Game of Thrones Spoilers: Is This Really How It Ends?

There's no other way to say this, other than to be as clear as we can be: Do not scroll down any further if you do not want to be spoiled about the way Game of Thrones concludes. We mean it. And we love page views here at The Hollywood Gossip, so we'd never say this unless it was true and urgent and necessary. Earlier this week, however, a lengthy post on the r/gottheories subreddit was quickly banned by moderators “due to multiple reports that it is likely from a leak.” Still, however, this banning took place long after plenty of readers had stumbled upon the theory — which does sound like far more than a theory. At the very least, this sounds like a plausible way for the series to end. Can we guarantee it? No. But you should stop reading right now if you do not want to read through a bunch of seemingly legitimate Game of Thrones spoilers. Okay? Got it? You've been warned. Here we go… 1. Remember What Emilia Clarke Said on Jimmy Kimmel Live? “Find the biggest TV you can,” said the actress behind the Mother of Dragons, telling the host Episode 5 is even more “insane” than any that aired before it. 2. And Now Maybe We Know Why According to this Reddit post, Arya, the Hound, and Jaime Lannister all infiltrate King’s Landing through the sewers in Episode 5 — and Jaime is imprisoned in the Red Keep. 3. Poor Varys At Dragonstone, meanwhile, Daenerys realizes that Varys plans to betray her. 4. YIKES! So Dany puts Varys and Tyrion on trial, leading to Varys being burned alive … while Tyrion is spared. 5. Sansa vs. Dany Dany also discovers that it was Sansa who revealed Jon’s true identity, setting up their conflict on the series finale. 6. To the Possible Rescue During the Battle of King’s Landing, Yara Greyjoy’s fleet joins in the fight. View Slideshow

Jersey Shore Recap: The Wrath of Jen Harley

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation did not kick off on Thursday night by playing the theme music from Jaws. But it might as well have. When we last left off these drinking buddies, they were preparing for the arrival of Jen Harley, who Ronnie invited to hang out despite the fact that she had (allegedly) just dragged him down the road from a car . (NOTE: This episode was filmed months ago, prior to the latest assault accusations against Harley .) Moreover, the last time Harley was part of the group, she (allegedly) got physical with Ronnie and got thrown out of Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. So, as you might expect, tension was running a bit high for her arrival in Jersey. The stars were out to dinner when she got to Atlantic City. After she delivered a few casual side hugs to everyone at the table, there was a whole lot of awkward silence untill JWOWW broke it hilariously by uttering: “Your mug shot — you look hot!” We’re not sure if we agree (see below), but the ice-breaking line worked and dinner commenced without incident. Following the meal, the team got all ready to watch DJ Pauly D do his thing. They were all staying at Harrah’s, but a Caesars Group hotel rep showed up and asked to speak to both Ronnie and Jen. As it turns out, the latter was banned from all Caesars Group properties due to her actions in Sin City, but she was permitted to remain on the premises after she and Ronnie convinced the rep everything would remain calm. “We’ve been going through anger management and therapy on our own,” Jen said. Ronnie told his pals that the issue had to do with Jen forgetting her ID, although no one believes him. But whatever. It was off to the club to have some fun! And for the real drama to begin. While enjoying Pauly D’s performance, the group was dancing and laughing and drinking and having such a great time that they almost forgot how dysfunctional Ronnie and Jen could be. Correction: How dysfunctional they always are. Jen got wasted, Ronnie told her to stop drinking and then the following exchange occurred: And, with that, Jen was gone. Elsewhere on the episode, Angelina Pivarnick opened up to JWoww, Deena Cortese and The Situations’s fiancee, Lauren, at brunch. The topic? Her abusive upbringing. “My dad and me — we’re like — we’re decent,” Angelina said, adding in detail: “My childhood was not easy. Our parents didn’t have a good relationship. My father was a cheater. He was an abusive father. He was never a father to me growing up as a kid. “He met my mother in court because my father was always in and out of jail. “When I was born, my father was in jail. He only had me because it was gonna give him a lesser jail sentence, so he was like, ‘Oh, lemme have a daughter with a woman that I don’t even love.'” Wow, huh? Heavy, heavy stuff. Lauren attempted to suggest that perhaps this was simply Angelina’s “perspective” on the situation, but Angelina maintained that’s “exactly” what her father told her. “Hearing from Angelina her daddy issues is heartbreaking ’cause it makes sense as to why she’s very codependent,” JWOWW told cameras. “I feel really bad for how I treated Angelina and for how I judged her.” So while one relationship took another turn for the crazy and dangerous, at least another one was maybe salvaged this week. We’ll leave you on that positive note.

