Florida Man Tries To Chew Off Finger Prints Inside Police Patrol Car Desperate times call for desperate measures… Via USAToday A Florida man attempted to chew off his fingerprints while in a patrol car to avoid being identified by the police. On Thursday, Lee County Sheriff detectives noticed a 2015 Mercedes that had been reported stolen and after stopping the vehicle, they found the driver, Kenzo Roberts, was using a fake ID, had a concealed firearm and possessed three fraudulent credit cards. Surveillance video shows Roberts unsuccessfully trying to bite off his own fingerprints while in the backseat of the patrol car. Texas Cop Slam Drunken Woman Unconscious After Resisting Arrest Another day, another citizen assaulted by the state… Via NYDailyNews A Texas cop threw a drunken woman to the ground, knocking her unconscious when her head hit the pavement, as the DWI suspect’s daughter screamed “mommy, mommy!” and ran over to help, according to witnesses and cell phone video. The violent takedown stunned bystanders outside a Round Rock strip mall, though the city’s police chief, who had seen patrol car dash camera footage of the incident, defended Officer Ben Johnson. Police say Viviana Keith, who was clearly intoxicated in multiple public places and then drove drunk with her 6-year-old daughter in the car, was resisting arrest. “The officer was very professional, was talking to her calm, he wasn’t excited, he wasn’t angry,” Banks told KVUE-TV. “It’s unfortunate, the fact that this lady did what appears to hit her head and was knocked unconscious, but I’ll tell you, the officer did what he was supposed to do in a situation like that.” THAT’S what he “was supposed to do”?! Florida Man Impersonated Cop But Pulls Over Police Officer A Florida man is charged with falsely impersonating an officer and unlawfully using police insignia after he allegedly tried to pull over a pair of detectives. Via NBC 2 reports: John Arthur Benedict, 69, was arrested on Saturday. He had been driving a white, Ford Crown Victoria with strobe lights, a spot light and “police interceptor” markings that were “consistent with an official unmarked law enforcement patrol vehicle,” according to a Lee County Sheriff’s Office incident report. The report says that the undercover detectives – one of which who was off-duty – were in an unmarked Lee County Sheriff’s Office SUV on Palm Beach Boulevard in Fort Myers when they saw a Crown Victoria behind them. They thought it was law enforcement, according to the report, which says the Crown Victoria followed them closely and then activated lights. “[The detective] who was driving pulled into the right hand lane to stop for the law enforcement officer,” the report notes. But as the detective pulled over he noticed the vehicle was actually not law enforcement and it continued to drive east into a supermarket parking lot. The detective followed the vehicle into the parking lot and made contact with Benedict – asking him if he was law enforcement, according to the redacted report that doesn’t show exactly how Benedict may have responded to them. We spoke briefly on Monday with Benedict by phone. He said he has never done this before and described the incident as a “senior moment.” The detectives detained Benedict until other law enforcement arrived. Benedict told authorities that he bought the “police interceptor” logo and installed it because he thought the vehicle was police edition, according to the report. His son and ex-wife arrived on the scene and authorities say they were told by the ex-wife that Benedict had been arrested in another state before for impersonating an officer, according to the arrest report. SMH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris Brown Tied to Identity Theft … as the Victim!

Once again, Chris Brown finds himself in the middle of a criminal investigation, but this time, the troubled star is the victim for a refreshing change. When Brown was jailed for getting kicked out of rehab back in April, he was taken across the country to Washington D.C. for his assault charge case. He spent the better part of a few months in jail early last year, as you may recall, but this bizarre ID theft allegedly happened when he was in transit. Before officials put Chris Brown on Con Air , one of his first stops was the San Bernardino County (Calif.) Jail, where he stayed for around a day. Even for brief stays, procedure requires a photo ID created for the inmate, and when the R&B singer moved on, that identification was left behind. Eight or nine months went by until this week, when the prison ID showed up online , on sale for $10,000. Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, went ballistic. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Dept. launched an investigation, tracing the ID to someone in the area. Police seized it and grilled the suspect. The guy denied stealing it, playing the old “got it from a friend who got it from a friend” card. Police are still unclear how the thing got out of custody. An investigation is ongoing. Ironically, but not shockingly, Chris may have another of these photos taken any day now after his probation was revoked again .

