Big Brother Recap: Did Haleigh Manage to Save Bayleigh?

Another eviction rocked the house on Thursday, and for the first time in a good few years, all the drama came in the lead up to the eviction.  We picked up right after the veto meeting, and Bayleigh was furious that she had been wrongfully outed as the hacker.  She made her way into the bedroom to start packing her belongings, presumably because she knew there was a bigger plan in play, and that she was going to be taken out of the game.  After that, she confronted Tyler and said that she trusted him and now she’s on the block. Tyler wanted to steer clear of her, however.  Bayleigh was blindsided. She opened up about wanting to keep her power for another week out of respect for Angela. She liked her as a person but felt like she stuck the knife in at the first opportunity.  Haleigh then felt bad about being the hacker and opened up to Bayleigh about it. Bayleigh was mad, but she respected Haleigh for trying to make a move to take out a bigger target.  Meanwhile, Angela was in the diary room acting like she was the best at the game because she managed to get Bayleigh up on the block.  She even went as far as claiming that she would jump under a bus for Tyler. Yes, that’s how sad her game has become of late.  At the house meeting, Haleigh confirmed she was the person who hacked the game and opened up about Tyler meeting with Bayleigh about getting Angela put up as the replacement nominee.  Tyler denied it, but the argument went nuclear with Tyler and Bay getting into a heated exchange that found Bay leaving the room with a burst lip.  No, we’re not saying anybody lifted their hands. Bay was shouting so much that she burst her gum with her teeth.  At the eviction, the hacker took Tyler’s ability to vote away.  Kaycee votes to evict: Bayleigh  Brett votes to evict: Bayleigh  Faysal votes to evict: Bayleigh Scottie votes to evict: Bayleigh  Haleigh votes to evict: Bayleigh  Sam votes to evict: RS JC votes to evict: Bayleigh Bayleigh was evicted by a vote of 6-1! The HOH competition was a knock-out one that allowed the winner of each round to pick the next two competitors.  Round 1: Sam vs. JC – JC gets it right Round 2: Tyler vs. RS – Tyler gets it wrong  Round 3: Kaycee vs. Brett – Kaycee gets it wrong Round 4: Haleigh vs. Faysal – Faysal gets it wrong Round 5: Brett vs. Scottie – Brett got it right Round 6: Haleigh vs. RS – Haleigh gets it right  Round 7: Brett vs. JC – Brett gets it wrong  Round 8: Haleigh vs. JC – Haleigh gets it right! Allah Take The Wheel: Bible-Thumpin’ Florida Pastor Popped For Felony After Attempting To Burn 2,998 Qurans In Retaliation For 9/11!

That’s “retaliation”??? SMH Pastor Terry Jones Arrested For Trying To Burn 2,998 Qurans Via USNews The controversial Florida Pastor Terry Jones was arrested Wednesday in Polk County, Fla., before he could burn almost 3,000 Qurans. The county’s Board of County Commissioners had denied on Tuesday Jones’s request for a permit to burn 3,000 Qurans — the holy book of Islam — in a local park to mark the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. Jones was arrested on felony charges after a traffic stop, a spokeswoman for the Polk County Sheriff’s Office said. According to NBC Miami, Jones was riding in a pickup truck with kerosene-soaked Qurans inside the truck bed. Additional bottles of kerosene were found in the truck bed. He faces charges of unlawfully transporting fuel and openly carrying a firearm, NBC Miami reported. Jones’s website said he wanted to burn 2,998 Qurans at 5 p.m. “in memory of the 2,998 victims of Islamic jihad who were murdered on September 11th, 2001.” Jones, 61, is a pastor of Dove World Outreach Center. Congratulations: Kim Zolciak And Kroy Finally Confirm They Are Expecting Twins

Double the bundle …double the fun. Kim Zolciak Expecting Twins According to US Magazine Set two extra places at the table, because Kim Zolciak is having twins! The Real Housewives of Atlanta star will be having not one, but two bundles of joy with her fifth pregnancy, a source confirms to Us Weekly (E! was the first to break the news). “Kim is having a lot of anxiety about her pregnancy, she’s completely changed her ways,” the source tells Us. “She’s reached out to some nutritionists and other specialists about staying healthy as of recent.” Earlier this year, the reality star — who is already mother to sons KJ, 2, and Kash, 12 months, with husband Kroy Biermann, as well as daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from a previous relationship — shared a photo of her very pregnant belly in sweats, captioning the snap, “You asked for it … here is my baby bump this morning!” Zolciak confirmed the pregnancy during a June 25 episode of her Bravo spinoff series Don’t Be Tardy after Us Weekly first broke the news earlier that month. “Pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant, pregnant,” she read off the results from several at-home pregnancy tests to her footballer husband, 27. “Kroy, we have not one negative test.” Her pregnancy comes just nine months after the birth of Kash, who was born just 14 months after big brother KJ. “How exciting is that, love muffin?” she exclaimed as she hugged the Atlanta Falcons player. “You did it again, lovey … Are you excited, love muffin? It must be the athlete sperm.” Zolciak, 35, “loves being pregnant,” another source told Us in June. “She really wants a little girl.” Kim will be poppin’out Kroy’s seeds until she is 60. Congratz again.

