CHICAGO, IL – Should it be a girl’s choice to get her ear’s pierced? A pushy mom at a Chicago ear piercing establishment is going viral after a video hit Facebook. She caught on camera putting the little girl in a choke-hold. The little girl screams for her to stop. Now, some are wondering if the mother went too far. The piercer, Pretty Ricky, posted the video with this description, “This lil girl nearly lost her dammm mind when I was trying to Pierce her ears yall gotta watch this till the end.” This is a rough transcript of the video: A man off camera can be heard saying, “You’re supposed to be a big girl.” “You stay just like that. You put your hand up there and I’m going to punch you.” says her mom. The girl pleads with people at the ear piercing establishment to stop. She cries out, “Ok, ok ok, ok.” “Now, squeeze your legs. We’re going to count to five; we’re going to give you five. One, put your hands down. Two, Three, calm down. Four, he’s going to get ready to do it, OK. Calm down. Five, hold on tight.” says her mom. The little girl cries, “No, no, no. Please don’t!” “He is a professional,”said her mother. She reassures her daughter that she could file a lawsuit if the piercer harms her. “But, it’s going to hurt.” says the girl. “Me beating your ass with my fist will hurt worse.” said her mom. “I thought so, lets get this over with.” “Please don’t, please don’t,” cries the girl. The mother then puts her daughter into a choke hold at this point. “Ricky, go ahead and do it while she got her,” said a man off camera. The woman then puts the girl in a tighter hold. She starts crying hysterically. The piercer does the job and the girl sobs while her mother and people in the room belittle her. “You’re acting like a little baby.” said the man. “Now she feels stupid as hell.” says her mother. “That didn’t hurt at all, right? We’re going to stay and get the other one done.”

The lovely Lauren Conrad is anything but basic to us, but Allure apparently views her as less exceptional than does THG’s editorial department. The 28-year-old beauty took to Twitter on Monday to call out Allure for labeling her exactly that in a recent style feature titled “Beauty and a Beat.” It may not look like a major diss at a glance, given that LC is famous for her understated, classic California style, but when the magazine elaborates? Less flattering. “Made famous by Kreayshawn, and viral by YouTube, the Basic woman is remarkably unremarkable,” says the description under her photo. “What’s noteworthy about her style is its very plainness. Except to her. She swears those red soled shoes are cutting-edge,” the article states. “Basic” girls, Allure says, are known for their “skinny jeans” and “blowout or sausage curls.” Ouch. Suffice it to say, Lauren was less than thrilled. “I definitely just got called a basic b*tch! Haha!” Conrad, who’s engaged to William Tell , wrote with a link and a screen shot of the article in question. “Sausage curls!? Really @Allure_magazine?” Making this even more surprising? She’s not quite the “Epic Uppercut Bus Driver” , but this lady don’t take no isht! Brawl Between Detroit Bus Driver And Passenger Caught On Camera Via NYDailyNews A video shows a shocking bus brawl that erupts after a passenger’s ticket gets stuck in the machine. Passengers on the DDOT bus at Greenfield and McNichols roads in northwest Detroit earlier this month witnessed a fight lasting several minutes that broke out after the unnamed woman lost her temper while trying to validate her transfer card to another bus route. The woman, who wore a brown coat, starts to argue with the driver and demands her ticket back before spitting at her. The driver, dressed in a white shirt and clearly upset, then gets up from her seat and lunges at the passenger. Footage shows an astonishing battle in which the driver hits the passenger around the head, using her keys as a weapon, while the passenger pulls the driver’s hair and hits her with her handbag. They use several different boxing, wrestling and martial arts moves as they punch, kick and grab each other. One passenger, Christopher Jackson, did try to break up the fight but couldn’t. Other passengers reportedly egged the pair on. Eventually, the driver managed to pin down the passenger, who was then forced off the bus. Rob Gronkowski has apologized for acting like a bonehead. The Patriots tight end – who missed the end of the regular season and the playoffs with a broken forearm – was caught on video in Las Vegas last month, dancing up a storm and wrestling with a friend on the stage of a nightclub. But Gronkowski has now seen the error of his way… sort of. The All-Pro posed with a fan at Universal Studios in Orlando Sunday while donning a shirt that reads “Sorry for Partying.” With this gesture be enough for Bill Belichick? We somehow doubt it.

The LAPD has moved back into a “normal state of police operation” after Tuesday’s Christopher Dorner gun battle, a signal that the manhunt is over. Cops won’t officially declare Christopher Dorner dead until the tests are run on the corpse believed to be inside what is left of a burned down California cabin. Still, every indication is that Dorner was inside when the cabin went up in smoke. A rep for the police department says the city is no longer on tactical alert. Dorner met his fate following a frightening shootout in which he exchanged fire with police and barricaded himself in a remote cabin in Big Bear, Calif. The former LAPD officer is accused of killing four people, including two police officers, one of whom died yesterday during the gun battle with Dorner. Authorities are working to examine the remnants of the cabin and ID any remains before putting out an official report confirming the death of Dorner. The manhunt for the 33-year-old spanned a week and much of Southern California before apparently ending in Big Bear yesterday afternoon. Early Tuesday, two cleaning ladies at a condominium in Big Bear discovered a man they say looked like Dorner, who was rumored to be hiding there. He took them hostage, tied them up and tried to escape, stealing a pair of vehicles along the way. Now law enforcement officials are confident they got their man. Acting on reports of a carjacking, law enforcement officials quickly tracked the man accused of targeting police officers and their families in February. “The suspect that stole the vehicle matched the description. He crashed the car and then took off,” San Bernardino County Sheriff John McMahon said. As he barricaded himself in an empty cabin, the man believed to be Dorner fired a .50-caliber sniper rifle, shooting two deputies, killing one of them. Dorner tried to escape by throwing a smoke grenade at officers. Police also deployed smoke grenades as a screen so the wounded could be evacuated. The resort town of Big Bear had been the focus of the manhunt since last Thursday, when a burned-out truck belonging to Dorner was found in the area. Weapons, survival gear and a gas mask were also found. As media and SWAT teams descended on the town, police say Dorner hid in plain sight in an unoccupied condo across the road from their command post.
