Joe Giudice: Headed to Rehab Before Prison?

As you may already know,  Joe Giudice has a bit of a drinking problem . In fact, Juicy Joe loves the juice so much that he’s admitted his boozing may have led to some of the poor decisions that now have him facing a 41-month prison sentence .  In an odd twist, however, the same addiction that’s got Joe headed for the clink may lead to his sentence being delayed. According to Radar Online Giudice might be headed to rehab , despite the fact that he’s scheduled to turn himself in to authorities next month. “He was always home. He wasn’t driving. But he drinks a lot. He’s gonna get into, God willing, the right alcohol program,” Teresa said in a recent interview. Many felt that the sudden concern about Joe’s alcoholism was part of an effort to get his sentence pushed back.  If that was the case, it appears the Giudices have now given up on that long shot campaign and have resigned themselves to the fact that Joe will most likely be seeking treatment from behind prison walls. “I want him to do a program; let’s just leave it at that,” Teresa recently clarified while speaking with People magazine. She also stated that Joe’s boozing never interfered with his duties as a husband or father, and she’s merely concerned that he’s putting his health at risk: “He’s not abusive or anything, thank God, but he drinks every day,” Teresa said. “That’s not good. It’s not good for your liver.” So Joe cheats on Teresa and generally acts like a lazy a-hole all the time, but it’s not because of his drinking. It’s been nearly three months since Teresa Giudice reported to prison , and insiders she’s finally beginning to settle into the routine of life in the big house. Unfortunately for Teresa, the world outside of Danbury Correctional Institution keeps right on turning, which means new Joe Giudice cheating rumors will continue to surface daily, all while her family remains desperate for a source of steady income. “The family is broke and has absolutely no money coming in,” a source tells Radar Online. “There is nothing in a savings or checking account. Joe still hasn’t gotten a job and isn’t even looking.” In fairness, Joe will begin serving his own sentence immediately after Teresa is released from prison, and there probably aren’t too many companies looking to hire future convicts. Of course, that excuse isn’t putting any food on the table, and sources say Teresa spends much of her time behind bars dreaming up ways to provide for her four daughters while she’s locked up. “Teresa thinks she can land an advance from a publishing company,” the insider says. “She has been keeping a meticulous journal about her experiences in prison.” Teresa’s prison memoirs will no doubt be in high demand once she’s released, but publishers are understandably hesitant to make a deal while the Jersey Housewife is still locked up, particularly as it may be illegal for them to do so. So for now, the Giudices hard times will continue, and the family is reportedly “being financially supported by Teresa’s parents and Joe’s mom.” To add insult to injury, sources at Bravo say that Teresa’s sister-in-law and rival, Melissa Gorga, just received a whopping raise and she’s now officially unseated Teresa as the highest-paid of the Jersey Housewives . Ever since Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in prison , she’s been going out of her way to show the world just hilariously insane she can be. Teresa’s been fighting her sentence  even though there’s legally no way she can avoid prison. She’s been spending like crazy even though she’s got millions in debt. Best of all, Teresa may be divorcing her husband , even though she stood by him through the scandal that got them both convicted of felonies! Needless to say, Teresa’s behavior doesn’t always make a ton of sense, and the latest news about the Queen of the Garden State serves as further evidence that the threat of going to prison is causing Teresa come completely unhinged. Throughout her entire ordeal, Teresa has claimed that her kids are her number one priority. But now sources say she has little time for her four daughters, as she goes partying on a nightly basis. “Teresa was given a chance to be at home with her kids, right?” an irritated insider remarked recently. “Too bad she’s been busy going out. She’s out every night with her friends.” This news comes on the heels of rumors that Joe Giudice has been drinking more than ever since finding out he’ll be spending 41 months behind bars. The irony, of course, is that the Giudices convinced the judge in their case to allow them to serve their sentences at different times, so that one of them will be able to care for their children. Lindsay Lohan: Actually Off Probation in One of Her Countless Court Cases!

In news that would have been unthinkable a year or two ago, a judge ended Lindsay Lohan’s probation stemming from her infamous necklace theft case. He said that the oft-troubled celebrity is doing well and plans to complete community service and counseling requirements in another criminal matter. Who is this girl and what did she do with Lindsay Lohan? James R. Dabney said LiLo had received favorable reports from her counselor and an agency in London that works with neglected children and disabled people. Lohan is performing community service there while starring in the play Speed-the-Plow, and she has “picked up the pace” recently while doing her labor. The actress has completed 102 hours of her 240-hour community service sentence so far. Not a small amount of time. Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, said: “The judge was pleased, the prosecutors were pleased and of course I’m pleased that Lindsay’s doing well on probation , with her career, and generally with her life.” The Mean Girls cast member had been on probation for a 2011 case, in which she was accused of taking a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, Calif., store. Lohan has been on probation since 2007, for one case or another, an astonishing run dating back to her teens. That year, she was arrested twice for DUI. Ever since Teresa Giudice was sentenced to 15 months in prison , the Bravo network has been the one place that she’s able to turn to for sympathy. Andy Cohen interviewed Teresa in a compassionate, but no-nonsense fashion after her trial wrapped up. Other Bravo stars have expressed their condolences, such as when Brandi Glanville called Teresa’s situation “sad” last week.  But a celeb who sat down with Cohen on Watch What Happens Live last night was certainly not eager to join Teresa’s pity party: Lisa Kudrow to Teresa Giudice: Don’t Commit Crimes When former Friends star and Real Housewives aficionado Lisa Kudrow was asked about the Teresa situation, she certainly didn’t mince words: “I felt really bad for [Teresa’s daughters],” Lisa began. “Then I remembered that’s why we don’t commit crimes, because we think about our families and our children.” Asked about the Giudices feud with castmate Jim Marchese, Kudrow responded: “I’m on his side. I can’t spend time with these people, because I also like to avoid felons.” Harsh. Guess Lisa’s put her flower child Phoebe Buffay days behind her. But even if Cohen and company invite the occasional anti-Teresa guest, Bravo has still been very good to the Giudices. The network offered Teresa the chance to film a new season of Jersey Housewives before she’s forced to report to prison, which resulted in a massive payday for her family. Damn Teresa and Joe, 50 years…that’s a long time. Teresa And Joe Giudice Face 50 Years In Prison Teresa if we were you, we would leave Joe. Phuck that standing by your man crap…for 50 years, we would be happy to sign those divorce papers. According to TMZ “Real Housewives of New Jersey” stars Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have just been slapped with a laundry list of criminal charges — ranging from bank fraud to tax evasion — and now, they both face more than 50 years in prison if convicted. U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman just announced the 39-count indictment, claiming Teresa and her hubby massively defrauded the IRS as well as several banks between 2001-2008. According to the U.S. Attorney, the Giudices conspired to illegally obtain mortgages and other loans from multiple banks by intentionally overestimating their incomes in order to get more money. The Giudices also allegedly withheld vital information about their net worth from a U.S. bankruptcy trustee after filing for Chapter 7 in 2009 — including Teresa’s true income from the reality show. As for tax evasion, Joe is accused of failing to file income tax returns for the years 2004-2008, during which he allegedly earned $1 million. All told, the Giudices were hit with 39 charges — including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, which carries a max prison sentence of 20 years, and bank fraud, which carries a max of 30 years. The remaining charges carry the possibility of even more prison time. Neither Teresa nor Joe has been arrested, but they’re both due in court Tuesday morning in Jersey. A rep for Bravo had no comment. This is what happens when these reality TV people try to keep up appearances. If you don’t have it, just admit it and stop trying to floss.
