Tamar and Lolo get a point Round 6: Lolo gets a point  Round 7: All but Tamar and Dina get a point Lolo won the POV competition, and acted like she was presenting the Oscars when she admitted she was taking neither Tom or Kato off the block.  Ricky votes to evict: Kato  Kandi votes to evict: Kato  Dina votes to evict: Kato  Lolo votes to evict: Kato  Natalie votes to evict: Kato The plan was great. Tom thought he was going, and the houseguests voted to evict Kato to rattle Tom so that he would not perform well in the HOH competition.  We have the next HOH and nominations playing out on Thursday before the show returns for a double eviction on Friday.  View Slideshow: Big Brother: Meet the Most Controversial Houseguests

Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Who Won a Game-Changing Power?

With Jonathan Bennett and Ryan Lochte out of the house, it was obvious who the next target was going to be: Joey Lawrence.  In a rare turn of events, there’s a good chance that the first three evicted houseguests are all male, and it’s going to change the dynamic up quite a bit.  Joey’s association with Ryan, Jonathan, and Dinah left him in a precarious position, and with a new HOH about to be crowned, it meant there was a chance he could keep himself safe.  In the immediate aftermath of Ryan’s eviction, Lolo couldn’t help but turn on the waterworks. She may not have won gold in the Olympics, but she could sure as hell win a gold trophy for her acting.  Lolo flipped the bird at Ryan just days into the game, so it’s utterly laughable that she thinks people are buying the whole “we were buddies” schtick.  Joey wasted no time in starting up a new alliance consisting of himself, Dinah, Kandi, and Tamar. He pitched it, but not very well, and Tamar was not ready to jump ship.  Her statement on the matter was actually pretty darn hilarious. “You wanna have an alliance with you, me, Kandi (who don’t like to do nothing physical) and Dina? Against the bootleg superhero? No, that’s not finna work, we’re gonna lose!” Joey could have at least threw in a Melissa and Joey boxset to sweeten the deal, but the brains are most definitely lost on him.  Natalie and Lolo realized that now was the time to win the HOH. The pair has been picking and choosing which competitions to try winning because they thought they were in a good spot.  However, Ricky showed up to let them know that Joey wanted to target them, and it made the women realize that Joey needed to go next.  The HOH competition found the houseguests competing to make their way through a haunted house to find a set of car keys in the fastest time.  “I don’t do haunted houses, I don’t do no Halloween honey, I don’t do clowns, I don’t do snakes, I don’t do caterpillars, I don’t do birds, I don’t do none of that stuff that’s going to scare me, no, none of that,” said Tamar.  Tamar followed that up by walking out of the house after screaming too many times. Yup, she threw in the towel at the competition.  After Tom won the HOH competition, Kandi wanted to know where his head was it, so she quizzed him about alliances he was in.  He tried to turn the tables on her, and the conversation fizzled out.  Tom, Kato, and Ricky later strategized and settled on Tamar and Kandi as the nominations, with Ryan being the backdoor target.  However, Tom was now sketched out by Ricky and wondered just how long they would be able to trust him.  Before the nominations ceremony, the Power of the Publicist was unleashed on the house, giving one houseguest the power to keep themselves safe at one of the next two nominations or veto ceremonies.  While Big Brother only confirmed it would get the houseguest out of a “sticky” situation, the victor was Tamar, and she learned all about it.  In the end, Tom put up Joey and Kandi because he was worried that he would have to vote out one of his own allies.  What are your thoughts on all the latest action? Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Is Tamar Braxton the Target?

