Robin Thicke and longtime love April Love Geary are tying the knot after the “Blurred Lines” singer proposed on Christmas. “YES YES 1000x YES,” April captioned photos from the proposal. Robin, 41, and April, 22, welcomed their first child Mia Love in February and April’s currently pregnant with their second. This will be Robin’s third child, he has a son, Julian, with Paula Patton.

The tattoo artist beauty was surprised with very special birthday party on Saturday night, planned by Charity Luv (@charityLuv) Decor and designed by Celebrity Millennium Event Planner (@courtneyajinca). To put it mildly, the event was everything imaginable. Dutchess was surprised for her birthday with a themed Masquerade party at 7th Restaurant in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event was magical and included aerial dancers, soul food, drinks and flowers galore. Flowers were provided by Designs By Devereux (@designsbydevereux) and Laced in Vinyl Shoppe (@lacedvinylshoppe) created the custom dance floor. Porsha Willams Gets Into Aother RHOA Fight This one clearly likes to scrap ! Remember when we told you that Porsha had engaged in her THIRD brawl while filming for RHOA ? It seems that this time her aggression wasn’t targeted at one of her cast-mates for a change. She apparently caught fade with her good friend and marketing manager, Jami Zeigler: Now, more details on what exactly set Porsha off — YET AGAIN — at the latest Houswives shindig. Via Radar : While filming the last cast event of the Bravo hit’s eighth season on Wednesday night, the 34-year-old Dish Nation hostess got into an argument with pal Jami Zeigler. “Jami brought a date to the party, which she wasn’t allowed to do,” a show insider exclusively told Radar. According to the source, the plus one turned into a real problem. “Something about him set Porsha off,” the insider continued. “Porsha and Jami exchanged words, and then came a push.” The fight escalated, with the Go Naked Hair CEO pulling Zeigler’s weave and tossing it to the ground. Wow…the irony of the fact that Porsha is the one getting upset over an uninvited guest this time around… A different view of events via TMZ says that Porsha actually chased Jamie outside before pushing her down and removing her remy… Sources say Porsha first tried to get Jami booted from the party, but she left on her own. We’re told Porsha followed Jami outside, shoved her to the ground … then started punching and pulling hair. The fight was broken up quickly enough that cops weren’t called, and there were no serious injuries. We’re told cameras even missed the action, so … someone’s getting fired. As for what set off Porsha? Word is she’s got bad blood with Jami’s guy, though it’s unclear why. Hmmm…what about Jami’s plus one would get Portia that hot? Sounds like an ex to us…but who knows. Via USA Today: A federal judge late Monday dealt Apple a major blow in its landmark battle with Samsung, denying the company’s request to ban U.S. sales of smartphones from the South Korean electronics giant. U.S. District Court Judge Lucy Koh rejected Apple’s request, stating that the Cupertino, Calif., computer maker has not been able to show that Samsung’s actions support an injunction. “Apple’s evidence does not establish that any of Apple’s three design patents covers a particular feature that actually drives consumer demand,” Judge Koh wrote in the order. A San Jose jury in August found Samsung violated six of Apple’s patents and awarded a whopping $1 billion in damages. Jurors had sided with Apple in deciding that Samsung had violated key designs covering iPads and iPhones. Three of the patents at issue were ones familiar to most consumers. The patents cover familiar touch functions that allow Apple device users to easily scroll pages, zoom out on images or tap to enlarge text, all with fingers. On the heels of the jury ruling, Apple had sought the ban of 26 Samsung devices from U.S. stores. Judge Koh did not issue an order on the amount of damages by late Monday. Apple had sought them increased by as much as $500 million and Samsung had sought them greatly reduced. Separately, Judge Koh issued an order denying Samsung’s motion for a new trial. In its request for a new trial, Samsung had argued that jury foreman Velvin Hogan had been involved in a lawsuit years ago with Seagate. Sorry, Apple!

Fantasia And Family Celebrate Son’s Birthday Fantasia Barrino and her family threw a beautiful birthday party this week for her and Antwuan Cook‘s son, Dallas Xavier Barrino. Dallas turned one on the 13th so Fanny held a party at her home, but waited until the weekend so that they could enjoy the day with all of her entire family and friends at Monkey Joe’s in North Carolina.
