It's been three weeks since Jenelle Evans and David Eason lost custody of their kids. During that time, public opinion of the controversial couple has sunk even lower (which we didn't think was possible), while esteem for their long-suffering children has reached an all-time high. The greatest hero to emerge from this mess is David Eason's daughter Maryssa, who's been standing up to her (allegedly) abusive father for the sake of both herself and her siblings. Now, Maryssa's stepfather, Shane Rich, has spoken out for the first time in an exclusive interview with The Ashley's Reality Roundup. And you'll be glad to know that Shane basically confirms what we've all known about David for years — that he's pretty much always sucked.' Take a look at what Rich had to say:   1. David Eason Issues Insane Threats Outside Courthouse as Jenelle Begs For New Judge In Custody Case! [Updates]

Looks like it's another disastrous day in court for Jenelle Evans and David Eason. The couple arrived for day five of their custody battle Wednesday afternoon, and things got tense before they even entered the courthouse. And just like last week, David's infamous temper got the best of him at an inopportune time. It's been almost two weeks since CPS removed Jenelle and David's kids from their home, and thus far, the couple's efforts to convince a judge that they're capable and competent parents have proven woefully inadequate. In fact, it often seems that the Easons are digging themselves a deeper hole with each new day in court. Take a look at the latest developments: 1. A Deteriorating Situation Including Wednesday’s appearance, the Easons have now gone to court five times in an effort to regain custody of their children. 2. Bad Times on The Land Between them, Jenelle and David have five children, three of whom were living with them until May 13, when 2-year-old Ensley, 4-year-old Kaiser, and 11-year-old Maryssa were all removed from the home by CPS. 3. An Uphill Battle The Easons have been fighting hard to regain custody of their kids, but thus far, their efforts have been unsuccessful. 4. Going Downhill In fact, it sometimes seems they’re making their situation worse with each new hearing. 5. David Being David Today, for example, David got into a verbal altercation with a photographer outside the courthouse and threatened to have the man arrested. 6. Call Us Crazy … We’re gonna go out on a limb and guess that the photographer — who appears to have been working for TMZ, at least on a freelance basis — has a better understanding of the law in these cases than David. David Eason’s Rock Bottom: Fighting With Kids In Front of CPS, Forced to Get a Job & Sell His Guns!

The bad news just keeps on coming for Jenelle Evans and David Eason. And as usual, the controversial couple has no one but themselves to blame. In the weeks since David shot and killed Jenelle's dog, all hell has broken loose on the struggling homestead the Easons have dubbed “The Land.” First, Jenelle's son Kaiser was removed from her care . Shortly thereafter, Ensley and Maryssa Eason were removed from The Land by Child Protective Services. Now, it looks as though the authorities may be going to even greater lengths to ensure that David is unable to put his children in harm's way. Take a look: 1. The Beginning of the End In the weeks before he shot and killed the family dog in a fit of rage, David seemed to be spending more time with his kids than usual. Needless to say, those days are done. 2. Barren Land David says he killed the dog to protect his children, but investigators aren’t buying it. At this point, there are no more children living on Jenelle and David’s property. 3. Goodbye to Kai First to be removed from the property was 4-year-old Kaiser, who has reportedly been placed with his father, Nathan Griffith. 4. Escorted to Safety Next, CPS intervened on behalf of Ensley, the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, and Maryssa, David’s 11-year-old daughter from a previous relationship. 5. Whereabouts Unknown There have been conflicting reports about where Ensley and Maryssa are living at the moment. But whatever the case, it seems David’s parenting skills have not improved in the days since they were removed from his care. 6. David Eason: Off the Hook For Killing Dog Because Jenelle Evans Won’t Press Charges!

