Friends of the former Disney actor staged an intervention prompting Brown to enter a rehab facility. TMZ reports : We’re told, Orlando’s friend Danny Boy — the owner of a Vegas restaurant that the “That’s So Raven” star broke into last month — contacted Wendy Wheaton and Tommy Red, Hollywood producers with contacts in the rehab world. The plan was to get Orlando some help back in August, but he threw a wrench in that plan when he got arrested in early September after breaking into Danny’s joint. Orlando got out but went MIA for a few weeks. Fast forward to last Sunday … when Orlando made his way to a San Fernando Valley hotel where cops were called after he went off the rails. He was so bad off, his friends had to wait a few days for the intervention. Orlando’s now in a treatment facility for mental health and substance abuse issues. Source: NurPhoto / Getty Mac Miller ‘s sudden passing last week still remains something of a mystery as an official cause of death has yet to be announced. While speculation over how the young rapper died remains high, it has since come out that Miller was allegedly dead for hours ahead of his body being discovered. TMZ reports : Law enforcement sources tell us … when cops and paramedics arrived at the rapper’s home last Friday, it was clear he had died long before they got there. TMZ broke the story … friends came over the night before Mac died to hang out, and we’re told they stayed until the early hours of Friday morning, Sept. 7. Mac’s body was found Friday around noon. We broke the story … Miller died of an apparent overdose at his San Fernando Valley home. Cops say no one has come forward claiming they saw Mac alive after Thursday night. He was pronounced dead at the scene, after someone at his home called 911, saying Mac wasn’t breathing and was unresponsive. The emergency dispatch call came in as “cardiac arrest,” but apparently that’s because the person who found him may not have realized he was already dead. The outlet adds that while drugs weren’t found, a small amount of white powder was located in the San Fernando Valley home. — Photo: Getty

Cameras were there with them, so they were likely shooting a scene from Keeping Up With The Kardashians . Back in June, Kylie and Kendall Jenner wrote a book . Yes, you read that right. And no, this isn’t like Kim Kardsahian’s book of selfies . This is a work of fiction with actual words and a plot. To be fair, the girls worked with a ghostwriter, but the parties involved swear they played an active part in the writing process and that the premise of the book was all KJ and KJ’s idea. Which could have something to do with why it’s been a total disaster. The critical response to Rebels: City of Indra was overwhelmingly negative, but that’s not exactly a huge surprise. (Did we mention it was written by Kylie and Kendall Jenner?) What did come as a big shock to the book’s publisher is the fact that despite the two mega-famous names on the cover, the book has been an absolute flop in terms of sales. Rebels has sold just 13,000 copies since it first hit bookstores three months ago. To put that in perspective, Kate Gosselin’s most recent memoir moved more than twice as many copies in the same time period. Part of the problem may have been that Kylie and Kendall showed no interest in promoting the book . They were reportedly rude to fans at promotional events and would only sign a few copies of the book for the cameras before bolting. You’d think if you’d actually written a freaking book you’d show a bit more interest in getting people to read it but, hey those selfies aren’t gonna take themselves. Reportedly committed to getting her life and career back on track, she has stayed out of the spotlight, returned to school and pulled it together. A big reason for that has been her sobriety, and remaining committed to that. Bynes quit smoking pot (which was said to be a trigger for some of her most severe episodes of paranoia), and managed to stay out of the tabloid headlines. Until last night, that is, after Bynes was pulled over while driving in the San Fernando Valley and promptly arrested by a highway patrol officer.