Celebrity Big Brother is in full swing, and with two people out of the house, it was time for the houseguests to work on their list of targets.  Ryan was blindsided by Jonathan’s eviction, and he vowed to go after Tamar, Lolo, and Natalie because the vote confirmed they were no longer working with him.  There was one lone vote to evict Kandi, and everyone wondered who was the one to try and get the Real Housewife out of the house.  Naturally, everyone thought Tamar was to blame, and she was not impressed.  “Jonathan was in Mean Girls, Lindsay Lohan was in Mean Girls, that was like, uh, 2000 years ago, they’ve been friends forever,” she says. “Of course she’s gonna keep him in the house.” Ryan quickly started to worry about his future in the house and realized that his only hope of safety was for Joey to win HOH.  Yeah, Joey is the same person Ryan nominated for eviction just a few days ago, but what else is he supposed to do at this stage? Tamar followed up her previous rant about Dina being the lone vote for Kandi by saying: “She’s 52 years old; that girl don’t know nothing.” Okay then.  We then moved on to the next HOH competition which was an endurance one. Ryan watched on the sidelines as he worried about his future.  It came down to Kato and Natalie, with the former offering the former WWE worker safety, so she dropped down because she felt there was no point in winning a competition this early into the game.  Ryan turned to Kato with a deal of his own: Allow him to pick off the other players, and carry him to the end.  But Kato recognized that Ryan was doing it out of desperation.  Tamar then complained at Natalie for making a deal without consulting her alliance, but Natalie felt she could be better in next week’s competition.  Elsewhere, Dina continued to drag Kato for lying to her face about the votes, and Lolo did not seem to enthused to be seen talking to her.  Lolo took the news to Tamar, and the pair started bickering once again. Oh yes, these women hate each other.  Tamar then complained that she was ready to leave the game and set out to throw everyone under the bus.  In the end, Dina and Tamar were on the block for eviction.  What are your thoughts on all the latest scheming? Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Which Houseguests Have the Power?

Celebrity Big Brother Season 2 got underway on Monday night, and it found 12 celebrities (if you can call most of them that!) entering the house to battle for a cash prize.  There was a Real Housewife (Kandi Burruss), Lindsay Lohan’s mother (Dina Lohan), Anthony Scaramucci, and even that loser Ryan Lochte.  Yeah, we think it’s fair to say CBS scraped the bottom of the barrel with most of these options, and most viewers will be looking at this edition as a bonus winter season featuring regular houseguests.  There wasn’t much in the way of action during this opening installment, but we’ll run down some of the highlights for you.  Tamar Braxton and Kandi had some beef before entering the house, and it was evident based on the confessionals that there were still some negative feelings between them.  Tamar opted to kill Kandi with kindness by offering to work as a pair with her during the first HOH competition. Whether these two will be able to play nice when the heat is turned up is another story, but time will tell.  Olympian Lolo Jones complained in the D.R. that knowing Ryan Lochte would make her an immediate target. It’s not uncommon for Olympians to know each other, but we see where Lolo is coming from.  Surely anybody would want anyone associated with Lochte out of the house. He’s a freaking snake.  Julie Chen then revealed the first twist of the season: The houseguests would be paired up to become Celebrity Big Brother’s first-ever power pairing to compete for the HOH competition.  Ryan was drawn to go first, and he picked Jonathan to work with him. Next, Tamar chose Kandi for her pair. Then we’ve got Joey and Ricky. Lolo and Tom. Dina and Anthony. That left Kato and Natalie wondering about whether they were about to be sent to the block without getting a chance to fight for safety.  With that, Julie revealed the two left out of the competition were safe from the block during the first nominations ceremony.  The houseguests then worked in their pairs to try and fill up champagne glasses. Ryan and Jonathan had an immediate lead, but by the end, they were neck in neck with Lolo and Tom.  In a tense standoff, Ryan and Jonathan won. Their victory was short-lived, however, when Julie announced the pair would be facing off against each other on the next episode.  The winner would be the first HOH, and the other would find themselves as the first nominee.  Gulp.  What are your thoughts on celebrities? Big Brother Recap: Who Won Season 20?