Grey’s Anatomy Recap: Who Returned?

Thursday’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy featured Teddy coming out of hiding, Jackson’s return, medical mysteries, and all the relationship drama we’ve come to expect from this soapy ABC drama.  If you watch Grey’s Anatomy online , you know that Teddy has been in hiding ever since she told Maggie about her pregnancy on Grey’s Anatomy Season 15 Episode 1 .  With Meredith in the know thanks to Maggie’s loose lips, she aimed to help Teddy because she knew she was suffering because Owen and Amelia were back together.  In one of the series’ most comical openings to date, Meredith found Teddy at a park in a huge lie, and before we knew it, the pair were making cookies in Meredith’s kitchen.  Teddy admitted that she as initially prepared to tell Owen about her status as an expectant mother, but then she realized he was sleeping with the enemy.  The enemy in this instance is, of course, Amelia. But that was too much for Meredith to handle, so the surgeon asked her pal whether there was any way she and Owen could raise their child together amicably.  “I hate him so much, I wanna smash his face in!” Teddy yelled as she bashed some cookie dough.  But by the end of the installment, she admitted that she loved Owen and that she didn’t want to come between him and Amelia if they were in a good place.  Teddy felt like Owen would ditch Amelia in the name of being a stand-up guy, but Meredith refuted that, saying that he will do the right thing, whatever that means.  While Teddy was chatting through her issues with Meredith, Owen and Amelia were loitering outside Betty’s school to make sure she was not doing drugs or cutting classes.  It allowed them to chat about the past, and finally get on the same page as each other in terms of where they stand with each other.  It’s just a shame that will all fall apart when the baby bombshell drops.  Back at the hospital, Jackson returned with a patient from abroad to perform a complicated surgery, and he was desperately trying to win Maggie back.  But his girlfriend was less than enthused about it, and it took him saving a young boy’s life for her to realize she needs him in her life.  As for Jackson, the crisis of faith seemed to subside thanks to his brainwave that helped save the young boy’s life.  Was there really hope for this couple?  Meanwhile, Bailey and Jo tried to help a woman who wanted Meredith Grey to go through the process of elimination to find out what condition she had.  After giving up, the woman consumed a sandwich, and they realized the problem only occurred when she consumed food, so they cured her.  What are your thoughts on the latest installment? Hit the comments below.  Grey’s Anatomy continues Thursday on ABC.  View Slideshow: Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers: It’s About to Go DOWN in Season 15