Crack Kills: Florida Woman Dies After Smuggling Rocks And A Glass Pipe In Her Box During Arrest

Drugs are bad, m’kay? A Florida woman is dead after stashing crack in her… crack. According to BayNews9 reports : A woman found with a crack pipe hidden in a body cavity after her arrest on drug charges Dec. 16 died Monday night, a week after going into medical distress, Polk County authorities said. An autopsy will be conducted on April Rollison, 31, who was one of four people arrested together on drug charges, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. A body scan at the jail revealed two “foreign bodies” in Rollison’s vaginal area, and she was taken to Bartow Regional Medical Center to have them removed, deputies said. While Rollison was in a private room, a nurse and deputy saw her with a prescription bottle in her hand containing two grams of crack cocaine and a white substance, later identified as cocaine, investigators said. Rollison was examined, and a glass crack cocaine pipe was removed from her vagina. She was medically cleared and taken back to the jail for booking, authorities said. But when she arrived back to booking, she went into medical distress. She was taken back to the hospital and remained in critical condition until dying Monday night, investigators said. Preliminary tests on Rollison were positive for methamphetamine, amphetamine, cocaine and cannabis, the sheriff’s office said. She is suspected of ingesting cocaine. Family members told investigators Rollison had been using drugs since about 12 and they had not had contact with her in about two years. Before her death, Rollison was charged with possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. The sheriff’s office said she has had numerous drug charges. All bad… Crazy that they can even say how much was in the prescription bottle but they couldn’t stop her from taking it. This man is the real “ Felon Bae .” Female Jail Workers Suspended After Sexual Relationships With Convict Two female corrections officers in Oregon have been put on suspension after it was discovered that they have both been giving the same inmate a little locked-up loving while on-duty at the jail. Even though it appears neither knew about the other, it appears neither of these women could resist the temptation of incarcerated man-meat during their lunch breaks. Via NYDN : Unbeknownst to each other, two female jail workers were having sexual relationships with the same male prisoner in an Oregon correctional facility. Brett Robinson, 32, surrendered to authorities on Tuesday night after a grand jury indicted her on 12 counts, including six charges of sexual misconduct. Her arrest occurred a little more than a month after civilian colleague Jill Curry, 38, was busted on charges she had sexual relations with the same inmate. “They didn’t cross the line, they torched it,” Washington County Sheriff Pat Garrett told The Oregonian newspaper. He said the women’s behavior “cuts to the core of who we are.” The inmate at the center of the women’s attention is Jang-Li Delgado-Galban, a tattooed convict serving time for sexual harassment, assault, failure to register as a sex offender, tampering with a witness and unlawful use of a weapon. It wasn’t clear how long he has been sentenced to jail, the paper said. Authorities said he was considered the victim in the sexual encounters with the now-suspended jail employees. Curry faces 28 counts. She allegedly let Galban out of his cell, walked him to a supply closet and had sex with him behind its closed door, according to court documents, KPTV reported. Video cameras captured Curry doing this several times. Both women are on administrative leave pending the outcomes of their cases. What kind of behind-bars game was this dude kicking to get not just one, but TWO female officers to unlock that cell and assume the position? KPTV

Justin Bieber Egging Case: D.A. Still Dragging Feet, Unsure on Felony Charge

Justin Bieber’s egging case seems to have paralyzed the L.A. County D.A.’s office, which hasn’t filed charges against him in more than six months. Justin Bieber Neighbor Films Egg Tossing Incident The pop star allegedly hurled eggs at his neighbor’s house, causing more than $20,000 in damage in what seemed like an obvious felony case . After all, the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept. got a warrant, raided Justin’s house and found a surveillance video placing Justin at the scene of the crime. There’s also a video shot during the act in which Justin taunts the neighbor, promising more eggs … and the guy even confronted him face-to-face. The prosecutor initially in charge apparently told the victim in the Justin Bieber egging case that he recommended that his bosses file felony charges. Yet they have not done so. Officials can’t decide whether to file the case as misdemeanor or felony vandalism, the difference between them being money. If the damage exceeds $400, it’s a felony offense, according to the law, and that would certainly appear to be the case here … but still, no decision. The D.A.’s office reportedly feels it’s stuck between a rock and a hard place here: File a misdemeanor charge, appear soft on Bieber because he’s a star.  Call it a felony, look bad for trying to nail a celeb for a”stupid egging.” Both true, but they’re eventually going to have to pick one, and we’re guessing we know where the brat’s egging victim would stand on the issue.