Big Brother brought the jurors together one final time to crown a winner Wednesday night, but did the right person win?  There was one last blindside, a surprise engagement and one final “I’m Julie Chen Moonves,” and it all resulted in one of the best finales for this veteran CBS reality series yet.  When the episode got underway, the first part of the final HOH played out, but Tyler was battling with whether to follow through on his plan to throw this part.  When JC fell to the ground, it was time for Tyler to do his thing. However, he decided against it in that final moment, and Kaycee fell next.  “This is the #1 biggest dream of my entire life,” Tyler explained of his decision to viewers, confirming there was no mistake.  He worried that Kaycee was going to take it personally and that it would come back to bite him. Kaycee was annoyed but knew she needed to keep it together for part two.  She and JC went to battle for the second heat of the competition, and Kaycee secured the win. That meant she got to face Tyler in part three.  Would she go back on her word if she won? We then caught up with the jurors who had the typical meeting with Dr. Will to decide who was worthy of winning the game.  Angela joined them and quickly got to work to expose Kaycee as a rider of Tyler’s coattails, and that she only won when she needed to. “Are you saying this because you’re secretly in a showmance with Tyler?” Bayliegh wondered, lapping up the role of the bitter juror because she ruined her own game.  Then the unthinkable happened:  Rockstar seemed to think that JC was a deserving finalist because he got so far with his manipulation skills. Be that as it may, he failed to win all but one competition.  While there was a lot of back and forth, the editing made it seem like there was a case for all three to win. That’s pretty laughable, but whatever.  The final HOH competition came to a close with Kaycee narrowly beating Tyler in the battle to recall memorable events from the season.  Kaycee then got to choose whether to take Tyler of JC out of the running. To the surprise of nobody, she stuck with her ride-or-die despite his lie earlier.  After JC’s unsurprising elimination, the jury got to ask questions about the gameplay of the finalists. Tyler had a way with his words and managed to get everyone nodding.  Kaycee floundered, and it seemed like all hope was lost for her.  Before we learned who won, Julie wanted to find out which showmances were going to be a thing on the outside.  Haleigh and Fessy, and Tyler and Angela are a go, but Swaggy and Bayliegh opted to take their romance to the next level.  Swaggy clung to his final minute of fame by proposing to Bayliegh, the girl who he spent 23 days with inside a house.  Bayliegh accepted the proposal.  How did the final vote pan out? Here are the results: JC votes for Tyler Angela votes for Tyler Sam votes for Kaycee Brett votes for Tyler Haleigh votes for Tyler Scottie votes for Kaycee Faysal votes for Kaycee Rockstar votes for Kaycee Bayleigh votes for Kaycee There were tears, cheers and more tears as Kaycee won by a vote of 5-4.  But who won America’s Favorite Player?  That honor went to… Tyler! Big Brother Recap: The Surprise Eviction Divides the House

It was the end of the line for one houseguest on Wednesday’s special eviction episode of Big Brother.  The host once again introduced herself as “Julie Chen Moonves,” meaning she’s brushing off all of the controversy she stirred up on Thursday night.  When the episode kicked off, the houseguests looked genuinely blindsided when they were told eviction night was coming one night early.  “One should always expect the unexpected,” said Julie, who was clearly surprised the houseguests were not shocked.  We then got to learn about what happened over the past few days, and Sam was pissed to be put on the block for the fourth time.  “These people don’t want to hurt me,” she says. “They just want the money.” While that made sense, Sam was adamant she wanted to win the “motherf—— veto.” Sam felt safe … for now.  In her mind, Tyler was going to keep her safe until final two, so she felt like JC would be the one heading out the door during the surprise episode.  Kaycee, Angela, and Tyler watched JC from the HOH room, and they could see that he was visibly defeated.  He was alone following Brett’s eviction and feels like he has no fight left in him.  JC used this to his advantage when he chatted with Tyler about being on the block.  “I need to remind you I’m your friend, not your pawn,” JC said, adding: “If you win the veto and you pull me off, [Angela] has to put Kaycee.” But this only further turned Tyler against him because he felt like JC was putting him in an impossible spot.  At the veto competition, Kaycee continued her winning streak, and Tyler continued to worry even after she decided against using the power.  “Dammit, I hate this game sometimes, man,” Tyler said to viewers. “I gotta do what I gotta do to win, but that means I have to backstab some of the best people.” At the eviction, Sam was sent packing with a vote of 2-0, and she was surprised.  Upon exiting, she stayed classy and asked someone to deal with her belongings. In her chat with Julie, she never threw anyone under the bus, but she looked mad as hell.  Kaycee, Tyler, and JC competed in the “What The Bleep?” competition and it played out as follows: Round 1: JC & Tyler get a point  Round 2: JC gets a point  Round 3: No one gets a point Round 4: Everyone gets a point Round 5: Everyone gets a point Round 6: JC & Tyler get a point  Round 7: JC & Tyler get a point Oh yes, JC actually won a competition! Given that Tyler has been the one not keeping his word, it would make sense for him to be the target.  However, there’s still a veto to play. Will Kaycee win ANOTHER veto?  Who will go home?  We don’t have long to wait to find out because another episode airs tonight at 9/8c on CBS.  View Slideshow: Big Brother: Meet the Most Controversial Houseguests