Sarah Drew Had a Problem with Her Grey’s Anatomy Exit

Can Sarah Drew be honest for a few minutes? Can she just go ahead and keep it real for a moment? Okay, great. The actress really appreciates it. As you very likely know by now, Drew was let go from Grey’s Anatomy in March, about two months before the end of Season 14. She had starred as Dr. April Kepner for years and was considered a fan favorite, which is why both Drew and millions of viewers out there felt blindsided by ABC’s decision . While producers have not come out and said it, both Drew and Jessica Capshaw were not brought back to the series for budgetary reasons. This is the assumption most fans have been making at least. As for how April was written off the drama? Her storyline wrapped up for good up when she got married to former fiance Matthew Taylor and left Seattle. And now Drew has spoken out for the first time about whether she thinks April received a proper send-off. “In the moment it felt rushed, to be perfectly honest,” the actress told Entertainment Tonight about her depature, adding: “I felt like it wasn’t really earned because we just didn’t get enough time. We [had] like a scene together that whole season and hadn’t seen each other for four years before that. “I would’ve liked to have actually grown their relationship to a point where it felt earned for them to get married.” That’s a very fair point. It’s reasonable to wonder how far in advance ABC made the choice not to bring Drew back for Season 15. Still, Drew wants to make it clear: She isn’t really complaining. She’s grateful for her time on the show and she can even see how her character’s closing arc made a special kind of sense. “In hindsight, I think there is something beautifully redemptive that goes along with April’s return to faith and rebirth,” she told ET, continuing as follows: “The person that she hurt the most in her life was the man she left at the altar, and the redemption story comes full circle in the reconciliation between the two of them. Even in the darkest and the most painful of relationship experiences, there can still be healing and hope and love and joy, so there was something about that that I could totally get behind. “I just wish we’d had a little more time to play it out. Finally, while Drew has moved on (she’s currently starring in a movie called Indivisble ), she isn’t bitter toward producers or anything. Heck, she’d likely make a return to Grey’s Anatomy if the opportunity ever presented itself. “I’ll never say never because they are my family. I still love everyone over there,” she said when ths topic was broached, concluding: “I love that community and I still have such an incredible space in my heart for everyone over there, but I really do feel like, because of how it went down, I really had to part ways with April. “I just had to. “There was no way for me to live in a space of possibility of her returning and also be healthy in my letting go of all of it, so I really have said goodbye to her.” View Slideshow: Grey’s Anatomy Spoilers: It’s About to Go DOWN in Season 15

Derick Dillard Makes Jill Duggar Sit Through Law School Class, Calls It a Date

Most people have been on a horrendous date or two in their lives. Maybe the guy conveniently left his wallet at home, or you made reservations at a steakhouse before finding out your date’s a vegetarian. But no matter how many boring or awkward nights you’ve been forced to endure, you can probably say that no one ever forced you to find a babysitter just so you can sit next to them during a class or tort reform or some similarly boring BS. The photo above was posted on Derick Dillard’s Instagram page on Wednesday. He captioned the pic: “Glad my favorite study buddy @jillmdillard was able to come to class yesterday! You’ve gotta find alone time (no kids) whenever you can! Thanks @jessaseewald for babysitting!” Yes, Derick Dillard is in law school these days, and since men of the Duggar clan don’t do anything without the help of their women, he apparently brings Jill to class with him. Because every harried stay-at-home mom who homeschools her kids dreams of getting a night off so that she can sit there and take notes for her husband. Commenters on the pic were understandably curious as to why in the hell Derick would drag Jill along on such an incredibly lame “date.” The most likely answer, of course, is that Jesus instructed him to bore the hell out of his wife. As you may recall Derick has claimed that God wants him to go to law school . Presumably, this is so that he can fight for school children to be taught that the Earth is 6,000 years old and Jesus invented the AR-15 while feeding his brontosaurus. Anyway, Duggar men are taught from a young age that God wants them to be obscenely wealthy and if they’re faithful enough, he’ll set them on the path to fame and fortune. (Kind of goes against the many passages in the Bible in which Jesus condemns those who amass large amounts of wealth, but that’s a conversation for another time.) Conversely, Duggar women are told that their role in life is to be submissive and do as they’re told. Their purpose on this planet, according to the Duggars’ brand of fundamentalism, is to help their husbands get rich. And so, if Derick wants Jill to help him take notes in class, she would likely see that as her divinely-ordained duty. So we guess that her date nights will look a lot like this for the next few years. Hopefully, she’ll be able to hold onto that fake smile. Modern Family to Kill Off Major Character on Season 10