As you’ve likely heard by now, David Eason shot and killed his wife’s pet dog on Monday. It’s important to note that this was no accident, and it was no Old Yeller-style reluctant mercy-killing. No, David allegedly ignored pleas for compassion from his wife and shot the small French bulldog named Nugget to death because of the dog’s behavior. David says the dog bit his 2-year-old daughter Ensley — yet even though he’s posted about the incident extensively, he has yet to furnish anything in the way of evidence that might support this claim. And as many fans have pointed out, if David and Jenelle are planning to proceed with turning their swampy morass into a “homestead,” they may want to teach their children how to properly interact with animals. And if one of their animals simply could not be trusted to not harm the children, they should have had him re-homed. (Are you telling us with Jenelle’s millions of social media followers, she couldn’t have found a suitable home for Nugget?) The point of all this is that unless the dog badly injured Ensley — which we know did not happen — then there was no reason for David to kill him. He did so because he’s a violent psychopath, and yet once again, it looks as though he’ll avoid legal prosecution — all because of Jenelle. Yes, according to TMZ, David has been tentatively cleared of all charges. Police say they cannot proceed with an investigation without a complaint from the dog’s owner or one of the other adults living in the household. Technically, Jenelle is considered an adult, which makes her the only person who fits those descriptions. When police performed a welfare check on Ensley Monday night, David informed them that Nugget was still alive — but he refused to let them see the dog. We now know that Nugget was already dead, and while police contacted Animal Control, they say their hands are tied unless Jenelle presses charges. TMZ requested a statement and a spokesperson for the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department told the outlet that they will not respond “sensationalized media reports or social media posts.” PETA says it hopes the authorities change their minds for the sake of Jenelle and her children. “People who abuse animals typically don’t stop there.,” the organization says. Meanwhile, calls for Jenelle to be fired from Teen Mom 2 have become louder than ever on social media. For years, viewers have accused Evans of protecting an abuser, and by continuing to employ her, they argue, MTV is guilty of the same. As the situation escalates online, many are now pointing out that there’s reason to believe gun-crazy Dave has killed other pets in the past: “My belief, this is not the first time he’s killed a dog,” wrote one Twitter user. “Three dogs went “missing” in their care–Pumpkin, the designer dog bought from breeder in Texas & the stray during hurricane. Jenelle is acting sad because they were reported. #RIPNugget #RipPumpkin #EasonAnimalAbuse” We hope David and Jenelle are ready to weather the worst storm of their careers. Jenelle Evans Confirms Separation From David Eason Following Dog Killing: He’s So Cruel!

As you’ve likely heard by now, David Eason has been accused of shooting and killing Jenelle Evans’ dog , a small French bulldog named Nugget. At first, the accusation seemed too appalling to believe, even for someone with a well-documented history of violence and emotional instability like David. But earlier today, Eason admitted to shooting the dog in a shocking Instagram rant, in which he claimed Nugget was such a vicious beast that he was left with no choice. In a newly-published interview with Us Weekly , Jenelle is now confirming that David killed her dog on a whim, and she says she’s unsure if she’ll ever be able to forgive him. With the exception of 11-year-old Jace, who’s currently on a cruise with her his grandmother, we now know that all of Jenelle’s kids were home at the time of the shooting. Partially for that reason, Jenelle is “still shocked and upset” over what happened and is not currently living with David. She says Kaiser and Ensley “were inside and just got done playing” when Eason killed the dog, while Eason’s 11-year-old daughter, Maryssa  “immediately went to her bedroom and didn’t come out all night until the next day.” “Kaiser and Ensley had no idea and [haven’t] said anything about it since,” Evans says. “David and I are not on talking terms,” she tells Us . “I’m too hurt and upset