Big Brother Recap: Did Haleigh Manage to Save Bayleigh?

Another eviction rocked the house on Thursday, and for the first time in a good few years, all the drama came in the lead up to the eviction.  We picked up right after the veto meeting, and Bayleigh was furious that she had been wrongfully outed as the hacker.  She made her way into the bedroom to start packing her belongings, presumably because she knew there was a bigger plan in play, and that she was going to be taken out of the game.  After that, she confronted Tyler and said that she trusted him and now she’s on the block. Tyler wanted to steer clear of her, however.  Bayleigh was blindsided. She opened up about wanting to keep her power for another week out of respect for Angela. She liked her as a person but felt like she stuck the knife in at the first opportunity.  Haleigh then felt bad about being the hacker and opened up to Bayleigh about it. Bayleigh was mad, but she respected Haleigh for trying to make a move to take out a bigger target.  Meanwhile, Angela was in the diary room acting like she was the best at the game because she managed to get Bayleigh up on the block.  She even went as far as claiming that she would jump under a bus for Tyler. Yes, that’s how sad her game has become of late.  At the house meeting, Haleigh confirmed she was the person who hacked the game and opened up about Tyler meeting with Bayleigh about getting Angela put up as the replacement nominee.  Tyler denied it, but the argument went nuclear with Tyler and Bay getting into a heated exchange that found Bay leaving the room with a burst lip.  No, we’re not saying anybody lifted their hands. Bay was shouting so much that she burst her gum with her teeth.  At the eviction, the hacker took Tyler’s ability to vote away.  Kaycee votes to evict: Bayleigh  Brett votes to evict: Bayleigh  Faysal votes to evict: Bayleigh Scottie votes to evict: Bayleigh  Haleigh votes to evict: Bayleigh  Sam votes to evict: RS JC votes to evict: Bayleigh Bayleigh was evicted by a vote of 6-1! The HOH competition was a knock-out one that allowed the winner of each round to pick the next two competitors.  Round 1: Sam vs. JC – JC gets it right Round 2: Tyler vs. RS – Tyler gets it wrong  Round 3: Kaycee vs. Brett – Kaycee gets it wrong Round 4: Haleigh vs. Faysal – Faysal gets it wrong Round 5: Brett vs. Scottie – Brett got it right Round 6: Haleigh vs. RS – Haleigh gets it right  Round 7: Brett vs. JC – Brett gets it wrong  Round 8: Haleigh vs. JC – Haleigh gets it right! Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Was the Recast Twist Used?