Some may say that Modern Family is the funniest show on television. But there will be nothing funny about one of the upcoming storylines on Season 10 of the beloved ABC program. According to co-creator Christopher Lloyd, the first half of the upcoming season will feature a significant character death. That’s certainly something new for the series. “We’re handling some bigger life events in this season,” Lloyd told Entertainment Weekly today, adding as a tease: “We do deal with a death, which is certainly a topic that families have to deal with, and on television, it’s not easy to do because that’s a heavy subject. But at the same time, it would seem unusual for a family not to go through it.” As you might expect, Lloyd isn’t about to divulge the identity of the corpse. But he does say that it will “significant character on the series” and the death “will be a moving event – and an event that has repercussions across several episodes.” Modern Family stars Ed O’Neill, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Ariel Winter, Sarah Hyland, Rico Rodriguez, Nolan Gould and Aubrey Anderson-Emmon. It has maintained the same cast throughout its duration on the air. It also set a record by winning five straight Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy Awards. The sitcom is heading into its final contractual season, meaning this very well could be the show’s final season. Lloyd, however, hopes this won’t be the case. “There’s goodwill on both sides to make it happen, but there’s also complicated matters that have to get worked through, and there’s a time constraint on it, because we can’t have it take too long,” he says.  “I’m hoping that that doesn’t make the whole thing go away, but I think there’s a decent chance we’ll see it happen.” Lloyd continued as follows: “From our standpoint creatively we’ve gotten excited writing this season and changing the lives of the characters – some in a significant way – and it’s made us think, ‘Wow, there’s a lot to explore in the lives of these characters.’ “They’re in many ways such different characters than they were five or 10 years ago when we started and they’re just as interesting and just as funny. So our standpoint was, ‘Well, if we can do another season, we may as well.’ “I’m hoping that we have some news on that [soon], and if it winds up that we tried and just couldn’t make it work, we will have a great final season for sure.” Modern Family Season 10 premieres on Wednesday, September 26 at 9/8c. Our best guess is that Phil’s father, played by the amazing Fred Willard, is the one who kicks the proverbial bucket. As for what else fans can expect from upcoming episodes? He told EW the following: “There is a significant change in the dynamics of the family that people maybe thought was going to happen at some point down the line that is happening sooner than expected.”

Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Was the Recast Twist Used?

Julie Chen always says to “Expect the unexpected” when it comes to twists on Big Brother.  The celebrity edition of the hit series is no different, and we picked up with Shannon Elizabeth’s big win becoming a big question mark.  That was because one houseguest had the power to overthrow her as Head of Household if they had the right swag in their golden bag.  “Normally, I give my gift bags to my housekeeper because it’s full of crap, but this one I might actually want,” said Brandi with a grin. This woman is not pleasant.  The women worried that their grip on power in the house was drawing to a close, so they reeled Ross Matthews into their alliance.  For those keeping score at home, a 7-person alliance almost never works. But maybe the women and Ross can prove otherwise.  In a surprising turn of events, Mark offered Shannon to be a pawn, and that made things a whole lot easier for her when it came to nominating houseguests for eviction.  Metta already wanted to go home, so the ladies realized they could throw him up, and if the opportunity presented itself, they could backdoor James and send him out of the house first.  Marisa decided against using the recast twist, and it proved she did not want to get blood on her hands so early in the game. She’s one of the more analytical houseguests.  With most of the women asking to use the recast twist, it was revealed during the nominations ceremony that Keshia was the lucky victor.  But she shocked everyone when she put James and Chuck on the block. What was the point in her not putting the others up? Maybe it was to try and act like she was not in an alliance with all of the women, but it would have made so much more sense to go for Metta and Mark.  Why give Jason the opportunity to play for Veto? He’s already a threat and has clashed with multiple of the females, so why not make sure he goes home? Obviously, the women have all the votes right now, but much can change in a few days in the house. James is going to manipulate his way off the block. Aside from the gameplay, Omarosa and Ross had a tearful chat about the White House. Omarosa confirmed that she would never vote for Trump again and that everyone should be worried about his power.  Things took an explosive turn when Keshia asked about the White House, and good old O thought she was being confronted by someone.  Omarosa brought up Keshia supporting Bill Cosby during his multitude of sexual assault cases, and well, both women retreated.  We are just two episodes in, and the cracks are already starting to form.  Who do you think will be evicted first?  Hit the comments below.  Click below to find out what happens next.  View Slideshow: Celebrity Big Brother Spoilers: Who Is Going Home?!
