Sherilyn Fenn Joins Magic City: Could This Be the Return of the Famous Fenn Funbags? [PICS]

Here’s a bit of Magic City casting news that should have you pulling a magic wand out of your pants- Sherilyn Fenn will be a regular on the show’s second season. The nudity strewn gangster drama has been a constant source of skinspiration since its bush baring opening credits first rolled, and it seems like the perfect place for Ms. Fenn to break her 17-year nudity dry spell. After starting her showbiz career as a Playboy Club bunny, Sherilyn took a starmaking turn in the wooded weirdness of Twin Peaks . Her topless debut came in the 80’s horror flick The Wraith (1986), and soon after she went full frontal for the country fried romance Two Moon Junction (1988). Now 20 years after she infiltrated the Twin Peaks brothel, One-Eyed Jack’s, she’s heading back to the cat house as a former call-girl who now runs her own brothel in the second season of Magic City . Sherilyn will play Madame Renee, an ally and confidant of her main investor, Ben Diamond ( Danny Huston ). Here at Skin Central we’d be willing to pay any price for another look at those fantastic Fenn funbags. Magic City’s second season debuts in 2013, and we have only the highest of hopes for the TITanic twin peaks on Sherilyn’s chest. Scarlett Johansson Gives Good Scream In Hitchcock

Scarlett Johansson is channeling screen legend Janet Leigh in this depiction of the cult movie Psycho ‘s famous (or infamous) shower scene. Johansson is, of course, portraying Leigh’s character Marion Crane in the upcoming Oscar contender Hitchcock , which will have its world premiere as the opening night film at AFI Fest November 1st. Alfred Hitchcock (Anthony Hopkins) and his wife Alma Reville (Helen Mirren) are the focus in the Sacha Gervasi-directed feature, which is set against the backdrop of filming Hitchcock’s Psycho in 1959. Hitchcock and Reville’s marriage comes under strain due to the filmmaker’s determination to complete the film. It is hard to completely tell if Johansson is wearing a bit of lipstick to show off her pillowy lips, given the color vs. black and white comparison with the original, but a little creative license will always be at play nevertheless. Psycho became a big success despite the fact that horror was often dismissed by the Hollywood elite of the time. Janet Leigh’s scream is easily one of the most recognizable images in Hollywood history. Leigh died in October 2004 at 77. Alfred Hitchcock passed away in 1980 at age 80. Fox Searchlight, which will release Hitchcock beginning November 23rd and it will likely be an Academy Award power-house this year. [ Source: The Sun ]

By Kara Warner Kate Bosworth Photo: MTV News Those who’ve seen the trailers for “The Warrior’s Way” may be confused as to what genre the highly stylized actually fits into. Turns out there are so many things going on even the film’s stars are finding it difficult to categorize the ninja/Western-style flick. “I suppose I’ve been sort of describing it as outside the box,” Kate Bosworth told MTV News. “Even reading the screenplay was a really unique experience, and that is what really excited me about the film,” she said. “I’ve never read anything like it before, so the idea of an audience never seeing a film like that before is always an initial thrill going into making a movie.” Bosworth described the film, which opened on Friday (December 3), as a cross-culture, cross-genre extravaganza. “Visually, it’s just so beautiful,” the actress said. “You have cowboys and ninjas, and clowns and babies and Westerns, and it’s just a hodgepodge of excitement happening in this movie.” Speaking of excitement, Bosworth experienced plenty on set, particularly during her character’s fight sequences and the training required to execute them. “I would’ve liked to have had more time [training], to be totally honest with you, because this film sort of happened really quickly,” Bosworth explained. “It was sort of one of those things that you read and everyone came onboard and then you’re flying to New Zealand and training and trying to keep up, and then shooting. “I trained as much as possible, obviously, because I wanted to be prepared,” she added. “The sequences are so intricate. They’re more of a dance with the other actor than a fight, even. So it was almost like learning ballet, I think, more than martial arts.” “The Warrior’s Way” also stars Danny Huston and Korean superstar Jang Dong Gun.