Julie Chen always says to “Expect the unexpected” when it comes to twists on Big Brother.  The celebrity edition of the hit series is no different, and we picked up with Shannon Elizabeth’s big win becoming a big question mark.  That was because one houseguest had the power to overthrow her as Head of Household if they had the right swag in their golden bag.  “Normally, I give my gift bags to my housekeeper because it’s full of crap, but this one I might actually want,” said Brandi with a grin. This woman is not pleasant.  The women worried that their grip on power in the house was drawing to a close, so they reeled Ross Matthews into their alliance.  For those keeping score at home, a 7-person alliance almost never works. But maybe the women and Ross can prove otherwise.  In a surprising turn of events, Mark offered Shannon to be a pawn, and that made things a whole lot easier for her when it came to nominating houseguests for eviction.  Metta already wanted to go home, so the ladies realized they could throw him up, and if the opportunity presented itself, they could backdoor James and send him out of the house first.  Marisa decided against using the recast twist, and it proved she did not want to get blood on her hands so early in the game. She’s one of the more analytical houseguests.  With most of the women asking to use the recast twist, it was revealed during the nominations ceremony that Keshia was the lucky victor.  But she shocked everyone when she put James and Chuck on the block. What was the point in her not putting the others up? Maybe it was to try and act like she was not in an alliance with all of the women, but it would have made so much more sense to go for Metta and Mark.  Why give Jason the opportunity to play for Veto? He’s already a threat and has clashed with multiple of the females, so why not make sure he goes home? Obviously, the women have all the votes right now, but much can change in a few days in the house. James is going to manipulate his way off the block. Aside from the gameplay, Omarosa and Ross had a tearful chat about the White House. Omarosa confirmed that she would never vote for Trump again and that everyone should be worried about his power.  Things took an explosive turn when Keshia asked about the White House, and good old O thought she was being confronted by someone.  Omarosa brought up Keshia supporting Bill Cosby during his multitude of sexual assault cases, and well, both women retreated.  We are just two episodes in, and the cracks are already starting to form.  Who do you think will be evicted first?  Hit the comments below.  Click below to find out what happens next.  View Slideshow: Celebrity Big Brother Spoilers: Who Is Going Home?!

Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Was the Recast Twist Used?

Kylie Jenner: Stormi Webster Photo Most-Liked in Instagram History

As pretty much everyone on the planet knows at this point, Kylie Jenner gave birth to her baby girl . On Sunday, she shared that beautiful news with her fans. On Tuesday, Kylie revealed her daughter’s name on Instagram. That post is now the most-liked photo on Instagram. Which means that Kylie just beat Beyonce . Let that sink in. Yes, Kylie’s daughter is named Stormi Webster. (Yes, whatever jokes just came to your mind, Twitter’s comments on Stormi Webster have them covered) Kylie revealed her sweet little baby’s first name in the captions of her Instagram post, accompanied by this photo. She later edited that caption to reveal Stormi’s last name . Some fans were surprised, thinking that Stormi’s last name would either be Jenner like her mother’s or Scott for Travis Scott, the baby daddy. But Travis Scott is just a stage name — Jacques Webster is his real name. So his daughter’s name is Stormi Webster. With a post this popular, any screenshot is out of date within seconds. That is already beyond the 11,242,823 likes that Beyonce’s pregnancy announcement photo had when that screenshot was taken. The gap isn’t narrow — it’s by the millions, and growing with every moment that passes. Beyonce is one of the biggest stars in the world and she was pregnant with twins. How, some wonder, did Kylie outpace her so quickly in Instagram likes? Part of that, of course, is that Kylie withheld new material for months and months and months. Fans were starving, and suddenly blessed with a cute baby photo. The other part is that, quite frankly, Kylie’s demographic is youth-oriented and it’s Kylie’s core fans who are most likely to be active on Instagram. Yes, even more likely than Beyonce’s core fans who are really only a few years older. We still haven’t gotten a full photo of sweet baby Stormi. Although Kylie has spent half of her life in the spotlight and is therefore extra sensitive to the burdens of fame, she’s not likely to keep Stormi hidden away forever. Instead, Kylie will probably share a real baby photo when she feels that the time is right. (Or maybe when Stormi looks up to it — sometimes, newborns are born covered in baby acne or otherwise need a few days to … well, cool off after being in the oven, so to speak) The question is … will that inevitable picture get more likes than this one? Honestly? Who knows. And though branding is almost second nature to Kylie, we suspect that this isn’t really on her mind. She’s reportedly eager to get back to her regular life — except, you know, she’s a mom now, so even with all of the paid help in the world, her life will never be the same again. On some level, though, she’ll always be preoccupied with her daughter. We don’t just mean now, when Stormi is a newborn and most likely to need her. Parents remain preoccupied with thoughts of their children … well, for life. View Slideshow: Kylie Jenner Gives Birth, Reveals Shocking Pregnancy Secrets & Photos
