We now know what killed Rapper Mac Miller. The The L.A. County Coroner’s Office ruled is death an “accidental overdose.”  The toxicology findings found that the rapper died from “mixed drug toxicity,” specifically fentanyl, coke, and alcohol. The amounts of each substance wasn’t enough to be deadly but the combination of all the substances was lethal. Miller was found by his assistant and was pronounced dead on the scene. There was a list of drugs found at his house like Xanax, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and generic Adderall. She put out “Thank You, Next” about all the lessons all her exes taught her. She mentioned her relationship with Detroit rapper Big Sean as well as her failed engagement to comedian Pete Davidson. Her lyrics says “ Thought I’d end up with Sean / But he wasn’t a match / Wrote some songs about Ricky / Now I listen and laugh / Even almost got married / And for Pete, I’m so thankful / Wish I could say ‘thank you’ to Malcolm / ‘Cause he was an angel.” If you want to know about how Rihanna ain’t playing with 45… Let’s just say Trump should be checking his mailbox for a possible cease and desist. Amanda Bynes Arrested for DUI; Actress High on Unspecified Drug

Amanda Bynes has been through her fair share of trouble in the past, but the former child star has seemed to be on the mend in recent months. Or so it appeared until the surprising events of last night, which saw her arrested  on a DUI charge, having been out of the public eye for months. After a very public meltdown during which Bynes was admitted to a psychiatric ward , the actress seemed to recover almost miraculously last year. Reportedly committed to getting her life and career back on track, she has stayed out of the spotlight, returned to school and pulled it together. A big reason for that has been her sobriety, and remaining committed to that. Bynes quit smoking pot (which was said to be a trigger for some of her most severe episodes of paranoia), and managed to stay out of the tabloid headlines. Until last night, that is, after Bynes was pulled over while driving in the San Fernando Valley and promptly arrested by a highway patrol officer. She was taken to the nearest police station, where a drug identification officer assessed her appearance and behavior and determined that Bynes was under the influence. 45 Seriously OMG WTF Amanda Bynes Photos 1. What she was using is unclear, but reports say she was high on a narcotic, and it’s been widely speculated that Bynes has returned to smoking week. To many, that sounds rather harmless considering some of the substances, or combinations of substances, that fuel a lot of Hollywood downfalls. Given Bynes’ fragile mental state and history, though, even a little bit of pot could end up being far more dangerous for her than for the average recreational user. The 28-year-old actress was released on $15,000 bail and returned to her parents’ home in Thousand Oaks, Calif., where she currently lives. The arrest may result in serious legal problems as Amanda is still on probation from a previous DUI arrest , but that remains to be seen as of now. Zombie Apocalypse Averted? Bath Salts Ban Passes U.S. Senate

In the wake of reports that bath salts may have played a role in Saturday’s Miami zombie apocalypse attack, the U.S. Senate passed a bill to ban the substances. Federal legislation criminalizing synthetic marijuana and some bath salts passed the Senate today and is now on its way to the House of Representatives. The law was not passed as a result of the zombie apocalypse , but as part of the FDA Safety and Innovation Act, championed by Sen. Charles Schumer. “Let this be a warning to those who make a profit manufacturing and selling killer chemical components to our teens and children,” Schumer (D-NY) said. “This bill closes loopholes that have allowed manufacturers to circumvent local and state bans,” he said of the effort to ban “these deadly synthetic drugs.” Last Saturday, Rudy Eugene , 31, was shot dead by local police on the off-ramp of the MacArthur Causeway in Miami. He was eating another man’s face. As a police officer told Eugene to get off Ronald Poppo, he “just stood … with pieces of flesh in his mouth and he growled,” eyewitness Larry Vega said. The extreme violence, super-human strength and an urge to shed clothes all correspond with reports of bath salt usage around the United States.

The 45-year-old retired boxer – who served three years of a six-year prison sentence for rape in 1992 and returned to jail for nine months in 1998 following a road rage conviction – revealed the woman in question did not have the child, but he refused to elaborate on any other details. Asked by ESPN host Rick Reilly what he has left out of his one-man show ‘Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth’, he said: ”I didn’t talk about getting a prison official pregnant. ”Oh yeah. In prison, stuff happens. But she had no baby.” Former heavyweight champion Mike – who has eight children – also discussed the many drugs he used to take, describing the substances, both legal and prescription, as his ”little friends”. Confirmed: Cocaine Discovered in Whitney Houston’s Hotel Room

We have an update on the passing of Whitney Houston. A week after the official coroner’s report listed this singer’s cause of death as being a heart attack, likely related to cocaine use, it’s now been confirmed that the drug was , indeed, discovered in Whitney’s hotel room at the time her body was found. Initial reports had been sketchy on this fact, with rumors circulating that cocaine may have been present in Houston’s system – but no traces of the substances were anywhere near the bathtub in which she drowned. Allegations of someone tampering with the evidence even ran wild. But now sources connected to the investigation tell TMZ that “white, powdery remnants” were taken into custody and later identified as cocaine . Does this put the tragedy to rest? Sadly, probably not. Accusations of who supplied Whitney with her drugs of choice will continue for the foreseeable future. Ray J has already been forced to come out and defend himself against this charge .

Mistrial Declared in Roger Clemens Perjury Trial

The judge declared a mistrial today in Roger Clemens’ perjury case after prosecutors showed jurors evidence that was previously ruled inadmissible. U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said the prosecutors had made a grave error and that the baseball legend could no longer be assured a fair trial. Walton scheduled a September 2 hearing to determine whether to hold a new trial, but the jurors were dismissed and the case is off – for now. Roger Clemens was indicted for perjury for allegedly lying to Congress during a 2008 investigation into performance-enhancing drug use in the sport. He is not being charged with using drugs, per se, but for knowingly false testimony he allegedly gave involving his use of the substances years ago. This morning, in the second day of testimony, the judge interrupted prosecutors’ playing of a video from his 2008 testimony before Congress. The jury was removed from the room. When they returned, they were dismissed, and the judge issued the following explanation of why: “There are rules that we play by and those rules are designed to make sure both sides receive a fair trial. If this man got convicted, he would go to jail.” Because prosecutors broke his rules, “the ability with Mr. Clemens with this jury to get a fair trial with this jury would be very difficult if not impossible.” Prosecutors suggested the problem could have been fixed with an instruction to the jury to disregard the evidence, but Walton seemed skeptical. He said he could never know what impact the evidence would have during the jury’s deliberations “when we’ve got a man’s liberty at interest.” “I don’t see how we un-ring the bell,” he said. Defense attorney Rusty Hardin patted an unsmiling Clemens on the back as the judge announced his decision. Clemens did not speak to reporters. Clemens and his lawyers remain under a court gag order and they declined to comment as they left. “I’m not going to say anything,” he said.