at the fact he did that. It’s taking time to get over this whole situation, and it’s making me feel he’s very cruel and doesn’t have a heart on many ends.” Asked about the public uproar and the demands that she be fired from Teen Mom 2 , Jenelle says: “[I] would like for everyone to just give me my own time right now to figure things out and clear my head.” Evans has changed her relationship status on Facebook to “separated,” and a source close to the mother of three tells Us Weekly that she’s never seen Jenelle more angry at David. “They are fighting really badly right now,” says the insider. In other news, we now know that the male 911 caller who alerted police to the shooting was Jenelle’s ex Nathan Griffith. Apparently, Griffith was upset upon learning that his son, Kaiser, had been on the property during the shooting, and he requested a welfare check from the Clark County Sheriff’s Department. “The male caller referenced making sure his son was safe because his ex-fiancée’s husband shot a dog in front of him,” says one insider. Despite the concern from parents and the public, it looks as though David will be off the hook unless Jenelle presses charges , which she apparently doesn’t intend to. Larissa Lima Admits She’s "Deathly Afraid" Months Before Bloody Fight

90 Day Fiance 's biggest, baddest spinoff,  Happily Ever After?  is back  with Season 4. During the premiere, fans were alarmed by a clip of Larissa Lima taking the producers out of earshot and confessing that she fears for her safety. Now, Larissa's bestie, Carmen, has weighed in on the nightmare that Larissa was living. These days, Larissa Lima and Colt Johnson are living apart. They're divorced and are mostly, with the exception of a couple of legal conflicts, out of each other's lives. That's a relief, especially considering how their last fight ended — with Larissa's face smeared with her own blood. But Season 4 of  Happily Ever After?  was filmed before all of that went down, when they were still trying to make it work. The tension is mounting — and so is Larissa's fear. During a disturbing clip from the  90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?  premiere, Larissa is interviewed in her car. It's not so that they can enjoy the air conditioning — which Colt famously did not have. As TLC explains with a title card, it's because Larissa asked to speak away from the prying ears of Debbie and Colt. Larissa tells the producer: “I feel [deathly] afraid.” “If they hear something that I say,” Larissa fears. “My life will be hell.” “Something [is] wrong,” Larissa warns during the tense exchange. That moment, shown to viewers on Sunday night, was alarming. And now Larissa's bestie, Carmen, is weighing in via an Instagram comment. “Everyone will see how terrified she looks that day,” Carmen points out. She remarks that “even makeup could not hide her expression.” “She called me 4 times before this interview,” Carmen reveals. With the benefit of hindsight, Carmen wishes that Larissa had done more than call. “it is a pitty she didn't leave this house right there,” Carmen expresses. We can all agree with that. When another commenter, not realizing who Carmen is, demanded to know why Carmen was saying this, she explained. “I'm her friend,” Carmen writes. “She lives in my house.” It's true. Here's a photo of the two women standing together earlier this year. It's no mystery why Larissa was afraid. See, Larissa is loud and emotional. Part of that is inherent to who she is, while part of it may be cultural. Colt likes to try to present a calm demeanor, but many fans who find him “creepy” are picking up odd quirks in his behavior. Clearly, Colt and Larissa have had some nasty confrontations. On January 10 of this year, their final fight resulted in this: After this, Colt told police that Larissa had inflicted the wounds upon herself and had her arrested. But Carmen has previously stated that she has photos dating back from earlier in the marriage — evidence that this was not the first time Larissa was hurt. What we're seeing on Happily Ever After? right now took place before Colt's cheating scandal or their bloody, scary fight. Larissa was still trying to make it work, which was why they attended therapy together. And fans will get to see some of that play out on screen. We're just glad that everyone seems safe these days.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar: Did They Accidentally Announce ANOTHER Pregnancy?!