Random Ridiculousness: Hacker Tells Mark Zuckerberg Facebook’s Security Is Lax By Writing On The Founder’s Private Timeline

Well, this is embarrassing. Man Hacks Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook Page According to The NY Post Mark Zuckerberg had his Facebook page broken into because the tech company’s own security team ignored a benevolent hacker. Writing in broken English, Palestinian hacker Khalil Shreateh twice contacted Facebook’s security team to tell them about the bug, which allowed him to post on a user’s timeline even if they weren’t accepted friends. In theory, Shreateh should have been blocked from posting through one of Facebook’s highly touted new security features that gives users the ability to filter who can post messages on their timelines. Shreateh found a way around Facebook’s defenses but the company’s security team said that his method was “not a bug” according to the hacker’s blog post, as reported by tech blog Gizmodo. Frustrated by the lack of response, Shreateh showed the power of his find by posting on Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg’s timeline. “Dear Mark Zuckerberg,” Shreateh’s post began, “First sorry for breaking your privacy and post to your wall, I has no other choice to make after all the reports i sent to Facebook team.” Shreateh then went on to explain his two failed attempts to work with Facebook’s white hat security team — who pay hackers a minimum of $500 to find problems with the social network’s site. “i appreciate your time reading this and getting some one from your company team to contact me,” Shreateh wrote to end his message to Zuckerberg. Someone from Facebook did get in contact with Shreateh but the hacker didn’t get the $500 reward the company promises to hackers. Instead, Facebook temporarily shut down Shreateh’s Facebook page “as a precaution” and told the hacker that his previous messages did not contain enough technical information to prove that he had indeed hacked the site. Adding insult to injury, Facebook’s security team told Shreate: “We are unfortunately not able to pay you for this vulnerability because your actions violated our Terms of Service. We do hope, however, that you continue to work with us to find vulnerabilities in the site.” Incensed, Shreateh wrote on his blog, calling “bulls–t” on Facebook’s security team by creating a YouTube video proving his hack worked. View the video here . His page may have been hacked, but his bread wasn’t. If we had his money, we wouldn’t be pressed.

Chinese hired Blaster worm hackers

Wikileaks reveals scary security stories By Nick Farrell Tue Dec 07 2010, 09:42 THE WIKILEAKS LEAKS have shown that Chinese security firms with ties to the Chinese military hired the hacker group responsible for the original Blaster worm. According to the Guardian US diplomats have also discovered that the security firms have access to the source code of Microsoft Windows to assist them breaking it. In a US State Department daily security briefing of June 29, 2009, Topsec of Beijing had employed Lin Yong, aka “Lion,” the hacker served as a senior security service engineer to “manage security service and training”. Topsec, China's largest security vendor, provides training and support service for the People's Liberation Army. Apparently all this information was not that secret as it had been sourced to an interview in state-run media with the firm's founder and chairman, He Weidong. Another company, Venustech employed a hacking group called Xfocus, which reportedly was responsible for crafting the original Blaster worm in mid-2003. The US thinks that ties between government-backed companies and hackers is part of China's nationally-funded “network attack scientific research project”. What is strange is that both outfits have links to Microsoft and have signed agreements with the Vole to give them access to Windows' source code.

Wired, Wikileaks and the Hacker-Journalist Complex [Wikileaks]

On June 6th, Wired.com published a report that military intelligence analyst Bradley Manning had been arrested for allegedly leaking the famous 2007 Apache helicopter attack video to Wikileaks. Now Wikileaks and others are questioning Wired’s involvement in the story. More

Watch: Michael Jackson’s Kids Let Loose in YouTube Videos

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Michael Jackson went through great lengths to hide his children from the public spotlight, so it’s understandable that his family is furious about them starring in a string of videos posted on YouTube. The bulk of the videos star his 8-year-old son Blanket, who acts out movie scenes, dances, and shares some imaginative tales. Jackson’s 12-year-old daughter, Paris, also appears in a few clips, one of which she simply says: “Monkey, please help.” “We don’t know who [the hacker] was, but we’re trying to find out,” family patriarch Joe Jackson tells AOL’s PopEater, adding the family “doesn’t want the videos on YouTube.”
