Queen Elizabeth II was hospitalized today at London’s King Edward VII Hospital, Palace sources confirm to E! News, for symptoms related to gastroenteritis. Her Highness is expected to remain under physician care for about 48 hours for this stomach infection, says press officer James Roscoe. “She went to the hospital today at around 3 p.m. GMT. She is in good spirits, besides the symptoms of gastroenteritis,” Roscoe says . “Doctors are saying she should be in hospital for a couple days.” The 86-year old monarch has canceled a trip to Rome as a result of the illness. We wish the Queen a speedy recovery and we encourage Royal fans to check out these Kate Middleton photos while they pray for her well-being.

Chad Ochocinco’s fiancee Evelyn Lozada may 86 the couple’s wedding for good because she suspects 85 has been cheating behind her back, according to new reports . The Basketball Wives reality star recently confronted the Chad after she became suspicious about his recent behavior … and apparently wasn’t moved by his reaction. The couple hasn’t split up, but the wedding is off … for now. Evelyn Lozada and Chad Ochocinco are (were?) set to marry this summer . While Evelyn hasn’t “officially” cancelled the wedding yet, things aren’t looking good right now. It’s still unclear if this will be resolved in time … or at all. To make matters worse, Chad and Evelyn were supposed to begin shooting their new reality show in just three weeks. That plan is also now up in the air. Lozada was also at the center of cheating allegations recently – with Terrell Owens no less – but this time it’s Ocho who’s supposedly been running around. Demi Lovato spent Christmas with her family. The troubled singer, who was stuck inside an Illinois treatment center for Thanksgiving, was granted a half-day reprieve from the facility on Saturday. Sources say she saw a movie with her mother, step-father and two sisters. “She is doing good and is in good spirits,” an insider says of Demi’s overall progress. “She is committed to the program… She will stay as long as the doctor’s tell her she needs to stay.” Last week, Lovato settled with Alex Welch , the back-up dancer she punched prior to admitting she needed help.

American singer Bret Michaels, lead vocalist of the glam metal band Poison, was rushed to the hospital on April 22 after experiencing extreme headaches. It was discovered that the headaches are caused by a massive subarachnoid hemorrhage which is bleeding at the base of his brain stem. Ten days prior, Michaels, who celebrated his 47th birthday in March, was also rushed to the hospital for an emergency appendectomy. Prior to this, he was reported to be in good health. Michaels also suffers from type 1 diabetes. As of today, TMZ reports that he is said to be “awake, in good spirits and talking”, but his condition will be monitored for the next 24 to 48 hours as tests are still being done to confirm the cause of the hemorrhage.