It’s time to pull out your iPhones and open up that nifty calculator app, folks.  This is not a drill — get these suckers ready for some serious math I am about to throw your way because there may be another pregnant Duggar!  And it may have been Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s fault for revealing the news!  After Josh and Anna Duggar revealed to Instagram on April 26th that they’re expecting their sixth child , Jim Bob and Michelle left a questionable message in the comment section.   The two included their five other kiddos (Michael, 7, Meredith, 3, Marcus, 5, Mason, 1, and Mackynize, 9) to help with their exciting announcement as Anna kept the caption sweet and simple.  “As we watch our children grow and thrive — we look forward to baby six joining us this fall!” she wrote.  And while fans celebrated the news, many were surprised and well, a tad flustered thanks to Jim Bob and Michelle. The couple — who birthed 19 kids together — congratulated Anna and Josh in the comment section, noting that they now have 16 grandkids in total!  Hold up… that’s just not right.  Considering the actual number is 15 (even taking into account the current pregnancies), fans are totally convinced that another baby announcement will soon be underway.  Yep, it seems Michelle and Jim Bob just leaked some major news.  Or maybe they just mistyped or miscalculated?  Either way, nice going, you two!  “We are so happy for Josh and Anna, expecting their 6th child and our 16th grandchild!” the couple wrote in a joint statement.  But let’s double check their math, shall we?  Anna Duggar rings in with 5 children + 1 pregnancy. Kendra Duggar offers us 1 baby + 1 more pregnancy.  We are at 8, people. Keep up! Jinger Duggar and Joy-Anna Duggar tie for last place with 1 child. As Jessa Duggar gives us 2 kids + 1 pregnancy.   Oh, and we can’t forget about Jill Duggar’s 2 little ones.  All together that puts us at, yep, 15!  Fans are absolutely losing it over the meaning of number 16.  Some people think Joy and Abbie Duggar are likely shoo-ins, while others think Michelle just can’t keep her family straight.  “I think it’s a toss up between Joy and Abbie for the next pregnancy announcement,” someone shared.  “Also, Michelle probably barely knows her grandchildren’s names, let alone how many there are.”  I must agree with them on that, but also we can’t dismiss the possibility of another future Duggar — because it’s not far-fetched in the slightest.  Another commenter brought up Lauren’s recent miscarriage and the possibility that she could be pregnant again.  “It would have been Lauren, but she seemed to indicate she wasn’t recently on Instagram. However, I fully expect any of them to announce at any time, so…” While all of these options are fair, it does make sense that Michelle and Jim Bob could have included Lauren’s miscarriage in their count of 16. According to Romper , the couple sometimes says they have 20 kids — in reference to their miscarriage in 2011.  “It’s hard to believe Jubilee would have been 6 years old today,” Michelle and Jim Bob wrote about losing the pregnancy in the second trimester. “Jubilee is our 20th child who was stillborn. We so look forward to seeing Jubilee in heaven.” But if this were the case, wouldn’t they have included Anna’s miscarriage, which happened sometime before 2010?  That would’ve knocked them up (no pun intended) to a total of 17 grandkids.   Either way, it’s really none of our business nor our place to be stirring rumors about the family’s fertility.   We are really just as clueless as the rest of you — but we do know that this is enough mental exhaustion for one day. David Eason is in trouble with the law and, it very strongly seem, is also in trouble with Jenelle Evans. Neither of these statements ought to come as a shock, we know. But the reason why David Eason is in trouble with both of these parties may be at least a tad surprising, even to those who constantly expect the worst from this ex-Teen Mom star: He's been accused of trying to kill his wife's dog. We're not kidding or exaggerating. Do we have your attention now? Okay, good. Scroll down for all the totally insane details… 1. Let’s Just Delve Right In, Shall We? By now, you must know the history of Eason and Evans and their romance, right? 2. They’re Up, They’re Down, They’re Assaulting One Another Well, Eason is assaulting Jenelle at least. He was accused of doing so in October of 2018. 3. So, Really, We Shouldn’t Be Surprised by Any Kind of Violence by Him No, we shouldn’t. And yet… this new report took us aback. Like, WAY aback. 4. David Eason Shoots Stuff According to a Radar Online report, a man called the Columbus County Sheriff’s department on Tuesday, April 30. This man has not yet been identified. 5. The Source Here Seems Reliable “A call was made today, and it was relayed that the woman’s husband had killed her dog,” the Sheriff’s Department told Radar. “The Sheriff is out there right now investigating and there will be an incident report filed later.” 6.
